A-1 Windshield is awesome! They made it so easy to call my insurance right with me to file the claim to replace the windshield. They got me in the next day to get the new windshield. Everyone does an amazing job and are so nice to work with. Whenever I need anything done with my windshield I go to A-1!!!

I have used A-1 Windshield for multiple vehicles and years. Every time I have been in need of glass being replaced or repaired I feel welcomed and appreciated by this business and the people that make it work. And it s located perfectly right of exit 333 where most windshield damage happens in my experience. It s like an oasis in the desert.The most recent trip to A-1 was topped off by the quickest and friendliest inspection of the glass and Ryan had no hesitation in making sure it was covered with their guarantee. Living in southeast Idaho is a very stressful situation for any windshield. The temperatures are extreme and the seasonal migration of flying rocks through here will test everyone s windshield. I am proud of Ryan and his team for standing behind their product and service. He told me it was covered by his business and promptly scheduled me an appointment that fit my schedule. It s really nice to know there are still instances when the customer is what matters. I highly recommend anyone to give A-1 Windshield the opportunity to help make their driving experience more clear.As a side note I really liked the efforts Ryan has expressed in trying to understand and help in all the reviews on here. Driving north on I 15, we were passing a vehicle that flipped some rocks from the tires. We had two chips on the windshield from the rocks. I called A-1 windshield immediately, and she told us to bring our vehicle in. The chips were fixed in 15 minutes, and the cost was very reasonable. They did an amazing job!

Quick, friendly, reasonably priced, worh high quality work. We were visiting Rexburg and had a windshield longnoverdue for replacement, whose cracks had lengthened in the South Idaho cold. They got us in same day in advance of our trip back home.

A-1 windshield is affordable and has amazing customer service. We had a few rock trips that were spreading and they filled them with resin. They went out of there way to try ro problem solve with us and provide us a great experience. One gentleman stayed late to help us and we will appreciated all of his effort.

Would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I live in Boise but was visiting some family in Rexburg and intentionally waited until I was in Rexburg to get my cracked windshield replaced. I was somewhat limited on the days I could leave my car with them, but they were still able to accommodate and fit me into their schedule! Denise walked me through the process of filing a glass claim through the Geico app, and it was much much simpler than I expected. On top of all of that, they even covered $100 of my deductible! Unbeatable experience. Can't recommend them enough.

Got my new front windshield put it looks great.II asked them multiple times to please put keys in gas tank since I would be picking up after hours now I left a check paid in full when dropped off they told me many times keys would be left in tank, they were not left in take had to wait over an hour for a ride home.

We use A1 for repairs and replacement on everything we have! Customer service is always amazing and friendly. The repair and replacement services are always clean and done in a timely manner. Fantastic service. I was able to drop my car off after work (leave keys in drop box) and pick it up after work the next day (paid over the phone).They handled the insurance portion. Added an air freshener with the easy care instructions.Easy access from Hwy 20. I'll keep coming back for sure.

A-1 were very friendly and knowledgeable. I called and asked for a price and then called my insurance, seems my insurance has a provider that they have you go to. The quote from A-1 was almost half of what it would cost through my insurance. No Brainer there.

I stopped by without an appointment. They quickly had someone checking out my rock chips and told me bluntly what to expect from the repairs right up front (still be visible but would stop them from causing further harm) and my car was in the shop within minutes. I was very impressed with how efficiently their team works together. They got my insurance on the line for me and took care of everything so quickly! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. :D

They do an amazing job, offer reasonable prices, and the staff is super friendly!They did a great job replacing our windshield after a family friend accidentally smashed it. I had noticed a tiny crack this morning (caused by the previous storm) while running errands, so without thinking to call ahead, I drove over and asked if they could treat it to keep it from spreading. The man who assisted me was happy and eager to help, offered a price upfront after inspection, and even let me know what to expect from the service! The young woman who took my payment at the desk was very professional and sweet.It may be on the outskirts of town, but what they provide is something you can rarely find in a big city: honest, quality service.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received today!! Ryan and his staff were friendly, thorough & efficient! They fixed my big rock chip nicely, left my windshield sparkling clean & even my car smelling nice! all in under 10 minutes! I've never had to repair my windshield before but I've definitely found the place I'll trust for a lifetime! Than you A-1 Windshield for serving Rexburg so well!

We were traveling from Yellowstone to the Grand Tetons as part of a family vacation. We are visiting from out of town. Out on Highway 20 a hawk smashed into our windshield which shattered. No injuries but the windshield was toast. Called several locations including A-1Windshield who were the ONLY one who responded positively. We were about half an hour away. They took us immediately and had us back on the road within an hour. They were great! I wish I had a group like this back in my hometown. Make them your first call.Service: Auto windshield replacement
