I went into the store today. Autumn was very helpful and friendly. She tested my battery, I bought a new one and was on my way.

I just have to SAY-WOW! I hardly ever leave reviews but these people were a literal God-send. Our alternator went out and killed our battery without us knowing, and our car died right as we were able to pull into the dairy queen parking lot nearby off the road. They tested our battery, helped us get a new one, and got us a new alternator. They went out of their way to help us when we didn't know what to do, and we are more grateful to the staff there than we know how to express (especially Ron and Josi-not sure spelling-so sorry!) They made a really a horrible experience into a really good one and just feeling so grateful. Definitely coming back here in the future if we ever have an issue again. Also, definite perk is everything was more affordable than I've seen at many other places.

Got parts??I needed a part that is more unusual for my MINI, I needed it right away. Other stores didn't have it, and I would have to order it from the dealer. Advance was very help it locating the RIGHT part for me, and getting. Within a day. They gave great customer service, and let me use a coupon to help me get the BEST price to save me money They are knowledgeable and friendly! I would recommend them highly!

Had to come in multiple times and each time was a pleasant experience. I found the service speedy and helpful, and they did their best to actively save me money.We ordered rotors online, and later realized we ordered the ones for the rear instead of the front, and the service people were very kind and helpful with the return and replacement. They have a modest selection in store, and can usually get anything not in stock for you rather speedily. If you ever need fluids (other than gas) they are who I would recommend checking out for great service. They treat you like a person, not just a customer.

Erik was absolutely a pleasure to meet. I was traveling across country and my battery I purchased not too long ago was defective. The customer service agents back in Virginia were very lazy and didnt provide much assistance to the point of not even wanting to pull up my information. Where as the people here went beyond expectations to resolve the situation for me. Im extremely jealous that this wonderful state has services in which people care about their customers. Even if they're just passing through. 10/10 would highly recommend this store to anyone, residents / travelers.

Staff seems down to earth and super real with you. They don't down rate competitors but they intentionally tell you things about products and deals that you could get ripped off for so you're informed if you don't have a clue. At least while I was there. The information they shared alone made me want to trust them more and want to buy from them. The value of Customer Service cannot be underestimated!

Today I stopped in for wiper blades. The employee was Dal (when he later answered the phone he said "Dallin"). The second I walked in he greeted me and asked how he could help. I said wiper blades and he offered to look up exact size on his computer. He then took me to the aisle, gave me some recommendations, told me that I should choose myself, not just accept what he said, and waited to answer any other questions. When I paid for them he offered to install them. (It's easy enough so I said no and did it myself, but the offer was nice.) He asked if I had a frequent purchaser card, and said I'd save $7 right there for signing up, so I did. So in summary, I got great service, a huge selection of product, and saved 10%. Not sure it could have gone any better. Highly recommended.

Top notch! Their rewards program is fantastic. I ve become good friends with many of them (Jeremy, Trevor, Caleb, Tom, Daniel etc). They will price match anyone and have lifetime warranties on pretty much all their auto parts!

Was able to get a brand new turbo for my Diesel Jeep, which I was told was not available. I was so happy! I was afraid I might have to buy a new car, when I heard the part was discontinued. Trevor was so friendly and fast about locating and ordering the part for me!

With simple stuff they do fine usually but if you call they never answer, usually hang up on me and if I call asking for a part that I'm looking at online they say they don't have it and don't know how to look for anything so you have to give them the part number to even partially understand what your asking for (even with things that should be simple like air filters) I've had to physically teach them how to do their job because they don't know how to half the time

I come here almost daily, due to my job. All of the employees provide me with excellent service, promptly! Nolan, the manager is great, along with Trevor, Chanae, Dallen, Matt and Chris. If I missed anyone I apologize because these folks are great at what they do.

I went in and asked if they could recommend a glue that I could use to reattach the decal strip on my vehicle. The salesman looked at the strip and said he carried what I needed. He was really nice about it and told me if I had any questions or problems to come back and see them.

I don t know the name of the lady, she seemed like the one in charge of the store tonight (8/18/22, a little after 6pm), but we tried to get a package shipped and when we asked some further questions about it she was super rude and acted like it was a hardship for her to answer.

Very Good Place to get parts. I used to work at Advance and this is a good store. Jeremy really knows his business and the manager is awesome too.

The online store is amazing. I ordered the wrong part, took it here and they refunded it with no problems. Then they found the part i needed and had me log on their computer and order it online so i would get a discount!

This place always has the cheapest parts in town. Normally I am an O'reilly kind of guy, but Advance has impressed me. I was looking for a part and O'reilly, NAPA, and Autozone quoted me about $100 while Advance quoted me about $40.
