Best auto parts store in Rexburg! Always the best service and knowledgeable employees. Dash and Chandler were the most help after my crown victoria went out on me, always making sure I'm 110% set before I leave the store. Thanks guys!

Amazing... beyond amazing customer service you just don't see anymore.. The manager Richard thats the guy! They really take care of you here at this store! I have been very particular to using autozone as the place I get my parts and stuff to get the job done. I had a very bad experience with same day shipping and I was not happy with the way the "customer service" 800 number had handled the situation. I had to cool off wait a day and I called the store and Richard made it right for me! The customer service line needs to take some notes from this manager and the culture those guys have instilled in that store. Thank you guys again!

I stopped by to have my battery tested. One employee came out to help me and started hooking their device up, and after a few minutes brought out someone else to help him. They told me that they couldn't reach the negative on my battery, and that I needed to go to a mechanic to have my battery tested because they would need to take apart my car in order to get full access.Well, the negative is any piece of metal, so they easily could have tested it. I went to a different Autozone in Idaho Falls and they were able to do it just fine.Either the two guys that helped me had zero idea what they were doing, or they simply decided to not help me just because it was cold out and were feeling lazy. I let it go and told them to have a nice night and thanked them for trying to help anyway, after which they said nothing and just walked away. Not sure if I'll be visiting this Autozone again.

Not many autoparts stores have competent employees that actually know what they are talking about, let alone actually caring about the customers.Dash at autozone however does. He genuinely wants to help you get what you need for your vehicle. I can't say the same about the other employees, but if you go in and Dash is there, he is the man.Autozone please give Dash a raise.

Just stopped by AutoZone later on a Saturday night hoping for help with an issue on my trailer brakes. Employee Dash went above and beyond. He was friendly and capable and assisted me to correct the issue and get me on my way. Will definitely be going back to these guys for future auto part needs. Thank you Dash and autozone

I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from your sales associate Chad today. He was proactive in searching for the correct product for my Jeep, kind, resourcefu,l and even offered to actually put my windshield wipers on my vehicle. He noticed my hands were full. My poor little puppy just got her shots and wasn't feeling well. This is service that you simply don't get anymore. Chad is a gem. I really hope you keep this employee happy because if I need anything else of this nature, I'm coming back simply because of the 5 star service I was given by this young man. Well done, SirThank you

Huge shout out to these guys and specifically Richard! Went way above and beyond to help me. I had ordered a part online (bad idea) and it didn t fit but I already had my truck torn apart. Richard searched and search for the right one for me, made probably five or six phone calls trying to find it. I assumed he was calling other autozones but he was actually calling other parts houses around trying to find it for me since they couldn t get it. Even though the money wouldn t go to them he still wanted to help me just find the part. Finally tracked one down at Napa in st Anthony. We ll Napa had just closed, he straight up called them and asked them to stay open so that he could drive there for the part and even bribed them with sodas to stay open. This guy seriously went out of his way to help me and it was much appreciated. I thanked him and told him I would drive and get it (that s like way too nice of him) so he gave me sodas to give to Napa, and even gave me a free drink. Stellar guy. He had no idea that our other vehicle had a motor going out and we were almost down to no vehicles, he helped us out in a major way. Totally blown away by the service here. Super cool of Richard and Autozone is lucky to have him on the team. Will be back for all my needs and recommend this place to everyone.

I love Autozone. I ve always used it, because in my experience, they have the most reasonable prices, generally helpful staff and lend you tools, but this location leaves something to be desired. They refuse to look up items with the card you purchased or in the system for you if you don t have a receipt. What s the point of keeping record in their system. I don t believe it is Autozone policy, I ve only experienced it at this location. They could benefit on by improving on their customer service.

Depends on who's working. Whether it be. Richard Gabe or you'll get good service, but if it's one of these college kids that doesn't know anything about parts, don't go in there

Austin, Richard, and Nick were so helpful!! They helped me figure out my headlights three different times, Richard even went out into the snow to replace them for me. Austin was very nice about me bringing dumb about the headlights, and when I needed new wipers Nick helped me find what worked best. Great store!Just came back again today and Richard was just as helpful as before! Thank you!

I almost exclusively use autozone. They've almost always got the best prices and plenty of rewards when you get signed up. This store has a little of everything. The only knock is some of the employees don't know much about cars. I do my own research though so I just go in and get pricing and parts.

Wow! I am so impressed with the service I received today. I had a battery problem and wasn t sure I would even be able to get my car to the store, let alone fixed within the same day. Keigan was willing to go above and beyond to help me out. Within a matter of about an hour he helped me get my car from completely dead and undiagnosed to running smoothly with a new battery. If I could give even more stars I would. Highly recommend and will be returning to this location.

This place was very helpful! I have had issues with my cars headlights for a long time and even after taking it into the dealership they didn't last long. I came here before leaving for a trip to find help or suggestions, and I found what I was looking for.When I came in to ask for help the workers where very nice and open, one (I believe the manager of the shift due to his grey shirt) even came out and helped me with my car. He helped me fix my wiring and they havn't gone out since!!!This place was awesome and I really needed the help!!Thank you!

Keegan the Store Manager was absolutely amazing. I bought floor mats and they had to be cut to the size of my car. He was so willing to help and kind in the process. Awesome Awesome Team!

They were very quick to diagnose the problem with my vehicle. And very quick to fix the problem too. I was concerned that there was something seriously wrong with my car. However they determined it was a dead battery in my car gave me plenty of options of new batteries and installed for no extra cost.

Went in to have my car battery checked. The girl there tested it and said it was reading fine and didn't need to be replaced. It was last replaced in 2017, 5 years ago and had the date on it, battery acid on top of the connectors and tons of corrosion. The battery looked horrible. Haha.We ended up taking it to a friend who absolutely recommended we change it. Not only did he replace it, he cleaned the connectors and now our car sounds great! Really wish the girl at AutoZone would have given us better advice and at least try to sell us a battery. Glad she at least tested the battery for us.
