Oakley is your guy!Our overall experience was a 10/10, if you have any hesitations about this place all I say is go ask for Oakley and figure it out yourself.A little bit about our experience... I pulled up to check out a couple trucks I saw on the lot. Oakley wasn't there as he was taking a new customer out to lunch. So I went and got my wife and came back right away to wait for him. We sat there and got to know Darrell a little bit as well while waited for Oakley.Checking out the truck with Oakley was a great experience, the Truck was in great condition and was priced very well... the only issue we ran into was I'm extremely rusty at stick. But Oakley was absolutely awesome and took me to an open parking lot in the truck and helped me get all the kinks out of my driving.Overall they were very friendly and thoughtful, we loved how they took their time to take the previous customer out to lunch or to reteach me manual. They made sure we were comfortable with the price and had an absolute phenomenal experience. Don't be surprised if you see another review from me with a different vehicle real soon.

We purchased a car 6+ months ago from New Ride Auto, and we are still very satisfied with our purchase. Two things about them stood out to us:1) "sleazy car salesman" is the opposite of how we would describe Oakley-- we found him to be knowledgeable, honest, kind, and willing to work with us.2) every car on this lot appeared to be in top condition. To us, this said a lot about the quality of the used car we had our eye on (and frankly, is the reason we stopped by in the first place.)We trust Oakley, and would consider buying a car from him in the future.

The service was top tier, great prices, and over the experience was amazing! I absolutely love the 2012 Ford Focus Titanium they sold me. Has no issues and drives perfect.

Cruised up from Ogden with hopes of picking up a car. After the long drive, I was definitely not disappointed. The car was as good as it looked in the photos, and was a gem compared to the other vehicles I d been checking out in my area. They worked with me on the price, and they even gave my friend some cash to get dinner after he d driven the way up there with me. These guys rule, and they ll take good care of ya.

This is a father/son shop that has been in the area for a while. These are used cars sold as is. So just be aware of that and if you feel inclined have your own mechanic check them out before purchasing. The car I bought kept having a check engine light come on, which they turned off for me multiple times before my daughter totaled the car. I went with another option when I purchased again just because I didn t really care for some of the sales tactics and because I did not take time to give the first vehicle a through look over because I felt rushed to buy right then.

Went in to buy 1 car and came home with 2 new cars! Lol! New Ride Auto is amazing to buy from! It s a family owned business. Oakley is very nice and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. His dad Darrell is retired but popped in when we were there. They are super nice people! I bought a Honda Odyssey. Super low miles and in pristine condition. My son went with me to drive our old car home. Well ..because we bought the one car they gave us a great deal on another car for my son. It s a great little Ford Focus sport car. Super clean and lower miles for the year it is. It s a great little car and my son is absolutely in love with it!! The night we brought them home he had to go show all his friends. I m super appreciative for Oakley for helping us get into good reliable vehicles. We will definitely be buying from him again. We will be forever customers!!

New Ride Auto is the best!! I d give them more stars if I could! Oakley and Darrell went above and beyond to help me and were both so kind and helpful through everything!What impressed me the most was how honest and personable they were. They treated me like family instead of just a number. I could tell they genuinely cared about me and wanted to help me find a car that suited my needs!I was referred to them by a friend after my car got totaled. I needed a reliable car for work and for traveling to family.Oakley was very considerate as he helped me find a car that checked all the boxes. He walked me through the features and functions of the car and let me test drive it. I was impressed by how he listened to and helped me through my concerns.About a month after I purchased my car from them I was having some car troubles due to not knowing much about what the lights in my dash meant haha! They were very helpful and referred me to their mechanic who was able to look over and fix my car in less than 24 hours! He was so kind and did an amazing job!I would definitely refer New Ride Auto as well as their mechanic to any and all of my family and friends in the Rexburg area!!

New Ride Auto always takes great care of our family. I had a specific car in mind and drove by several times checking out their inventory. Finally I drove onto the lot. Darrel and Oakley worked their magic and a couple hours later I drove off with the car I wanted. They were beyond fair with me and gave me a phenomenal car buying experience. I couldn t be happier or more grateful for their service. No pressure. Great inventory and fair deals. Highly recommend.

We came in late in the day on a Saturday from out of town, and Oakley talked to the bank and asked them to stay open late for us to get the financing completed. Then he also gave us a great deal on the car. We were so happy to drive away with a car on the same day. We will definitely be a future return customer.

We recently bought a new car from Oakley and Darrel. Oakley was very helpful in getting us acquainted with the car and both of them were very good in assisting us was we tried to decide whether we wanted to purchase the vehicle. After comparing our vehicle to some of the others on the market, particularly considering some of the minor issues that the car had, we probably paid a bit more than we should have for the vehicle, but that is on us for not doing our homework better. All in all we are very excited for our new car and believe it will serve us for a very long time.

Oakley is the best. We had briefly spoken about a car I was looking for 2 years prior. He had one come available, which was rare, and personally drive it to my place of work for me to look at it. Best customer service during the before, during, and after the purchase. He touches base on the vehicle to make sure there are no issues regularly.
