I was in from out of town and was trying to navigate some issues with a repair shop and my insurance back home. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. Considering my car was hundreds of miles away and there was no possible way for him to earn my business he still spent time going over my papers and pictures with me and educating me on my situation. I offered to pay for his time and he refused so I figured the best way to pay him would be to tell Google how generous and honest he was. If I had repairs in that area I would send every single one to this shop and know I was being treated fairly.

These guys are small town professionals. I had a bit of clear coat start to come up, they told me it has a lifetime warranty and are taking care of it. When dealing with businesses you cannot expect things to perfect ALL the time, but what really makes a business different is how they treat you after the sale! This is why I gave these guys a 5 star rating!

Matt does great work. He's the best paintless dent repair shop on East Idaho. He's was doing this type of repair when it first came out years ago, so he has a lot of experience. He also does body and paint work at rates that beat most other shops and the work he does is to notch. I've had him work on everything from a Mercedes to my kids $1500 car. He's always been great to work with.

I totally recommend Ding Genie! I had no idea who to go to to have my bumper replaced. I had a quote from a place in IF that was twice as much. The finished bill from Ding Genie was right at their estimate, finished ahead of time, and they even washed, vacuumed and detailed my car. The section of my car that they replaced looks beautiful. I would trust them to serve any of my friends or family!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dealership put a nickel sized door ding in my new 2020 pickup...Matt worked some amazing magic and you cannot tell it was ever there!! I can not believe he could do that! Amazing job and very pleased!!

After backing into my daughters car and getting the cold shoulder for a few days we took our vehicles to Ding Genie. They were professional and quick. They even had a cute puppy for me to love on.

Matt did an excellent job taking out a deep door ding on my 2019 Escape. His price was way better than anyone else in the area.
