I usually don't leave google reviews but my interaction with this business was one of the most unprofessional I've ever seen. I called in to get a quote and the lady was very rude and condescending, I am unfamiliar with windows and she made me feel like I was stupid. I asked her for the pricing with and without the labor and she told me to do the math myself, after our conversation I said thank you and she hung up. I am not going to do business with them.

I was very happy with my experience at Ard s Glass and Paint. They replaced a broken window in my camping trailer. It turned out great! I work for a complex in town and we were waiting for two months to get a ($1000) mirror replaced. I called them a few times a week and they kept giving me the run around and then I was finally able to get an answer from them and they said my maintenance supervisor never got back to them (which was not true, we both had been in contact with them). My maintenance supervisor gave them a call and they told him We don t want your business anyway. I would not recommend them at all. Especially with how rude and condescending they were to customers.

All of the negative reviews on here are totally accurate, and reflect my experience as well. I brought my glass in was told 7-10 business days to replace it. I asked if they would call when it's ready. She gave the excuse that they were very busy and that I should just call in. Well here I leave a review so that hopefully they dont get to busy to take care of their customers. Now 3 weeks later I finally got the glass in, after way more calls and conversations than needed for a simple piece of glass. I've done a lot of business with CKs in Idaho Falls and never had an issue. Back to them I go.

I would not even give one star. My significant other and I went in just to have new glass simply put in one frame. We asked the lady standing at the front desk how long it would take to for them to replace it (a reasonable question) she took one look at my S/O and judged him immediately on his clothing and treated him like absolute scum not only did she reply with "I don't know it could be 3-4 days" but she talked to him like he was stupid. Come to find out later she is one of the two OWNERS. Little did she know that he just got off work and he OWNS his a business as well in construction so of course he is going to be dusty and not in his best dressed everyone knows you do not wear your best clothing or even semi nice clothing when you're fully aware that it is going to get destroyed. Also with that bit of knowledge since my s/o is known as a "jack of all trades" he was fully aware that window was only a 15 min job and he should have just done it himself. But NO he wanted to support another local business and not have to deal with it himself. Well the window was not done in 3-4 days it sat there for almost 2 weeks until HE called to check on it. A younger gentleman who took his call informed him that apparently she set it in the far back and was not sure why she would do that since he himself can look at it and tell us "that is a 15 min job" obviously upset my s/o told him he would be there after work to pick it up and that he would take it somewhere else. The younger gentleman then apologized for the owners behavior stating "he doesn't know why but SHE does this all the time" when he showed up to pick up the window the owner lady was the only one there he walked in she did not greet him and just stood in the back for 10 mins staring at him until he finally approached first and her reply was "what do you want?" She then tried to over charge him for the window when we already paid in advance and then had the audacity to only reply with "please come again" where he did reply "I wouldn't recommend your business to anyone". I'm only writing this in hopes that she does see it and remembers that happening. If you want to run a successful business you should not treat your customers based on their looks. Some people have jobs they go to and do not have time to change right after they get off work. Also if you view someone as "poor" looking it does not mean that is always the reality you do not know so it is best not to judge. Not only that but if someone is "poor looking or actually poor" it does not matter they are still a human being coming to your business to spend their money there and they should be treated just like every other customer because surely if you treated everyone this way you would not have a business. Oh and as for the window it's been a week and the glue is already coming off and the glass is falling out sure the younger gentleman slapped it together quickly because we were going to take it to another business but nonetheless after making someone wait nearly two weeks you would expect better quality.

The people who work here do a good job and make things right if there are any problems. I'd agree that they are not especially warm and personable but I'd say they do take pride in their work and are reliable for quick glass fabrication.

We had the seller of our new home purchase a European glass door for the shower. He trusted Ards do be responsible for their work. Unfortunately the shower leaks. The man who sold the house to us has had problems with Ards following up and solving the problem. All we have gotten from Ards is excuse after excuse with no resolution.Sadly the bathroom trim has extensive water damage to the point that we had to replace trim on the inside of the bathroom and also fix water damage problems in the office on the othe side of the bathroom wall. I will never use Ards again and I would advise any of my friends or family to avoid doing business with them.

Ron and his staff are great at what they do. They meet deadlines and do good work. Best Prices in the valley and great service. Long time customer here.

They are so knowledgable and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this business to anyone I know. They did our shower door and it looks astonishing and was done timely!

I was literally told "never in your wildest dreams" when I asked if they could drill a hole in glass for me. The old lady working there is super mean. Definitely will never go back there.

They were very helpful. Matched the glass that I needed replaced exactly. They also replace window screens, which I thought was great.
