We drove up from Utah to buy a car from here and it was worth the trip! Jonathan was so great to work with, he was the one who contacted me and gave us a sweet deal on our new car! The other staff we interacted with were great and had our best interests at heart. Highly recommend buying a car from here!

UPDATE: Dealer reached out and took care of the issue. Fixed what needed to be fixed in a timely manner.Sept. 19, 2023 - Took my 19 Ram 1500 in for routine maintenance to have the spark plugs done, and have everything inspected. An they were suppose to do an oil change, which they forgot. Picked up my pickup drove it 4 days and scheduled an oil change with another dealer. Sept. 23,2023 - When the other dealer pulled it in on initial inspection they dipped the coolant tank and it was blue. Stones service had put windshield wiper fluid in my coolant tank, at least thats what i think it is. I had been driving for 4 days with it. Then when I called them they had me drive it all the way to Rexburg to do a coolant flush. And still tried to tell me that it was the color it should be. The fact that they tried to cover up the mistake and not take accountability for the damage they have done is beyond inexcusable.I have a picture taken at the other dealer proving what they did. ( my pickup is only serviced by a dealer) And now I'm having issues with parts that will need to be replaced. I do not trust this dealer service to correct the problem they have caused me. I'm already $1000 deep in repairs. And who knows how much more it's gonna cost to fix.

Great place to buy a scam! Sold us a vehicle sight unseen in another state, without disclosing all details about issues with the pickup. Tried reaching out to Jonathan, but his manager seems unwilling to do anything to right the issue. Not planning to buy another vehicle here anytime soon - and passing on the message where I can. Especially to family in the area.

Today was the first time I had been to Stones I am one hundred percent satisfied with my experience! Hunter was awesome to work with and did what he could to help me find a car within the budget I was trying to stay in and he did an awesome job doing so! Hunter and all the staff there I interacted with were all super friendly and professional. I will most definetly be recommending Stones to anyone looking to purchase a car!

Very Smooth experience in selling our car for what we thought it was worth to putting a deposit down to get the car we wanted with all the specs.Micheal was great in walking us through the whole process and keeping us informed on where our car was once it left the Manufacturing plant. Closing was easy and painless.The only thing I didn t think of that was missed was as a big red bow and a picture of us in front of our new car since we bought on the 21st of December.Will definitely go back.

The service department at Stone's is amazing to work with. I've personally worked with Kade, Molly, and Logan and their emphasis on taking care of the customer is their number 1 priority. They are fair and honest. I will happily bring my vehicles to them again and again. Thanks Stone's!!!

We had such a great experience buying our 2021 Subaru Ascent from Stones in Rexburg! Jonathan De la Rosa was an amazing salesman. This was the third car we ve bought from Stones. We love the perk of having unlimited free car washes! We highly recommend Stones to everyone we know!

Was treated friendly and fair. We appreciate Gerrit working hard to make us happy and take care of our needs and concerns. A lot of times after the sale you can be be treated crappy but it doesn t seam to be that way at Stones.

Super impressed with Stone's service department. They were thorough, professional, and had excellent communication. My RAM had to be there several days awaiting a backordered part. I got regular text messages keeping me up to speed with the situation. Highly recommended.

I called Stone s about a check engine light on my Ram 2500. They were able to get me in the next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it fixed 2 days later. Great service.

Husband and I went to Stones to begin our quest for a new truck. We were met by Gerrit who was unbelievably helpful. No sales pitch, no b.s., just helpful. We looked at a couple trucks and went home. Came back a couple of days later to re-look. Garret met us at the door and said he just got a trade in with exactly what we were looking for. He was right! We were dealt with squarely by both Gerret and Jesse, the sales manager. We have purchased many vehicles and this was our best experience. Professional, friendly and fair. Highest recommend!

Me and my girlfriend had our vehicle towed to the shop at stones which was a very terrible experience. First we tried to explain it wasn t the battery or alternator they told us we have to replace it but after waiting weeks it was replace and of course we got our car which only lasted an hour till it shut off again on the highway. Then we called back and they told bring it in we do and we don t here back from them for a about a week then they tell us it s thermostat and fuel pump we say go head and fix it they tell us okay will order parts and we call a month later just for them to tell us oh we didn t order the parts while so bad and unprofessionally handled. Took our vehicle out of there so fast and wasted money.

I bought my first Brand New Car from Stone's Kia and am so happy to say the process was 100% painless! Both Brian and Rose made the experience just delightful. Rose was so helpful over the phone when I called to inquire. I had reached out to the two Kia dealers in Montana (where I live) and neither was helpful, so being able to chat with Rose was even more lovely! I was more than happy to be able to purchase from Stone's Kia... and since I live in Montana I did NOT have to pay sales tax! Yay!I have a 2023 Kia Soul S, Surf Blue with a black top.

What an absolutely fabulous experience to work with competent professional people. From the initial call to repair being completed, Stone s will be the only ones that service and repair my Ram pickup. Not only did they address my issue with the fuel spout, but kept in touch with me to let me know cost, time frame, and completion. Thank you Nick, Dave, and Spencer for everything!!!!!
