They do good work. They have fair pricing and do a good job in getting things prepared and ready that day. They aren't always the best when getting back and communicating with the clients in my experience, but they are kind people who have a small town feel. I wish they would offer other services like an oil change when they change your tires, but overall the experience is great.

Fastest, best, oil change I ve ever gotten. They didn t try to upsale me, they were friendly, professional and easy to work with. I m grateful places like this are still around. 10/10 would recommend.

They ruined my neighbors car engine when they didn t put any oil in it I checked it myself when she got back from zippy lube no oil on the dip stick and when she went back to them they turned her away. Levi showed up to her apartment unannounced and was caught putting oil in the car when he thought no one was watching when confronted he was very flustered and angry he then started the car slamming the door and drove off. Stay away! Zeros stars, dishonest people very poor customer service and lack of accountability. The more I talk to people in the area and in the automotive community the management at this place has a bad reputation for being difficult and dishonest. Despite the good ratings they have. Beware if something goes wrong with your vehicle in their care they be difficult to work with. They take advantage of BYUI students and people who don t know any better.Service: Oil change

If I could leave less then one Star I would.Levi, is very ignorant and dishonest. They made a mistake as a company while doing an oil change for a young lady, and then totally took advantage of the situation doing the absolute bare minimum to resolve their mistake. When we reached out to talk about it, Levi hung up on me, and when we went in to confront them, they wouldn't talk and none of their stories lined up. Very very shady business. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff here is amazing the service is quick and reliable. I needed new tires and the fleet company would not approve the tire that was necessary for our climate. The shop owner noticed the situation I was going to be faced with and made the executive decision to forgo the all season only approval and hooked it up with a legit snow tire. The new tires made all the difference and added a sense of security out on those eastern Idaho snow packed roads. The oil change bay is also zippy quick they get me in and out usually within 30 minutes. Zippy Lube is lit highly recommend

Zippy Lube will do their best to earn your business. I used their only change service for the first time yesterday. There was one person in front of me when I arrived around midday. They took over an hour for those 2 oil changes. They were short staffed and only had one bay running for oil changes. They didn't vacuum, wipe down windows, or do anything to compete with other oil change businesses. They offered no refreshment in their lobby. They didn't show that fluids had been topped off or do a quality check like other oil change businesses. I guess my expectations were too high. I was disappointed when I left. The next day however an employee (Shane) called to apologize and offer a refund for the service I received and let me know that they would happily vacuum the vehicle and wash the windows and finish the work they usually do. I appreciated that they recognized they had lost my business after one visit and wanted to save my good opinion of them. I will try them again and hopefully they will live up to their name and good reputation this time.Service: Oil change

They were very professional and friendly! They are super fast, super efficient, and offer great prices for their services! For $30 and in just about 15 minutes, they changed my oil, refilled any low fluids, aired my tires, and even defogged my lights!! If I need to change my oil every 3,000 miles as suggested, then this is a steal!! I will always go back to them!

All I can say about this place is that it s gone down hill. I witnessed 2 employees outside taking a smoke/vape brake and many more standing around or on their phones. Meanwhile, I walked inside for an oil change and I got turned away. I was told they couldn t do it. I received zero eye contact and very little communication. I ve never known anyone to turn down a paying customer for no reason. I guess I ll find another place to get oil changes from :/Side note: I miss the nice women named Kate at the front desk. She was so amazing! I just hope the new girl has a better day tomorrow. I really hope I didn t get her on her worst day.

They did a great job! Very impressed with the speed of service. I would give 5 stars if the workers were more engaging with me. On the other hand, I kinda liked that they didn't waste time with unnecessary questions or small talk. I was in and out on about 15 minutes!

Definitely will be taking my car back to Zippy Lube in Rexburg! It s fast it s simple & I got the feeling when I was there from all of the employees that my best interest was at the top of their priority list!So, check em out cuz you ll never know until you do

We spent over $600 to get our ac fixed twice here in the last few weeks. Both times it has gone out again after they fixed our problem. I would not recommend anyone to come here to get anything fixed let alone their ac.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I stopped in and the mechanic knew exactly what the problem was and orders parts before I left that day. I scheduled an appointment and they did great and my car works so good now!! The price was great too!

They did a great job. Changed my oil quick and vacuumed my car. The are top of the line. A few days later my car said service engine soon and they did a diagnostics on it to give me peace of mind.

The customer service is absolutely fantastic but they couldn't figure out how to read my car's computer (you have to put the emergency break up) and used the wrong sensor for my tire. They handled the tire sensor issue with no problem and switched it out once I pointed it out. They also most likely used the wrong oil in my car for my oil change, at least according to my normal mechanic.My car is a older, limited edition model with a lot of randomly special parts and hoops to jump through, which I'm sure is what caused the problems.I do recommend them if you have a newer car and/or your car manufacturer didn't put specialty parts in your car or if you are doing things like buying new tires. They really are very nice and seem to do well with most peoples' cars.

They ve usually done an OK job, but this most recent time they completely forgot to put the oil cap back on. I m not a car person so I took them at their word that the car was good to go, drove it for about a day before the check engine light came on, opened the hood and EVERYTHING is covered in motor oil, when I checked the oil the engine was practically bone dry. There was so much oil coming out that it was spilling out the sides of the hood. Extremely frustrating. I d be willing to take this down if they decide to fix our problem for free I guess.

I went to zippy lube to get an oil change around 2:30 pm, after oil change my car won't run very well, noticed the car lacked power, my check engine light appeared. I was very hesitant to drive it on the road because car barley runs, I went back to the zippy lube one of the technician s said it could be a bad gas from Maverick I just put before I went to zippy lube. My car never had such issues before, one of the Technician said I need to go talk to Maverick Corporation, about the bad gas in my car Other guy said It s not our problem, and all we did was oil change . I called my Allstate insurance to assist me with road side towing service, as service on the way, I was walking home met a friend discussed about my car issue, he gave me few ideas about few possibilities that could result such issues in my car so I went back to my car at zippy lube parking lot at 6pm, I opened the car hood, checked if there was air filter as I was looking through. I Discovered some hose was not attached, FOUND OUT technician DID NOT PROPERLY REINSTALL FILTER HOSING (not connected) AFTER EXAMING AIR FILTER. THEIR NEGLIGENCE COULD HAVE DAMAGED MY CAR S ENGINE,DON T GO THERE BECAUSE IT S CHEAP, ULTIMATELY IT S YOUR CAR GUYS be wise. It was terrible experience, just ruined all my day.

The receptionist was very friendly and personable, plenty of room to sit and wait or ypu can walk over to broulims and do some shopping. They were quick and on point.

Some of the best service in town can be found here. They don't do everything, but what they do, they do it well. If they can't take care if it for you, they'll recommend a reputable party who can.

It was great. People were nice and the oil change was less than 20 minutes. It definitely was "zippy."
