Wow! So we broke a tire and rim off our snowmobile trailer heading from Teton to CA and after calling 6 shops they were the only one who got the emergency situation and said bring her in! We rolled in praying the axle was OK and even though they were busy they got us going and fixed up. The price was 100s below what we expected and they even reused some of the bolts that were good and checked/aired/lubed all the other tires!! Just blown away by the attention to our seriously emergency situation and the professional service!! Thank you for saving our butts

This place is awesome. We have used them several times and they are always super fast, super honest and very fair priced.We have a 2 year old Chevrolet Suburban that has been babied. I don t want to say any names, but we took it to a Chevy Dealership here in town for some warranty work. They called my wife and were very persistent that while it was in there, we needed to have all the brakes replaced as well as they were around 15%. Keep in mind this was months ago. I had her decline because I was confused why the brakes would be that bad when it does not have a ton of miles.Today my wife took it to Ron s to have all the brakes replaced based off what the dealership had told my wife just because we are trying to get everything prepped for snow. We were very surprised when we got a call back not 30 mins after dropping it off to have them tell us our brakes still had about 60% left and they didn t even think we needed to replace them.Honesty and Intergrity like this is why I will always go to these guys first. I don t care if they cost double what somewhere else charges. They will always get our business.

I scheduled a wheel bearing hub replacement with Point S; the after hours drop off was simple and secure, they called the next day to discuss the services needed, it was done in a timely manner for a fair price. However, the next week one of the brake pads from the repaired wheel "disappeared." This ruined the rotor, and needed to be replaced. Point S replaced them "at cost." The shop service here could have been better. As usual, customer service was great.Front Desk Service is always friendly and polite.I had a tire patched here, but the crew left the debris in the tire. Could have been better. Point S called afterwards to take care of it. Good follow up service.

We would leave 0 stars if we could. We took our 4 wheeler in to have the fuel pump replaced. They put a rebuilt pump in instead of a new one. After putting less than 200 miles on it it has went out again. When we called to ask what they could do they said they do not even use those kits anymore but would not stand behind the product they installed. Very poor customer service and do not stand behind their work.

If you want a job done right all while dealing with honest and very friendly people, then this is the place. They are extremely fair, and they have an old-school approach to customer service. Jackson and the crew are as good as it gets.

Ron s tire in rigby did an excellent job installing a new set of tires and performing an alignment on my car. The crew was very fast, efficient and friendly, great quality work. I highly recommend Ron s tire in Rigby.

I brought in 4 tires to be mounted and I found immediately that they were super busy. Despite this, they still got my car in and out really quickly and did an excellent job. Awesome place with awesome service!

Called earlier on Saturday. Said that they can get my car done if it's in before 12. Got there at 11:45. Arrived and told be they can't do it since they're closing an hour early. Frustrating that they didn't keep their word, especially as a poor college student with little time to speak of.

I was on my way to pick up a U-Haul trailer because we re in the process of moving and on the way down to pick it up my clutch went out. Having no idea what to do, or where to go I then saw a state trooper pull up behind me on the freeway. He used his push bar and pushed me to point S tires and said they would get me taken care of. And he was right!!! The most professional and customer friendly shop I have ever been to. The pricing to fix my truck was the best I ve ever seen. They were backed up about a week and a half but after realizing my situation went ahead and pushed me up to get the job done and send me on my way to be able to move and get my U-Haul trailer. They even offered a loaner car to just have to take around town so that I wasn t just stranded at the shop for the few hours that it would take. I m just so grateful and surprised. They even fit me in being backed up so far. Very impressed. Very courteous and friendly and very professional and fair in pricing. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Point S!!!

People at the front desk have been great, I had a tire mounted a couple months ago and it ended up being the wrong size so I had them take it back off and put my old one back on. Now it s come that I needed to do breaks on my pickup and got all 3 wheels off with ease expect for the one they had mounted. I have no idea what impacts they are using but wow, I m impressed how tight it got them but I ve now broke 2 breaker bars, was so tight the lug nuts striped them out. Finally got them off after using an 1inch impact gun that wouldn t budge them without putting the torch to them. Guys please, it only calls for 140-165 ft pounds of torque, just a heads up to other people that like to wrench at home.

After taking my truck to the local dealer and having them align it 6-7 times I was pretty frustrated. I walked into Ron s Point S and was able to speak to Jackson their master tech and explain to him the situation. I was able to get the truck back in a timely manner and he did an outstanding job. I m a 12 year master tech that just left the industry and when I say Jackson knows what he s doing you can trust me on that. Ron s staff are very professional and so are the facilities.Thank you again.

I've used my friends here for many years. Always treat me with courtesy, respect and fair prices. They've gone over the top when something has gone wrong and are the most honest business I think I've ever dealt with. I would recommend Ron's without hesitation.

I needed my tail lights fixed and told them I only had 50$. They worked with me instead of turning me down. After taking my car back for a bit they called and let me know they didn't find any problems with the tail lights. This was confusing because days before I had been pulled over by a police officer for such a thing. Going into the back with Logan he showed me they worked and suggested maybe I was pulled over for my front right headlight, which wasn't working the best. At the time I took this as the answer but later realized it wasn't possible. The cop had seen the rest of my car and had raced to catch up with me. She'd never seen the front. I asked Logan how much I owed for the labor and he said 0. I was confused and happy and didn't realize till later that either my tail lights started magically working or they went ahead and fixed them no charge. I'm a religious person and believe in God. And these are the type of people that keep that belief strong. Good place.

I am so incredibly impressed with this place. My boyfriend made the appointment because his family has been going here for years. It turns out he made it at the wrong location. The people here still took my car without a second thought. In fact, I didnt even know it was at the wrong location until my boyfriend said something. I didnt catch the name of the young blonde guy working the counter but I was extremely impressed with his customer service. I was originally quoted $4,000 to get my car fixed at one place and they did it for half that. I will definitely becoming back.

We had the front end on our truck worked on. A few weeks later we noticed issues again. Took the truck back to Ron s tire. They found out that that it was defective parts and repairs them under warranty no charge. This is an honest shop with reasonable prices. Taylor is the best, he made sure we were taken care of.

Super helpful and willing to stand behind there work. I had an alignment done earlier this year and something went wrong with that alignment. Instead of arguing with me when i brought in my vehicle Jackson took care of the issue and had it fixed that day. Great people that do great work.

This place is awesome. I bought some Toyo tires from them a couple of years ago. Unfortunately I got a nail in the side wall. I talked to Taylor and I only had to pay around $35 for a new tire because the old one was still new. These guys take care of you. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

After blowing a tire, I needed 4 new tires ASAP. After calling around Ron's was the only tire shop in the vicinity that could get me in that day and had the inventory that I was looking for. This is not the first time I've done business with Ron's and it's always a pleasure. I was treated with respect and they got the job done and I was back on the road in about an hour. Excellent service.

They have an AMAZING service! They managed to fix my car incredibly quick after I realized my car was having serious issues. Can t recommend them highly enough. I m definitely coming back whenever I need anything. Thank you guys! You are awesome!
