I had the pleasure of interacting with Brannon at O Reilly Auto Parts in Rexburg, Idaho, and I must say, his customer service was exceptional. Brannon went above and beyond to assist me, from diagnosing the issue with my vehicle to providing a detailed price quote. What truly stood out was his willingness to help install the needed parts, making the entire process seamless and stress-free for me. His approachable attitude and knowledgeable application of expertise made me feel confident in the service I was receiving. I am truly grateful for Brannon s efforts and highly commend his exceptional customer service skills.

O'Reilly's Auto Parts is awesome! They always seem to have what I need, and my favorite part is that they are open fairly late. This is come in handy countless times. I would also say they probably have some of if not the best prices in town. I also love being able to use their tools for free. The way their loaner tool program works is you basically pay for the tool and then as soon as you bring it back you're given all the money back, no matter the condition of the tool. At least that's how it works to my understanding and the times that I've used it.

Eric went above and beyond to help me with my car. He was enthusiastic that I was able to fix it and very knowledgeable about O'Reilly's parts and kits. He was always holding the door for older people, I think he even turned on the lights for me when it got dark. Please promote him!!

My battery was past the warranty and I was essentially stranded and I needed a new one and these guys helped me out big time. I think the guy's name was Eric but I can't fully remember. Super nice and helpful 10/10.

We went in looking for windshield wipers and Drew helped us out a lot! He even told us about the student discount that saved us quite a bit of money on our parts!! Great experience and great employees here!

Great service, they advertised a product being in store online at a certain price and when I went they didn t have it but had a higher quality product that they gave me for the same price as the one I was looking for!!

I have always loved going to O'Reilly Auto parts. I used to work here and it makes me want to give it an ever better rating. O'Reilly Auto Parts treats their employee's very well! They are very Customer Service Oriented and especially at getting you the best parts the first time. Everyone makes mistakes, but coworkers go above and beyond to help customers find what they need the first time, and if there is a mistake, making it right.

I had a car battery problem. The battery was under warranty but I was missing some important information. He helped me find the missing information to be able to connect a purchase of that battery in their records with me, allowing me to get a replacement. Connor was very helpful and made the entire process feel seamless.I m very happy with the customer service here

I ordered a part that was supposed to arrive in two days. I went in two days later and the part hadn t arrived. I called the day after that, no part. I called the day after that, no part. I called three days later after a weekend and they said the part got sent back to SLC because no one came to pick it up how infuriating. They said they could get it back in three days for $85. Advanced Auto Parts got one ordered next day delivery for $60. What a joke!!! You d think a company of this size would have their act together but I guess not.

Went to O'Reilly's to get a new ignition coil for my Toyota sienna van. I had to drive 85 mi from Yellowstone west entrance because Napa was out of them and wasn't going to have one for a week. Can you imagine that I could have walked around Yellowstone for a week? That would have been crazy

O'Reilly's is my favorite place to purchase parts. Great service, and good knowledge; they've gotten me the right part every time.They're prices are reasonable, and I love their hours.10/10 would recommend.

We had a broken down RV and this store was the closest one within 90 miles on Saturday of memorial day that was open after 2pm. The folks that work here were AWESOME! They went well above and beyond making sure we not only understood the parts we were buying, but that we understood the dependencies of other parts to make sure the replacement of our fuel filter went smoothly. With out experience changing out a fuel filter on an RV, due to the help that you all gave us, we were able to successfully change the fuel filter! You all went above and beyond and my guess is you do that for everyone that you interact with. Excellent job!!

These guys are great they have always been willing to price match me even when it's been a $25 difference to an online deal. They also know their stuff and have helped me with a lot of projects. They rarely have a line and are good at getting you in and out quick. Love being able to borrow tools that work. They also have great warranties and will honor them. Get to know them and they treat you like family.

Bought a part from Oreilly s, they said there was a shipping fee. Paid the shipping fee, found out the part that I got wasn t exact. So I went to go return the product and the didn t return the whole amount back because they can t return shipping fees. I feel like a corporate business should have the funds to do that.

Paid $233 for a battery and wouldnt help us take off some components that we needed to keep. They basically told us "take it off yourself" then proceeded to talk bad about my girlfriend and i in the back. Unacceptable behavior and i would love to personally talk to the owner or store manager.

This is the best auto parts store in the area! Great selection of products and parts. In the off chance they don't have what you nees, they can get it quick. Staff are always helpful when talking though or diagnosing a problem. Free tool rentals and they let you borrow their car diagnostic tools to check and clear error codes. Overall, GREAT store!

The salesman who helped me was able to verify that my battery was bad using a tester and helped replace it. He also informed me of their price-matching policy and I was able to get a slight discount. The turnaround time for the visit was very fast. Overall it was a great experience.

Went to them after the staff at autozone was unable to install a simple headlight. Staff was very kind and helpful and offered to install the headlight for me even though I did not buy the bulb from them. I was very appreciative of their help. Would definitely recommend!

I had a year old Optima battery go bad. These guys took care of me and even had a replacement in stock. The employee was awesome and I wish I remembered his name so I could scribe a pleasant letter to the manager complimenting his exemplary attitude.

Went to get my battery tested, when I walked in I had asked one of the employees to test it. It was a tall dude with a big beard and long hair. He didn t say anything to me or really make eye contact. He just walked to the end of the desk and grabbed the battery tester and walked out of the building. The reason for getting my battery tested was to make sure it was healthy for the upcoming cold season. I followed him out of the building and he said the reason I am having battery issues is cause my negative cable was loose. (I wasn t having starting issues, this was just precautionary maintenance). He never asked if I had symptoms or what problems I had. I would like to point out the terminal was also not that loose, he really had to put a bit of pressure on it to be able to get it to wiggle a little. He just loosened my negative and took off the patted negative terminal ring and threw it away and retighten it (those rings cost money btw). The battery tested good. My main point for the partial review was the fact that he just walked out of the building to my car with pretty much no contact between both of us, and never actually asked me symptoms to diagnosis. Other than my main complaints it was just a regular battery testing.

Their service it's amazing. My battery almost died and I came there to replace it and they gave me a huge student discount and helped install a new one into my car. They don't want to Rob you but get the best deal for you.

great service! The employees might be intimidating at first but their friendliness and hard work outweighs it completely. I would like to thank Anthony who works there, for helping me with my battery. He was kind sincere and helped me find the battery to best suit my vehicle without pressuring me into a purchase. He knew exactly what he was talking about.this isn't this first good service I've had from o'reilly's I came by once to have a bulb looked at and the employee pooped it back into place free of charge (i tipped him for being so nice)the other time I just needed a check engine lights codes and the employee got them to me in less than a minute and explained them to me. all in all you should come here first for auto parts and quick auto needs. Thanks O'reully crew!
