I took my truck in there about a month ago and had my radiator my thermostat and my water pump replaced. These guys were fast they had my truck back to me the next day and they did a great job not only that they're really affordable. It's really hard to find that in a mechanic shop nowadays. Only downside is that they get busy sometimes. Shawn has helped me find some cheap and innovative solutions to seriously annoying problems. One of them cost me a quarter, and one a dollar. He is very knowledgeable and the staff has been friendly and provide great service. Best of all, these are honest mechanics.I've had my vehicles serviced here for bad oil leaks, an exhaust leak, a couple electrical problems, some sensor issues, and I forget what else. I haven't been disappointed yet and the only price shock has been when it was a lot cheaper than I expected.

I called this company when my truck radiator blew up on the side of the road. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and super eager to help keep me from being stranded longer than needed.I was quoted a great price and the mechanic went to Idaho Falls and picked up a new radiator while waiting for my truck! Shawn is great! In one of the trips while moving to ID from UT my truck was acting strange. A friend recommended Shawn, and I'm glad he did. Shawn spent a bunch of time and effort checking things out. In the end there wasn't an issue, just that I wasn't used to the truck pulling that big of a load. Shawn didn't charge me. That kind of service is rare. Looks like I found my new mechanic!

We were cleaning carpets next door and had some battery issues. We took it to Idaho Falls Auto Works and they had it fixed in under 5 minutes. Great, honest business. Will recommend them in the future.

Took my 2005 vw passat to Shawn, to get a new transmission. He had me back on the road in no time! Would highly recommend idaho falls auto works! Great price excellent work and very friendly people! I will be taking my cars to him in the future
