The best automotive and diesel repair shop you ll ever find! The techs are friendly, diligent, and honest. Any problem you have will be fixed with attention to detail and skill. They will keep you updated on the repair and happily answer any questions you may have. There is no other shop I d rather go to!!

Chris was amazing! We needed a new fuel pump and didn't have the tools to replace it while on vacation. He was able to help us out and squeeze us in to his shop. The previous owner had replacd the filter before but put it back in the vehicle a very strange and not so sound way, Chris was also able to help us get this put back together properly with our family's safety in mind even tho it turned a 20 minute job into an hour or so...within the day we had our truck back and she runs amazing! Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, dependable... Thanks again!

Chris and the team here are FANTASTIC! I called on a Monday for a code for cylinder #4 injector control circuit. Being from Canada (about 3000 miles from here!) I was trying to get home and Chris was honest, said he would try to look at it on Monday or Tuesday and had an idea of what the problem was already and if it ended up being a bigger problem Friday was the best he could do. He said he was booked but would definitely try to look at it and get me fixed as quick as he could. Well Tuesday afternoon rolls around and he calls - all fixed! I'm very glad they were able to get me in quickly and get me rolling home!

They've been my go-to mechanic for about 3 years now. Chris and Jason's expertise and steadfast customer service are unmatched. By far the best shop I've ever come across. Fair and honest. Chris and Jason take the time to explain your options as well as quality vs. price impact. They've earned my trust and I send all of my family here and will continue to do so for years to come.Thanks guys!

Our RoadTrek suddenly stopped running while we were on a road trip. Jason and Chris managed to squeeze us into their completely packed schedule within a couple of days and quickly fixed the problem. They were very pleasant to work with, seemed very competent and knowledgeable. They run a clean shop. And the work was reasonably priced.If we lived closer, they'd be our regular mechanic. (If we ever break down in Rathdrum again, we'll be back! )

Chris and his crew were amazing very professional, Courteous and understanding.When I needed help they immediately got me in. He worked with me to make sure my vehicles ran great. I was never disappointed in any thing they fixed on my cars. He never side lined me with extra cost or things that didnt need fixed.. I would never go to another mechanic again. Traveling out of town called 15+ shops within a 30 mile radius, everyone was at a minimum Of 2 weeks out! Called Powerline Automotive and Chris got me in & out & back on the road for a suspension airbag replacement in 2 hours!! Thanks Chris!! Cannot thank you enough!! Small town customer service at its very best!

My rv gas generator started giving me trouble starting, per a google search it might have been low oil and since the oil needed changing anyway, i have had a devil of a time getting ANYONE to change the oil, so I am thrilled that they could change it and at quite a reasonable price . I was able to get into the parking lot and Jason changed my oil. I m still having the same problem I had BEFORE I came in and they have been very helpful in trying to find out what s wrong.When I leave the area to head south this fall, I ll stop by on the way to get the engine oil changed in the rv (classA) and probable need the oil changed in the generator again too due to ALL the clouds this spring and probably fall, needing to run the generator to fill my batteries

Cris and his crew at Powerline always do great work at a more than fair price! Not only do they do great work at Powerline but they are as quick as any mechanic I have ever used. If you have a diesel pickup (or any diesel for that matter) you need to know about Powerline Automotive.

Great experience with my truck at Powerline. I had a intake manifold issue, a EGR intercooler issue and a couple sensors that needed to be replaced. The communication with my trucks issues showed me their mechanical expertise and it also showed me that they wanted to communicate my trucks issues so I was at ease about the repair. Good mechanics are hard to find especially diesel mechanics. Hopefully I don't need to take my truck in soon but if I do I'm going beck here.

I live in rathdrum and drive by this shop all the time and they always have a ton of vehicles in there lot getting work so I figured that was a good sign so I took my 73 jeep cj5 to these guys for some driveline work. Chris diagnosed my jeep and seemed quite knowledgeable and told me he could fix it. So far no complaint with the work done, The only thing I will say is if you choose to use this shop keep in mind THEY ARE A SMALL SHOP. It may take little longer to get it done but it will get done correctly depending on the job and other circumstances (parts availability, time off and other unforseen things) but regardless thank you powerline for taking some of the stress out of driving my old jeep

They were knowledgeable and fixed our F350 fast. They stayed in contact with us the entire time. No hidden fees or charges. Very trustworthy and I will recommend to anyone in need of diesel repair.

Absolutely awesome, these guys were so wonderful trying every which way to help fix a tail light all the way down to the wires. Excellent service I will definitely be coming back!

Great service did oil change fuel filter and replaced my pacbrake line very reasonableMy transmission failed 48re and Chris and Jason rebuilt with HD towing parts and what a difference it s been about 15000 miles and still no hiccups
