Professional, efficient and friendly. I was very pleased with my experience. Their website always has coupons. They have the BEST waiting room! Free soda, hot chocolate, and popcorn! I will definitely be a return customer.

This place is amazing! I bought an alternator for my 2002 Chevy suburban and they said they could fix it and because of how easy it would be they did it for free! They really helped me out in a pinch, from now on I will get my oil changes done through them! And finally they change alternators! Who would ve thought, I thought all they did was oil changes!

Went three times just this semester with two separate cars and each time was a good experience. The workers all seem like honest people and were super nice and made sure I was taken care of each time. They also aren t super annoying about selling extra services. They do give their pitches on services that they recommend but they aren t annoying about it! 10/10 would recommend!

UPDATE:They requested I contact them (no direct person) so I called their store. They said the manager would call me back. They didn t. It s been weeks I m extremely disappointed with the service I was provided here.I came here to get a windshield chip repairs on my car. Shoulda been simple. Called and they said they were free, so I stopped by.Gave the guy my keys, and sat down to wait. I was told it should be an hour wait or so then I should be out of there, that s all I heard from the guy for about an hour and a half.He came back and we cleared stuff with my insurance, but the wait time from it being done to me driving off was almost 3 hours. Far longer than the 1 I was told it would be.The big issue arose just under 2 days later. That morning I woke up to go to work and saw a giant crack in my windshield originating where the chip was repaired.Thats inconvenient, yes, but their site says they have a 3000 mile/90 day warranty (which I was well within). Cool, so I call when they open and let them know what happened and they say they can t fix it unless I pay. According to them, they have 0 warranty on rock chip repairs and I was supposed to have been told this. I was not.They also told me it was on the bottom on the invoice that this was not the case. Interestingly, this is a complete lie. The bottom of the invoice says the same as the website. I tried calling back a few times however they never picked up.I left a voicemail.No response.I will not be coming back here again, and am extremely disappointed that they did not try to acknowledge the misspoken warranty. If it was written, that s one thing, but I feel I was directly lied to.

I ve been coming to this location for years now and with a couple different vehicles.Oil changes and some other recommended maintenance.They have always been courteous, nice, clean, and fast.I ve never had issues with any leaks or anything after.They have on occasion offered discounts and overall take great care of the vehicles. They offering to clean windows, vacuum, tire pressure etc.They also offer free soda and snacks in their waiting area.I d like to shout out some stellar employees.McKay the regional manager been there a while and I enjoy his chipper demeanor!Aalyia team lead very kind.Kaden pit techKenny hood techJust got my headlights done and will be giving an update to how well they are doing in a while. Unfortunately it was sunny when I went in and rainy when I left and dumped by the time I got the car home and covered. So will see how they hold up.

This team has consistently been reliable and top notch. You can tell they take pride in this work and like to go above and beyond.I appreciated how they have just got you covered. I never feel like I am being pressured to buy more things than I need and am given the options on how to take care of my vehicles. Many times they take care of an issue that many other places will charge you random fees for.They are always super fast and friendly. I will continue to come here for as long as I live in Rexburg as my go to for maintaining my vehicle.

Alright, I'm not exaggerating when I say they went above and beyond for me. I went in 40 mins before they close which I still feel kinda bad about BUT despite this they were still very helpful and friendly. So much so, that one of the employees helped me pick out a new air filter at the auto zone across the street, and installed it for FREE. Shoutout to Kris, Alonso, Chris, and Matthew and the whole Grease Monkey team for having the patience and kindness to help me out.

Amazing service. I made the mistake of pouring warm water down my washer reservoir to defrost the windshield wiper fluid. Mind you I'm a California girl so I was unaware there's a special fluid that doesn't freeze during the winter time. Anyways the guys at Grease Monkey helped to drain out all the fluid and put the good stuff in. They were friendly, attentive, patient and super helpful!! I felt like an idiot that day but their great attitudes made me feel comfortable and welcome. They ended up not charging me for the service. I was super grateful. If I lived in Rexburg, I would go to Grease Monkey for all my car troubles. A HUGE thank you to Brett, Alonso, and Chris :)

I've been going to Grease Monkey for years for my car's oil changes and other routine maintenance, and I've always been impressed with their customer service. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain what they're doing and why. They're also never pushy about upselling services, which I really appreciate.On my most recent visit, I had a few questions about my car's brakes. The mechanic took the time to inspect my brakes and answer all of my questions thoroughly. He even showed me the worn brake pads so that I could see for myself why they needed to be replaced.I highly recommend Grease Monkey for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. Their customer service is top-notch, and they always go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.

McKay and Carson are the goats. Super nice and friendly guys, very resourceful with information too. They 100% know their stuff. I usually do most maintenance myself, but they always take such good care of my car that I have no problem coming to them anytime I have any questions and need my oil changed.

Excellent, great staff, knew what they were doing, and respected you and your time. They clearly know what they are doing and cultivate a healthy atmosphere. It is rare to say it was a pleasure getting my car serviced, but it was. Matthew and Mariah were my Techs and Helena was the manager. Would definitely go there again. (5 out of 5 would recommend)

Payed for a tire rotation, and the tires were obviously not rotated. The workers were dishonest and extremely rude when I was talking to them. 2 stars because at least they got my oil change right, although according to a lot of other reviews they couldn t even do that.Go somewhere else. These guys are not worth it

This service shop is outstanding. My husband and I were traveling from Carson City, Nevada to Montana when we started hearing a noise under the car. We pulled into Rexburg and called Grease Monkey. They told us to bring it right in (on a Saturday when few other services were available). When we were a half mile from the shop our right front tire came off and rolled down the road!!! We walked the remainder of the way with our two dogs and told them who we were. They immediately took my husband back down to our car and put the wheel back on (two studs broke off) and brought it back for repair. I contacted Costco as we had gotten a tire rotation less than a month ago!! Apparently, the lug nuts were not tightened properly. Grease Monkey fixed the car and had us back on the road in a couple hours! We bought the parts at a part store next door (and the mechanic's wife took my husband to another store as the first did not have all the parts) and Grease Monkey charged us only $80!!! Mackey IS THE MAN. Top notch, quality, honest, reliable work by a very pleasant, courteous guy. What luck for us!!! Highly recommend!!

Came in this morning to get an oil change before I go on a long trip. Was greeted and seen to immediately. The employees were nice and kept me updated throughout the service. The location was clean. Wait time wasn t too bad considering I was a walk-in . Great experience and there wasn t any attempt to up sell me from the employees. Chris and Mariah were some of the kindest people I ve ever had work on my car- after being totally scammed in the past because I m not a car savvy person, it was so refreshing to be treated with honesty and respect! They did a great job today, and I will absolutely be coming back!

Chris and Carson were amazing. Chris explained everything that was going on in a clear and comprehensive way. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, and was overall a very down to Earth person. My car feels great. I went in for a standard oil change and car rotation. I'm very happy with the service that was done and the great customer service.

It was a good experience. They had a nice waiting area and were fast. They are pretty expensive compared to other places, however, and on top of it I was quoted a price of $20 for a tire rotation, but was charged over $25.

They just gained 2 more customers! We went to get our oil changed and in return received extremely friendly, honest, and great service. We came in on a Monday evening and the area was a mess. There was popcorn everywhere and the kids were spreading toys all over the ground. Moments after the mom and her 5 kids left there was a coworker in there sweeping, wiping down the counter, and putting toys away. They really care about the atmosphere they have and tried to make it a great experience for everyone there.

Full Synthetic oil Change included 16 point check. Brake Pads were okay, fluids were okay except for oil that needed changing. Filters inside & out okay. At checkout the tech went over everything. I was very impressed with Staff and Service. There is a waiting area with very comfortable chairs and flat-screen Tv and magazines with Excellent Kerieg Coffee and Pastries. There is a Uni-sex well appointed, clean bathroom.I hope, you give Grease Monkey a Try. Very, very impressive ! I've included photos of inside & outside.

Update:Manager talked to the dealership mechanic and is now claiming that the leaves were build up from an old filter and it s our fault for not having the car serviced frequently. Which is funny because we have the car serviced roughly every 5,000 miles like the windshield sticker recommends. Manager said she has no record of us servicing the car before hand. I said the licenses plate has changed and to look under the VIN, but she didn t.We bought the car in April 2022 at roughly 26,000 miles at a certified Nissan Dealership. Took the car to the dealership for two oil changes because they were free from the car purchase (one of the services was in June 2022 and the other on 03/24/23). In August 2022 we also took it to Valvoline cause we had a good coupon. Besides that the other 3 oil changes were at the Rexburg GM on 9/29/2022, 07/21/23 (air filter was replaced at this visit) and then 11/17/23. (We traveled across the country several times during the summer of 2022 hence lots of oil changes). We just hit 60,000 miles the day after the 11/17 oil change. So if you do the math, we averaged about 5,500 miles between each oil change. We have receipts from each of the grease monkey visits and are happy to provide.It s also funny they claim they didn t service our car when they literally pulled the 7/21 sticker off the windshield when putting the new sticker on. Basically just seems like they are trying to give any excuse possible. I don t get how there would be build up around the air filter when GM keeps checking the area and saying it looks good at the end of the service.Manager also tried to place the blame on us by saying we should have called them when the car broke down. We broke down at 9 am on Sunday morning when the store is closed, plus it s not like they were going to drive out to Sinclair WY to help us! I asked back if she would have done anything in that situation and she was like, well, no .If they don t make this right by 12/31 I m filing a small court claim.(End of Update)This used to be a 5 star rating but never again. Took the car in last week, when they checked the air filter (it was a clean filter, had a new one put in a few months ago) but when they took the filter out and back in they let leaves and dirt fall past the filter. The next day we are driving through the middle of nowhere Wyoming and our engine loses power and we break down on the side of the highway unable to start the car. Police stopped to help and decided we needed to get towed. Closest mechanic was over 150 miles away so we had a nice tow bill of $1,270! Just to then find out the only thing wrong with the car was the leaves clogged the mass air flow sensor so the computer sensor wasn t letting the car turn back on. $155 mechanic fix. The mechanic said whoever touch the air filter last is at fault for the issue. Contacted Grease Monkey last week to tell them about the problem, when I followed up with them today they are taking no responsibility for it because it wasn t that big of an issue ! Well it was! I m so mad, they claim that their oil changes are guaranteed to be done right yet it wasn t and they take no responsibility for it. All I want is to be reimbursed for the tow and mechanic bill because that wouldn t have happened if they had done their job correctly or we went to a different business. Definitely not going to drop this until they make this right, it s rotten of them to not make this right.Service: Oil change

I go to Grease Monkey because it is always quick, once you get in the bay. I had to go into the shop to schedule an appointment though since I couldn't see where to schedule it on their website. Also, I don't love that they try to upsell every time, but I get why they do.

All good except the new policy for the express lane. Seemed silly to have to wait in my truck while service was being done and made for an awkward transaction. At one point the guy told me to get back into my truck.

UPDATE!!! If you see below grease monkey commented and told me they would be following up with me. I did all the steps to hear back from them and have not heard anything. It just goes to show they're all talk and will never take responsibility for their actions. I got an oil change from here and two hours later my car that is a 2015 with only a little over 100,000 miles stopped working. Grease monkey completely screwed us over and ruined our car. DO NOT COME HERE!PLEASE READ!! My husband and I got an oil change on his car a little bit ago and the same day our car completely stopped working. We took all the steps grease monkey has in place for warranty issues like this and they failed to follow all of them. They told us they would have someone come check out the car and never did. After talking to the general manager of this store he told us they wouldn t be doing anything because they supposedly have on camera how much oil they put in our car but yet they won t even send us the footage. After having to get help from other mechanics since grease monkey was too lazy to send someone out and take responsibility for their actions we have been told by three different mechanics that we had too much oil in our car. Grease monkey won t take any responsibility for their wrong doings or at least even come look at our car to see the damage and at this point have just said they refuse to believe they did anything wrong. Our car is completely ruined because of this place and needs a brand new engine. I can t say this enough please do not come get your oil change here. (For grease monkey do better and own up to your actions. We have tried to be completely reasonable in this difficult situation you put us in and are completely getting screwed over by you guys.)

Staff was polite and nice BUT I realize I got there when they were really busy and I was doing fine until two cars that got there a HOUR after me got to go first (they did not have appointments) because I was told to move over to another lane after I had waited in my lane for 45 minutes. Took me two hours to get through. IF I ever go back I will surely make an appointment.

It was a chaotic day at the Grease Monkey Garage and I'm typically not as patient as I should be. However, I wasn't bothered at all by the long duration at their Facility.
