I can t express enough how helpful, kind and thorough the people of this company are. We were experiencing issues with our vehicle that resulted in their quick and creative thinking to get us back on the road quickly and safely. IBEX did an excellent job recommending and installing injectors, glow plugs, relays and an air intake system in my 7.3 liter Powerstoke. My engine performance and mileage has improved considerably. Communication was great via text, phone and phone messages throughout the repairs. I would highly recommend them to other diesel owners. I was broke down on the freeway. Jessie was so professional and sympathetic. She received the ok for them to work on my truck. Jessie suggested a motel close by. Since my truck was towed in after closing, they had it running the next morning. I wish there were more stars, they desire them. Great place. I even received a ride to the shop from the motel . Prices are reasonable also. I so appreciate each and every one of them.

I took my motorhome into IBEX for a service they did an outstanding job and fixed a couple of air leaks as well that I couldn't find. Great service and friendly people.

Ibex repaired my 2005 Freightliner MT55. I limped it into the shop, and they were able to diagnose the issue and repair it as soon as the parts arrived (getting parts these days can be a challenge). The truck has several other issues I need to resolve, and if I am back in the Rexburg/Idaho Falls area, I would certainly do business with Ibex again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
