From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the final inspection and maintenance on my vehicle, the team was nothing short of outstanding. These guys will treat you right. They diagnosed a problem on my truck that they were able to fix and didn t charge me because it was a minor fix. I highly would recommend letting these guys take care of you.

I had a tire get cut/slashed. They warranted the tire by rolling the current value into a new tire, and got me in and out quickly. Thanks for making my bad day better. Thanks Florence and team!

On September 12, we were passing through the area on our way to a Wyoming trip when we had to layover at Jefferson County Lake campground due to trailer disconnect and faulty trailer wiring warnings on our F350. After confirming with the Idaho Falls Lithia that it wasn't the truck and after replacing the fifth wheel pigtail, we still felt we should get the trailer brakes checked so we called the Rigby Les Schwab about bringing in our FW, yet concerned about a place to park it due to its size. Kathy was very reassuring and told us to come down and they'll find a place for us. As soon as we got there Jake helped us park it and he and his brother immediately started working on it. Jake assured us we could leave our inverter running to keep our fridge cold while they worked on the trailer brakes. We even stayed in our truck with our dogs while it was still hooked up to the fifth wheel while they worked. They found that on one wheel, the brake wires were frayed and the magnets loose. They repaired it, inspected all the other wheels and within three hours we were on our way. Kudos to the team at the Rigby Les Schwab!!

A couple weeks ago my daughter was traveling near Rigby and blew a tire. I made a phone call to the Rigby Les Schwab and I was very impressed with their communication, service, response time, and fair pricing. I really appreciate working with good people and competent businesses.

I have always had amazing experience with this Les Schwab most I don t even recommend but these guys I will recommend first. They have always been amazing to me. I buy tires where I get the best deal at and they do t charge an arm and leg to get them mounted and balanced. They do Amazon on the big trucks always will recommend them to get steer tires from. But they have always been amazing and appreciate their work.

Great place. Stranded in a snowstorm when our rental got a flat and had no spare. Had to be in Yellowstone and these guys took great care of us. Good folks btw we made it up through Ashton no problem.

We were traveling far far away from home towing a large 5th wheel trailer when a tire blew out and totally shredded on I-15 near Malad City, ID. We managed to change the tire, no small feat on a big rig. Rigby, ID was on our way and the Les Schwab location there had the right tire. We pulled in close to their closing time, but they were happy to help replace the damaged tire, remount it on our wheel, balance it and get us on our way.We really appreciate their help! Good people!! I cannot say enough good things about this Les Schwab location!! Thank you so much!!

Always fast and helpful. These guys took me in right before closing time and did a mount and balance on some new wheels. Their customer service is second to none in the tire business around here. From Kathy at reception to the crew in the shop, they are all awesome and very good at taking care of their customers.

Wonderful service! Kind people. We had just been hit front behind on the freeway. Once the accident cleared the police told us we would leave. We noticed huge gauges in our rear tire and needed it replaced before the road trip could continue.Colton and others here were quick and effect at (blonde lady who greeted me was so sweet). They replaced our tire with the our spare and didn t charge us. Had us back on the road within 30 minutes.Thank you Les Schwabb ! (George and Jesses)

This place is fantastic! They are always friendly, accommodating, honest and looking for ways to help the community. I have purchased several sets of tires from here. Today I went in to get help as my car was vibrating. They checked it out, resolved the problem and sent me on my way - no charge - in less than 45 minutes. What a great shop! You have made me a customer for life.

Went into get my brakes checked. The service department did a few brake inspection and was able to find me the soonest appointment that fit into both mine and their schedules. Everyone was professional and willing to help.

Amazing service! I went somewhere else and spent an hour there just to be told they didn t have the right tools to change my tires, also they said I couldn t just get 3 tires I had to buy 4 (one was brand new due to a pothole incident)...so I left and on my way home I saw there was a Les Schwab in Rigby. They were so helpful, not only did I have 3 new tires in 45 minutes, the price was also great and service was wonderful. I will be back...probably soon because I always seem to have a tire issue >_<

Let me start by saying, we are from Kansas. 1,200 miles from home, wheel studs broke and lost a lug nuts. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and got it fixed quickly, even had to stay late to get the job done. Thank you for saving our vacation!

Get your tires, wheels, alignments, brakes, everything done here at great prices reasonable wait times and unbeatable smiles. Kathy and Florence are always so nice to talk to when you walk in the door. Bj and Ryan and the service crew are awesome when you go in the shop.

I have been in their shop twice prior for minor issues with my truck when I was in town. Their staff have always been very pleasant and fair. I joked with them last time and told them I was beginning to think my truck liked their shop...unfortunately I am headed back today (not their fault at all ) thankfully this time just slow leaks in a couple of tires. However when I called I was greeted with the same cheery response of sure bring it in we will look at it seems to be their standard response no matter what the issue seemes to be. I am not from here I am traveling from a large city but to me reliable pleasant service at a reasonable cost is imperative.Thank you

Every time I have any tire related issues, I go here, they are polite, friendly and reasonably priced. Today, my low tire light was on, they checked all my tires & assured me they were just low from the cold, filled them up and sent me on my way. I'm grateful for the kind way they treat me.

I drove over to Les Schwab right before they closed down (I had only just got off work, so I couldn't have gotten there any earlier. ) Nile was ridiculously polite, took the time to talk me through what his recommendations were, and fixed my flat before my wife has a chance to realize I was running late. Their customer service is amazing and I will be back

I'm away from home and got worried about my vehicles breaking. The wheels were pretty hot after a 9% downgrade heading to the Grand Tetons. The local shop in Rigby got me in and out fast with friendly & courteous service. I had 2 Huskies with me and the temps were not Husky friendly, so the prompt service was more than appreciated. Turns out my vehicle is fine and this is a normal occurrence. No bill & peace of mind! A++ :)

I have been going here for years. They open early which I like. They are super polite and do good work. There is usually very little wait for a new set of tires or an alignment. Although I do tend to avoid their busy periods. All around I give it great marks

This place is great I needed a noise under my car look at and even though they where super busy they got me in right away! In twenty minutes they told me what it was and didn t charge me a dime. I also had them replace a wheel bearing for me a while back and it was cheaper than anyone around. I use to go to point s until now because there friendliness and price they have earned themselves a customer for life!

I went in 10 minutes before close on a Friday and they made my experience more than amazing. Not only did they provide great customer service right as I walked in but they went above and beyond to find me the best deal for my situation.

The Rigby location is the best they always get me in and out quickly and they do a quality job each time I visit. Florence is amazing she knows her stuff and the customer service she provides is second to none.
