Repairs were estimators and done in a timely manner and the end result was amazing! They did a great job of working with the insurance companies so I didn t have to. Highly recommend!

We were informed for $30 we could get the crack in our windshield fixed. Ended up being $60 and rather than getting rid of the problem, they just glued it in. We still have a huge crack in our windshield as well as $60 down the drain. Waste of money. Didn't fix the problem we requested. We told them that wasn't our expectation and they said that's just how it is and as good as they can get.Be very careful if you plan on taking your vehicle to Taylor Body Shop. We felt very misled.

**Update**After writing this review, I was contacted and my paint was now covered. They repainted my hood. I will update later as to how it is holding up.I had hail damage to my brand new car (less than 3000 miles). Taylor's was a preferred shop thru my insurance company so I decided to go with them. The paint job looked good for a couple months, and after the winter it is bubbling and flaking. When I contacted the body shop, they told me they would talk with their paint guys and get back to me. A week later they still had not got back to me so I contacted them again. They then told me it was from rock chips and was not under the "lifetime warranty." This was not normal damage from a rock chip. I have never seen paint bubble and flake around a rock chip. My daughters 15 year old car has held up better than this. Extremely disappointed. I would highly suggest thinking hard before choosing their services.

Great place. Worked w the manager Shawn on multiple occasions. He is very professional and keeps us updated on how the car is progressing. Love using Taylors because they rent you a replacement car while yours is being worked on. Much more convenient that dealing w a rental company.

Great people! They delivered on time, as promised! Excellent work! Solved all problems with the insurance company. I am from Arizona, I had an accident in Utah, but I decided to bring the car to Taylor Collision Center in Rexburg, ID.

Taylor's quoted repair's. Insurance approved what they quoted. Taylors than calls me tells me that the insurance won't cover hood clear coat and repair so the hood never got repaired but in the quote it clearly states hood and paint/clear coat paint labor 2.5 hours ect.. I talked to the insurance and what do you know they do cover the hood repair Don't trust Taylor Collision Repair Center!!

I was very impressed! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a great job with restoring the paint on the hood of my car for a great price. I will go back to them!

Their lack of desire to fix issues with their painting was beyond frustrating. We could point out issues with their repairs and they simply shrugged it off and didn't make the customer feel like what they were saying was relevant. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone...

I have a tint, paint protection film, and vinyl shop and work with Taylor's body shop almost daily. I see there work all the time and its top notch!

If you crash it, smash it, scratch it, dent it, break it!! They will fix it! Very friendly easy to work with and the job is done right in a timely manner!! Quality of work is excellent!!

They came right out to give us a tow. They also dropped us off at another location so that we could work with some mechanics that were already familiar with the vehicle.
