My girlfriend and I found a vehicle on Facebook and it led us to Young buck automotive. We drove out to check out a Yukon Denali, he had others in line that had appointments and held to his word with them and told us we had to wait. He didn't want to sell it out from under someone that was already on there way I was a bit shocked and a little disappointed at first. We got there and seen this one that we liked better and took it for a ride and loved it! We were able to get financing and drive it home the same day. It was refreshing to deal with an honest guy that sticks to his word.

My husband and I just purchased a car from Chase. Our experience in working with him was a breath of fresh air! Chase was honest with us about all of the maintenance we would need to do on the car since it s just around its 100,000 mile mark. He also worked with us in helping us figure out the best car for our lifestyle. We never got a pushy salesperson vibe. We got the car inspected through a third party pre-purchase and discovered just what Chase had told us: it is a great car!

I purchased a heavily used 2010 Honda Civic (300,000+ miles). That was over nine months ago and I haven't had any problems. Obviously buying any used car is a gamble, especially an old one like I did, but as soon as you meet Chase (the owner) it's obvious to see he isn't out to swindle anyone. He was very upfront and honest with me about the problems including cosmetic defects, radio issues, and the age of the vehicle. Don't be fooled by some of the reviews here: buying a used car is the gamble, not Young Buck Auto.I got a steal of a deal (especially considering how COVID hit the used car market) and plan to return the next time I need a car.

Working with Chase was awesome! He was very nice and professional! He was upfront with whats been done on the vehicle and what may need to be done in the future! He wasn't a pushy salesman in a polo shirt with clean clothes just looking for some commission. We made a special trip from out of town to come to Youngbuck automovie and we were able to check the car out, take it for a drive, and handle the payment, and paperwork all in less than an hour. Very please with the service and vehicle we got! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest good ol' boy!

If you want to know how my car drove, see the post my wife made. I do NOT recommend this Dealership. My experience was working directly with him after we found the car needed a new Engine. Chase was very defensive and only said that he Legally could not do anything because the car is sold as is. The Claims he made that the car was in Great or Good condition where ignored. When i had my mechanic give me the diagnosis and recommendation, he even when to chase to discuss the condition and repairs done to the car. Chase was very defensive with my mechanic and would not admit to causing any harm or knowing of anything wrong with the car. When I approached him about the car, all he would say is that its sold as is. He did say that if i had brought the car to him 3 days after purchase he would have maybe done something, but because the issues happened a week after purchase, he couldn't/wouldn't do anything. I have a lot more to say and would be happy to share with anybody who messages me. All in all, spoke confident but lacked ethics after car was purchase. He wouldn't even look at the car to see what was wrong.

Bought a jeep Patriot here earlier this year and it has been nothing but problem after problem from only a few weeks after I got it. The seller came across as really dishonest, some problems I understand are hard to know about beforehand when selling used cars but some small things like him always opening the trunk to hide that the hatch struts are broken just come across as really sketchy/dishonest. Nothing I can do obviously since the car was purchased as is. All I can say is of you buy from here make sure you really know cars and are really careful abo

I do not recommend him. We bought a car from him as is, based on the information he gave us about the repairs he did and because we were under the impression the car was in 'good condition'. Our initial thought of him was he's a nice guy, and we were excited to get to support a small business. Well, less than one week later our car stalled getting off the highway. We bought the 2011 Chevy Equinox from him. We talked to him to see if there is anything he could do because it was less than a week since we bought the car, and he said no. He also took his time getting back to us about anything, so it was a week or so when he finally got back to us. Based on the rest of our experience with him, and the now 3-5,000$+ repair we would need to do on a car that he said was in 'good condition', (obviously not) when he sold it to us, so I definitely do not recommend him.

What an experience! Chase was nice and upfront about everything. Didn't get a salesperson vibe at all.He also gave me an excellent deal on my trade in. I'll be back for my next purchase for sure.

The owner was very helpful, open and honest about the conditions of the car, and gave me a great deal! I am very happy with my new car and the outstanding customer service that I received throughout the buying process.
