Marcus, Shane, Ethan and all the guys at commercial are amazing! I feel like I m a VIP customer every time I m there! Excellent work, reliable and trust worthy. And it s a plus that they seem to always have the best deals on tires. I wouldn t go anywhere else!

I went to get help with a tire that needed air. Shane was very helpful and filled the air in all of my tires. He also discovered that the lower tire had a screw in it and I was able to get it repaired. I'm so glad that I was able to get it taken care of before it ended up becoming an issue where I might have been stranded somewhere.

I've had very mixed feelings on if I was happy or not with the people here, on one hand ty have been very nice and when I'm in the store very pleasant to deal with outside of that the tires and rims I tried to order through them took quite a while to get in and originally were not going to fit my truck until I caught the employees mistake for the offset of the rims, I ended up getting a good deal on the tires and rims after it took a while and lots of follow up but after I can in a week later with a bolt in my tire they fixed it right away without any hassle or anything that's what gave them a big boost. In the end im happy but it was a journey hereUpdate: I had them install all new steering linkage on the front end and do an alignment but I noticed the parts they installed 1) they didn't load the joints with grease and 2) they didn't even install the zert fitting on there to begin with on 3 of the 4 linkage points

Super grateful for the support and help from Marcus and others today. As an out of town guest they went way over the top in getting me back on the road. Frankly, finding people like this is so refreshing. If I lived around here I would be using Commercial Tire in Rexburg whenever I needed their services. Thanks Marcus and crew for making good out of something bad! You re the greatest!

Highly recommend going elsewhere. Took my truck in for an alignment and they told me my tie rods and ball joints were all to bad for an alignment and would not do it. Dropped $900 bucks on nice new moog parts even though I just replaced all those parts not more than 20k miles ago with quality moog parts. But took them for their word so I pulled the trigger. As I'm pulling off all the old parts (wasn't going to pay $1300 for them to do the labor) I'm realizing that they are all still in excellent shape! Turns out my passenger side U Joint is bad ($50 part) and literally nothing else. Not sure if they kicks out of ripping people off or just way under qualified for the work they do, and honestly to me it doesn't matter, I'll find somewhere else that's actually educated enough and/or professional enough to give a propper diagnosis and would HIGHLY recommend the same to anyone else. I've delt with commercial tire in Baker city, Boise, Twin Falls, and now Rexburg.... other than the actual tire quality itself, all have been less the ideal experiences, but Rexburg has by far been the worst trying scam me out of thousands of dollars assuming I had them do all the work and source the parts. When it comes time I'll definitely be sourcing my same tire through someone else even if it costs more.

Commercial tire was the best! Marcus and his crew down there know what they are doing! I was impressed by is professionalism and his enthusiasm on getting me in and done as quickly as possible all while being flexible with my schedule.. I won t go anywhere else

I was SO impressed with their service today. I got a piece of metal in my tire and could hear the air leaking from the tire. I drive straight to Commercial Tire, but it was already two hours after closing. I found someone still there in the shop, so I stopped to tell them I was just going to leave my truck there overnight since it had a flat. But they offered to fix it right then, even though they were closed! I was so grateful! They let me into their waiting room and turned the lights back on for me. They fixed the tire quickly and didn t even charge me for the repair. I ll definitely be back. Great customer service!

Called all of the tire places in town looking for a trailer tire. Decided to use Commercial Tire for the first time. I was quoted a price over the phone ( I asked for new stem and a balance of the tire). Had my wife drop off the wheel when she was in town for an appointment. She stopped to pick it up on her way home. They mounted the wrong size tire on the wheel and it had not been balanced. This required another visit to Commercial Tire later in the day to pick up the tire. Commercial Tire was not my least expensive option nor was it the most expensive. I was told this would cost one price but when I picked up the wheel I was charged an additional $17.00. When I said, "this is not the price I was given over the phone". I was told, "we normally don't balance trailer tires I was the person you talked to and you did not say you wanted the wheel balanced". I specifically asked about the stem replacement and balancing so that I could compare the quote to the other retailers in town. Not happy, not happy at all! Not only that; had I seen the tire that was going to be installed I would have gone else where. It reminds me of the spare tire that is sold on new cars. It has half of the tread that was on the tire being replaced. The only reason I replaced my spare tire for the trailer is because it is 19 years old (It has never been used). For a few dollars more I would have bought an American made tire and not the cheap Chinese piece of garbage that I over paid for. There are other tire retailers in town and I would recommend that you utilize their services. I will not be going back to Commercial Tire.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer additional services to just tires. I needed a tire special ordered, it got here fast and the installation was done in less than 20 minutes. Very professional business that I plan to return to for more tires in the future.

Marcus the manager is awesome. I pulled up 10 minutes past closing unsure if they were open or not and as I was getting ready to leave Marcus came out and waved me to come inside. I had a screw in my tire and told him I could come back when they were open. He insisted that they fix it right then even though they were closed. I was so grateful. They fixed it quickly and because I had bought me tires there it was free of charge. He absolutely didn't need to stay and help me but he did. It's not everyday you see customer service like that. I'd recommend these guys 100%.Very very grateful!!!

The management and customer service at this Commercial Tire has by far been the best I have received, when it comes to the mechanic and tire industry. Grant and his team took care of my vehicle for a little over two years. Whenever I needed service, they always made the process as streamlined as possible. They also gave me great recommendations for tires. I would not go anywhere else for car maintenance. These guys really know their stuff, and provide an exceptional customer experience!

They did a great job with my car. I brought in a Ford fiesta to get all four wheels replaced and had a two wheel alignment done. They weren't pushy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I got really good price for new tires and a discount for the alignment. They were quick even though they seemed pretty busy. I would absolutely recommend.

Took truck in for fluid changes and a sensor replacement. Went to pick up truck and was told couldn't get sensor part off truck. My husband was upset cause we were leaving the area next day. Sensor not getting changed, truck would not pull camper. The mechanic (Sean) came out and talked to Jeff and offered to try again. Manager (Aaron) agreed. Put truck back in and a half hour later the part came out and a new one installed. Sean went way above and beyond customer service for us. If we were staying in the area, we would give them all our business.

These guys are professional. Their service is great and they were accommodating of both our schedule and our budget. We drive old cars because we know our teenagers will wreck them and they have always been patient as we do the mental math to see what is worth fixing and what's not. We'll definitely keep coming back!

Awesome guys at this Commercial Tire! It really makes a difference having management like Marcus and Dalin. They are reliable, easy to contact, knowledgable and put in the needed time for you as a customer. Loved the service on my car and the prices. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here. You can feel confident knowing that these guys will do a great job!

Great service! I worked with Grant, the manager, on a bid with our van yesterday. He got me right in and completed the job on time and right on the budget with what they bid. The price he quoted me was the lowest price I found within the several shops I called. Very pleasurable experience! I've used them many times over the years. I usually call around on pricing first but end up using Commercial Tire as the best price/service.

You know I have tried to trust the guys who work here but I have now had two cars that I have taken to them just to inspect a certain issue and days later they broke down and were going to be $6,000+ to repair. Basically totaled in terms of the value of the car. I am devastated and being a college student and now being married and very poor it is even more heartbreaking. I want to believe that the men their had nothing to do with what happened but it does make me question and wonder. After going here for almost 4 years they have now lost my business. I am so sad to say that but I just cannot trust them after this has happened twice. And being told I could drive away with them too. I have spoken to other mechanics and been told the price they quoted us most recently was insanely high. And I agree. I'm just sad and wish this had never happened.

I was out of town when I realized my tire emergency. I had no preferences towards any tire store, but stumbled upon a Commercial Tire. I'm glad I did. The bent over backwards to ensure I had the best tires at the best prices. I was on a limited budget and somehow the tires I needed to get me home were $100 less than they originally quoted me. Ever since then I've gone to them for help. Now at the Rexburg store they continue to impress with the quality of service, knowledge and friendliness. Aaron was a great help to diagnose my tire problems and figure out the best solution. My car is running better than ever. I just took it to Boise and back and whatever he did increased my gas mileage by 5-6 mpg. Very happy.

I am 100% satisfied with the Shop, management and mechanics are exceptional. My customer experience was stress free and dependable. Grant went out of his way to help me out. He found me a speedy resolution and got my kid off the side of the road in less than 30 minutes. Wow. His follow up was fantastic and put all of my concerns at ease. Mason will be servicing my daughter s car every time she drives back home form BYU ID. They are a full service shop and have great deals on tires. Most of all dependable and trust worthy. I am so glad to have an honest shop have all of our back with vehicle needs; Commercial Tire is highly recommended with 5 Gold Stars.

12/20/2021~ My brakes were GONE!! I felt them go to the floor. The cylinder went out!! I drove to one place they told me I had to wait till tomorrow. I called a place in Idaho Falls. The appointment was set for 11am. Nothing was going to happen that day.Scared, this is my only vehicle. The only vehicle I actually give 2 rips about. I called Commercial Tire. I was on the phone as I pulled into their parking lot. I couldn't stop my car!! I may have ran over their grass.The guy comes out. Says we will check your car. Not sure we can fix it today. UGH!!! I have to have my car!! He comes back, we can fix it right now!!!My car is safe!!! These guys are AMAZEBALLZ!!I told one Mechanic that he only test drove my car twice cause it's FUN!Today 12/212021 they called to make sure everything was going good still! I am amazed by these guys.If you need help go see these guys!! They will take care of you!!!

Had great experiences until I needed a new tire that was still under warranty in tred, milage, up-to-date rotations and ownership. Had to replace one tire and I have never felt a salesman be more into his financial gain from selling us a tire. Just because the tire was discontinued, any other business would make an exception/discount but not this salesman. He just wanted us to buy four of the most expensive tires. Really upsetting considering the other employees had been professional and friendly every other visit.

great service. They remember who I am and about my vehicles. I pulled in right at about closing time with a seriously flat tire. They fixed it for me for free and had me on the road again. They are a little pricey compared to other places, but I trust their advice (even though I don't do their recommended repairs) and never feel pressured.

I had a great experience with Commercial Tire. Grant was great at helping me know what I really needed in a tire and went above what was expected in helping me get the right stuff at a really good price. I would recommend going here to anyone. I shopped around town and found that these guys had some of the best deals for the money that was paid. Not only that, but they had attentive employees that worked hard to make sure I was satisfied.

Awesome service! First thing in the morning I showed up needing a new trailer tire and the young man had us out of there in 30 minutes. He got our new tire and checked the air pressure on all the tire. Awesome job guys. We will definitely use them again.

Today I visited commercial tire to have a new tire put on my car. The old tire had a flat and needed to be changed. Things started off well and once the new tire was put on, they also let us know that they looked at the other tires and took out a nail of another tire free of charge.This is where the trouble started. When I came back to pick up the car, my ignition for the car was now broken and the car wouldn't start. It was in working order when it was left with them, but not when it was returned. The manager, Josh, told me that because that part of the car wasn't being serviced, they didn't break it. They quoted me a price of almost $150 plus labor to fix it. After calling around, I found a part for less than $70. They refused to let me buy my own part that would save me about $80. When asking why I couldn't provide my own parts, Josh lost all sense of what customer service is supposed to be. He told me that they would not work on my car and that I just earned the right to tow my car somewhere else. He told me because he felt I was rude, there is a reason I was being treated the way I was. He then told me that he could give me the part number and guaranteed that I wouldn't find it any cheaper anywhere else. He then went to get me the part number and to his surprise (but not to mine) he found a part priced for $80. His attitude switched almost instantly and did the right thing in doing the job for less than $100. He apologized profusely and did everything he could think of to make the situation right, including only charging $8.50 in labor for the repair. However, there is nothing that he could have possibly done to make up for the way that I was treated.This whole process took from 12pm to about 4pm. I waited for 3 hours until I was finally treated the way I should have been from the beginning. Previous experiences and the pleasant to start with experience are the only reasons this place deserves a two star. NEVER will I return to Commercial Tire for any reason. Not only was this the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever received, it came from the manager of the business.
