I have been a customer of Eminent Hi-Fi for decades. They are currently installing new audio equipment in another one of my vehicle and the customer service is always above and beyond excellent. Their professionalism, decades of experience and expertise, creative solutions, reasonable user friendly options, and down to earth transparent approach is unmatched in the audio tech and installation industry. I have never been disappointed and highly recommend their products and services if you have any type of vehicle audio dreams or needs.

Got me and my wife s remote starts installed here. Jonny happily answered any questions we had about the process and got us squared away. I would 100% recommend him and will be going back when we eventually get another vehicle. Thanks guys!

I came in to see the guys here to help with an emergency radio switch out heading to the grand canyons. They jumped right on it and had me out on an hour. Very knowledgeable and have a great facility for audio projects and bigger stuff.

Johnny and his crew are very honest & knowledgeable! I'm kinda old school and really like the features of my outdated Viper alarm. Johnny was able to integrate my old alarm with my new remote start, without changing the alarm! Very satisfied with how it turned out and highly recommend this business if you want quality & professionalism.

I made an appoint walked in was met with great professionalism and quality expertise. They help me pick out a setup for my car and budget, gave me a few options as well. I ended up having problems with my car and the subs turning on but once I called Eminent they were quick to diagnose the problem and solve it. Would recommend anyone come here.

These guys are awesome and know their stuff. They got me in quick but took the time to do the job right. Very impressed with the clean install. Surpassed my expectations... I can't believe the little things they did to go out of their way for me. Pricing is very competitive and upfront. I will make the commute again for my next install. If you are just looking for an upgrade or if you're a car audio enthusiast I would highly recommend.

The owners are just freaking awesome! I'm on a tight college budget so I can't upgrade all my stuff at once, so these guys have been dealing with me for a couple years just upgrading different parts of my sound system! but the service is great, they are always willing to work with your schedule, they're quick, and their installations are premium! I would highly highly recommend them!

Super nice guys, very helpful and efficient too! They worked with me to choose the parts I needed that would work the best and then to schedule an appointment for a time that would work for me. Definitely recommend coming here!(I'll update with photos of their work soon)

These guys are amazing! Everyone always hates those calls at the end of the day wondering if they can fit you in. These guys go way beyond and are happy to serve their customers. I came in at 3 unexpectedly and they told me they can still get it done today on a full days schedule. They are working after hours on my vehicle. I've had them work on multiple vehicles for me and I've always been impressed with their work. Extremly clean and professional!

I have known of Eminent for quite some time. I had never done business with them until this year. My son went in first and without any knowledge of the industry was treated like royalty. These guys are top notch. Since then all my kids, my wife and myself have all had work done there and the experience is the same every time. Class act people and top tier products and facility.

Honestly, one of THE best shops in town to work with, period. Customer service is excellent, quality of work is mind-blowing, they always charge more than a fair price and never cut corners. If every shop in town was like them, this place would be a bustling metropolis by now.

The best company for sound systems, stereo installs, remote starts, and anything else for your truck or cars. Remote starts are installed flawlessly, stereos are fine tuned and computer generated to sound better than anyone else that could do it and they have THE BEST customer service out of anyone in the industry.

Very Professional, exceeded expectations! Want a remote start and Bluetooth in your car and don t want the new car price. Don t hesitate! These guys put a touch screen stereo and remote start in my car in reasonable time and left zero concerns. Scheduling and communication was top notch, I ll bring my boat in this spring to get a new deck installed as well. Can t thank the fellas here enough.

Very friendly staff. Always willing to answer any questions. We bought our sound system through them (JL-and I m very happy with it!) They also did our remote start, got us set up with the system that works well for us and he got it all done within a day. Seriously great, fast, efficient service!

Eminent Hi-Fi is awesome! I recently bought a "new" used car that had an ancient touchscreen, and the thing was acting up. I called these guys up, and they said that I could bring it in and they would take a look at it free of charge. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and actually got the old touchscreen to function as best as it could for a piece of technology that is a few years old. The best part of that, was that they didn't push me to upgrade, only after I said that my wife and I were interested in something newer, he showed me their products. When they showed me the different options I had, they were very honest and transparent about the price range and range of features, I never once felt pressure to buy anything. Because of this experience, my wife and I decided to give them our business, and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided. We love our new touchscreen with Apple CarPlay! The crew at Eminent Hi-Fi are top notch, knowledgeable, and honest. Thank you so much guys, I will definitely be back!

I was installing a car stereo on my own for my sons car. I ran into some hiccups where I m an amateur. Took the car to Johnny and he diagnosed the small issue (REM amp grounding issue). Didn t charge me and then came out to my vehicle and helped me get it fixed for a few minutes. Customer service was amazing. Will take my business in the future to Eminent!

They are a stand up crew. I had an alarm installed on my truck and a year later things were acting up with the system/my truck. They were super patient with me. They replaced the system with a new one at no cost to me. I couldn't recommend them more.Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable!!!

Okay these guys are hands down the best around. dont go to walmart! these get the job done right and they do a lasting job so ypu know what you buy lasts. the only problem I had was I had to wait 3 hours for my front speakers to be changed. but they did such a good job and were so friendly that i trust them with all my car audio needs! they also have remote starts for car engines. Also the price was great. thanks eminent hifi

Amazing experience. Jonny knows what he s doing and gets the job done right. Got a sub and amp installed by them and it s great. Exactly what I was looking for and it was all installed perfectly. If I ever need any car audio work, I m heading right back.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Eminent Hi-Fi! We needed to replace a car stereo and were hesitant to get one in town, thinking it would be expensive and lesser quality, but we gave this place a shot and were super impressed! Johnny and the rest of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and their stereos were better quality and price than Walmart and Amazon. They do all sorts of audio and video as well as remote start and the like. Check 'em out next time you're in the market!(p.s. On Feb. 1 they will be moving locations out toward ArtCo.)

Went in to ask the installer a few questions regarding as to why my stereo isn't working after i did it myself. He dropped what he was doing, came out to my car and told me what it might be. He told me to try changing a fuse because ''i'd hate to charge you $65 to find out all i had to do was change a fuse''. So he ran back to the shop, and even handed me a fuse so i can do it myself. Oh and he did all this free of charge, needless to say I'm going to return here to buy something from them. I'm not really into sounds systems and customizations, but because I was treating so well they've earned my service for something I don't need. Thanks Eminent, see you soon!

I had an flat panel TV installed in our car with a an Nvidia Shield running Plex serving up a 4 terrabyte hard drive with all of our movies on it. Works great and Johnny took the time to understand what I wanted and how I wanted it done. NO MORE SCRATCHED DVD's in the car! I highly recommend him for his customer service!

They're a cool bunch of guys who know their stuff. They may push the more high end products on you but only because they really are better. I have the Oculus speakers and they may be more expensive, but they sound so good. At least give them a shot.

My go to for anything electronic for my vehicles. I've had TV's, remote starts, and plenty of stereos installed from these guys and never been disappointed. Jonny is definitely an electronic genius and Joey can fabricate just about anything. I appreciate the honest work and great products. Thanks guys
