I just went in for an oil change. They got me in really quickly, which was nice. After the guy changed the oil, he couldn t get the car started because the battery was dead from the lights being left on while he did the service (the service guy left them on when he moved the car)He eventually got it started again, moved it to the front and then turned it off and of course the battery died again because he barely charged it. It was a painfully long experience, in the cold, with a baby in tow, and I was really unhappy with how the staff handled it. The desk staff were waiting around and did not seem to know how to work the system well either, which added to the frustration.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Professionalism, value and service describe my experience with Dudez. The team tinted my windows and detailed my new vehicle and it looks great!. The ceramic coating they put on my brand new truck made the paint job look even better (I never knew how many micro scratches and damage a brand new vehicle can have coming from the factory!!!!) To do all this work, my truck was picked up at work and returned before I needed it to go home. The convenience and customer service sold me and I will be a proud, loyal customer! New owners have made this place AMAZING! My truck and car both come out of there looking brand new every time! Pro tip, if you want the best deal I d recommend signing up for their maintenance program. It saves me hundreds a year! In addition to doing amazing work on details they also added a ceramic coat to my vehicles which is phenomenal.

I was in and out for an oil change in less than 30 minutes. It was a comfortable wait and everything was extremely quick and easy for me as a customer. I definitely will come back anytime i need oil changes or detailing

While it was a bit more than I usually pay for an oil change at Walmart, the upside was I was right in and quickly served and staff don t have that darn, another customer attitude. Comfy waiting room with free WiFi too.

I've always loved this gas station. The service is great. The employees are friendly and well trained. The store is clean and has a good selection. I love being able to use my Albertsons gas rewards to get $1 off per gallon, making it the cheapest in Rexburg.

The employees were really helpful! They took care of me. They showed me the status of my air filter and gave me a choice on whether I would like to include that as well. The only thing I would change is to have the option of a lower tier for a full synthetic oil change. Nice plce to sit and wait while they worked on my car.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I love dudez chevron for so many reasons. The service here is unmatched. I always go here for my oil changes because they are quick and seriously the best. If you need someone you can trust with your car I would recommend Dudez 11/10 times

Their details are amazing! My car looked better than when I drove it of the lot. The staff is quick to help and very friendly. They also always have redbull in stock. I got my oil changed from them two weeks ago. They were great! Dudez is my go to gas station from now on

As always the guys at Dudez impressed me with their professionalism and skill when I came in for my oil change. I really feel like family when I come here and they treat all their customers extremely well. They made sure I knew my engine air filter was getting really bad and unlike other places I didn t feel pressured into replacing it.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

My experience so far has been great. The service guy Richard was clear and straightforward in describing the service and the pricing. The change itself was a little expensive at $80, but I was pleased that they vacuumed out my car and topped off the tank as part of the service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Steve Oakey used to own this chevron. He always had someone dedicated to watching the pumps, so people never pumped their own gas. When I go there, I have to honk my horn or sit and wait for 15 minutes for service, and then the employees get mad at me. Service has really gone down hill, and time to find another business.

The service was quick and the employees were very nice. I had a good time waiting in the store, I got a chance to read my book and they got the service done quickly. Worst place. They state that the carry Amsol but every time I go into change my oil I have to prepay for the oil change and wait days for them to get the oil ordered. Last and final time the said the oil would be in a in a week came back no oil because they didn t order it and would take another to 2-3 weeks before a new order would be in. NO OIL, NO CUSTOMER. I was a long standing customer with 3 cars and always use you but no more.Service: Oil change

Update: I think it s under new ownership. The quality has suffered. I ve been less than impressed with the car wash the past few times. Car goes in dirty, car comes out dirty. I don t know if they have it turned up too fast trying to make more money or what.I love Rays and what they stand for. I love that the offer to pump your gas and wash your windshield. The automatic car wash is great quality. The pressure wash problem areas by hand as you're pulling in and as you're using the free vacuums after, some comes and dries your windows for you. They also provide free air for tires. Excellent, long lost, quality customer service.

Loved my experience at Dudez. They employees are super nice and always willing to help. They changed my oil and did a full inspection of my car. The vacuumed my car as well. Definitely coming back when I need my next oil change.
