Desi helped me find what I needed fast and efficient. She knows her stuff. Other staff were welcoming and made you feel like you re a regular even if you weren t. Answered questions when needed. Store was very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love how friendly, helpful & knowledgeable the staff is at this location. One of the the managers (Ben) was absolutely amazing when I stopped in to pick up some washer fluid & wipers for my car the other day. Even though there was another Customer being extremely rude & disrespectful because of computer issues .. Anyway, Ben offered to change my wiper blades for me so I didn't have to do it when I got home. Definitely didn't expect that extra step. Definitely made my trip to the Rexburg Napa Store worth it. Thank you to the amazing staff for all your help ,especially in the crazy times we are dealing with

Honestly, the only reason I go here are the decent prices and student discounts. However, somehow, every time I've bought a part there asking them to find the part for me, they've either given me a part that is similar but not the same or a faulty part that lasts less than a week.They won't even call you after ordering a part when they say they will once the part comes in.Coincidence? Maybe ... but it's not fun to go back and make returns for the reasons stated.

Napa auto parts is usually a good store, but today their customer service was terrible. I was told one guy would help me in a second, then after that I waited for 15 minutes to be helped. During those 15 minutes there was three guys standing around and helping one person. How many people does it take to help one person ? Don t make your customers feel invisible.

Horrific service! I understand that there are current staffing issues, but 1 employee in entire store and he was engrossed in helping a customer without acknowledging I was there, put 3 phone calls on waiting, spent 10-15 minutes fiddling on computer with said customer.......so by servicing 1 customer he ignored 4 others. The Napa in Ririe is fantastic and great service. Only went to Rexburg store to pick up an order, he could not pull it up or find it until I suggested to look in the order area....and it was ready to go. I will not make the mistake of using this store again. Ririe and Rigby stores have much better customer service. I was in the store so long for a simple pick up that my wife was contemplating calling the police because no other customers entered the store and she thought there was a hold-up robbery in progress because it was taking me so long.

The staff here was very helpful, as I am not too familiar with cars. I came in with a dead battery from my car, and told them I needed a new one as well as brake light bulbs. He quickly brought me exactly what I needed and I went home and installed them myself, happy to find he did give me all the right parts. It's a good store, with friendly and helpful service.

Just got off the phone with Anthony to order a bunch of parts for my 95 Camry. He was incredibly polite and helpful, and he processed all the parts way more efficiently than other parts stores that I have worked with. I Will definitely be doing more business with Napa Rexburg store .

Good service, and the workers are friendly. The guy who helped me even showed me some deals that were going on that week for what I had walked in for. Don't have the greatest selection of some things, like work gloves, but aside from that, good place.

Dennis is the man. But I'm ticked off everytime I go because there's 9 parking spots allocated for the Napa store and 6 are filled with Napa cars and there's 10 customers trying to shop...where should we park when all the other spots are for other businesses that have signs threatening fines or towing? Shouldn't the Napa cars park on the street and leave the ones for customers right next to the building?

I have been a service advisor for many of the mechanic shops in Rexburg so I know the Napa Rexburg guys pretty well and they're great I love their service and just who they are in general
