I was picking my son up from the school nearby when another parent was kind enough to point out that I had a flat tire, I had no spare and my insurances tow company didn't have a vehicle that could fit all three of us in a vehicle, so I slowly drove the vehicle to this place to have it looked at. Everyone was very kind and understanding of the situation and they saw that what actually happened was that the previous business that did my tires (W-mart) made some mistakes regarding the studding of the tires, they patched the tire that was leaking and advised me on what to do next. They even did it at no charge which is something I've never experienced in the past. I hope that if you're deciding on a place to take your car and you read this review that I might have helped in your decision making and that you will take your vehicle to one of the kindest mechanics I've ever met in my life.

Again brought my 2013 ford explorer in for new tires and transmission fluid change.. they re so awesome and fast!! Was more then pleased with there work great job guys you deserve more then 5 stars!!! Ppl I highly recommend these guys!!! Thank you perfection

These guys are great, they got my car in at 3:00 to repair 2 tires and replace a headlight and taillight. I had my car by 4:30pm. Highly recommend

When I showed up with no appointment and a flat tire, they worked me in between their busy full schedule and changed my tire fairly quick. They were very friendly and showed compassion and professionalism.

Perfection tire in Rathdrum does a great job of taking my money. Years of business and thousands of dollars later, I still go back. great people, I always recommend them.

I went to Perfection Tire in Rathdrum for new tires on my Rav and I couldn't be more pleased! They were kind, informative and a whole lot of fun! My little rig rides like a dream! Thanks Perfection! You Rock!

I need to give this business 5 stars becuase they are so Awesome we were traveling through when we broke down at a gas station up the road they literally came and checked it out couldn t fix it there so they towed us bAck to their shop myself my mom, my boyfriend and we had a baby and 7 children with us headed to hang out at their shop while the two guys worked on it had to go find a part which they came back with we got so incredibly lucky this is good service people I highly recommend these guys if ever needed!!! Your team was the best I had ever seen and you worked hard and fast to get us back on the road! Hands down my fav place!!

My low tire light came on while on my way to an appt. i was in a hurry so stopped in to perfection rathdrum and Jeb came right out checked my air pressure filled them and had me on my way in no time!! Thanks Jeb!! I really appreciated your great service

I've had a few alignments done here, and I've had them redo every one a second time due to the alignment tech's incompetence. I've had to take my cars home and do the hard work for them, this last time, I eyeballed my camber better than they could on the rack, before returning it to them to make sure everything is in spec. Won't be returning for any further business.

I had a fair experience at Perfection Tire. They were cordial and helpful, and got me in on the same day. Rating would be better, although they refused to sell me just two snow tires (all I really needed) saying they didn't want to break up the set. Additionally, they told me that the particular tires only came from the factory as studded, even though their website showed both options. Prices were better than LesSchwab, but more expensive than Discount. I'd come back, but may not be my first call.

I went back into Perfection Tire this morning for a slow leak in a tire, and a rotation. They brought my truck right into the shop and got started right away. After a few minutes I was asked to come into the shop area to look at something. I was made aware of why my tire was leaking, and that while the technician was dismounting the tire he poked a hole in the sidewall ruining the tire. I was VERY glad the manager was happy to replace that tire FREE of charge. I've had some experience with other, less reputable businesses that would've tried to charge me for that tire. But not Perfection. This is the first set of tires that I've purchased from this Perfection Tire in Rathdrum, but it won't be the last. I've found a tire shop that I can trust.

Recently took my car here because I thought I smelled a burning smell while I was driving once and for an oil change. They tried everything they could to get the burning smell to happen again, but couldn t and they had the honesty to tell me that instead of making up an issue. I also asked for serpentine belt replacement because I knew it was time to be replaced. Price was very reasonable and they are honest mechanics.

Love Perfection Tire. Great service professional staff! I used to go to that big chain store in town, Les "Somebody", but switched a year ago after Jack left. His replacement treated my wife poorly. We spent thousands there over the years. Couldn't be happier with Perfection. Never going back to Les. Ask for Ray, he'll take care of you.

I love this place.. Jeremy, Scott, Clayton are so helpful and I wish I knew the names of the other mechanics that worked there. It's hard to know everybody's name. They do such good work and I'm glad they are in Rathdrum.

I meant to leave this review several weeks ago. These guys are the best. They do a great job and their prices are very reasonable. We take all our vehicles there. They are always busy and you may have to wait at the counter a few minutes, but there is a reason people wait. They are worth it!

Literally the most incompetent least honest business I ve ever gone to. Went there a couple years ago for a simple brake line fix, which they lied about the cost in the estimate. They disconnected my battery and told me I would need to buy a new one through them, (I didn t I simply reconnected it). Found out a year later my brakelines were bad still and these people had not actually replaced it but fixed the existing one and turned the light on my dash off manually causing untold damage to my car. I ve met toddlers more competent than the mechanics that work here. DO NOT GO!

Always great customer service and care for our vehicles. I always recommend to who ever I can. They definitely take care of our needs and have not screwed us over like past mechanics. You can trust this Perfection will be upfront and honest with you like they have with our family.

The employees at this place have been so helpful and professional. My son thought he needed new tires and they could have sold him some but instead told him all he needed was a new stem which they replaced for free. They even picked me up to get his car since he took my car to work. In all the years I've dealt with them they have never put their profits in front of service to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

"Thanks Perfection Tire, Rathdrum!" These guys took good care of me and my vehicle. Easy people to deal with. Seems to me they just like taking care of people. They'll get it done, give you a deal where they can, and get you on your way. Their service was refreshing ...especially considering my experience at the other tire place in town.

So I have left a review before years ago and just wanted to update how I am still amazed with there service I have taken every car I owned there which have been many many different breeds and never been let down they are always so busy but yet always able to help!! I will go out of my way for anything I need to specifically go here and truly turn everyone I know to go here and recommend them highly still Can t say enough good things I truly appreciate there service and everyone who works hereAmazing experience and highly recommend any and everyone to go there

I ve made a few different purchases and they have done a good job with my vehicles. They were a lot cheaper than less Schwab for my 18 Tires mounting and balancing. If you can drop your car off and not pressure them they ll get everything taken care of and get you back on the road!

The guys here are great! I dropped my car off on a super busy day(like 30+cars in line), not expecting it to get done fast or at all that day. Called them a while later just to see if it was going to be done that day so I could make arrangements and the guy told me they were going to finish every single car on the lot before they went home. I thought that was really cool and shows that they care about their customers. A little bit after that I went down there just to get my garage door opener and when I walked in the guy told me my vehicle had just been pulled out of the shop and that there wasn't going to be any charge. I wanted to pay them really bad because it was just so amazing that these guys were willing to stay well after closing to make sure every single customers vehicle was done that night when they could have called us and said "sorry , gonna have to wait until tomorrow!" They are completely SELFLESS and obviously care about what they do. Also, they have a super cute dog named Skidder that hangs out in the lobby!!!! Thank you again Perfection Tire Rathdrum!!! You guys ROCK!

Place is horrible, stay away. First off the guy at the desk is very rude. Second, we took the car in for an oil change, they totally stripped the drain plug and had the nerve to say it was already like that then proceeed to tell us it would cost over $300 to fix. It was obviously them who messed it up, after we brought the car home from here the car started basically gushing out oil and it didn t do that before. We then called up this place we have been going to for a while, but it s own post falls, and they said they will only charge us $150 to fix everything, that s half of what Perfection Tire was going to charge. So please just trust me, do not got here they will mess up your car and then try to rip you off.

Wonderful people! I was going to see my husband at the hospital and my tire was low . He always told me if I had a problem and couldnt reach him to go to Perfection tire and they would help me and that he trusted them. I stopped by on my way in and they were so kind. I would never go any place else.

I went here this winter to get an alignment for my ford truck. I was called a couple hours after dropping it off. I was told I had several broken parts and they wouldn t align it without fixing those. My husband does auto body. So I told them I would probably have him fix it. They said they d give me an estimate. I picked it up and was not given an estimate. The man at the desk was short and just handed me the keys. When I talked to my husband he had already replaced some of these broken parts. If I hadn t been married to a auto professional, I would have wasted a bunch of money. I will never go back. And I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to Perfection Tire in Rathdrum Idaho for many years. I live in Otis Orchards and travel quite a ways to have my three vehicles taken care of because they are honest and I trust them completely. Thanks Perfection for being an upstanding locally owned company with such high standards and integrity!!

This used to be a good place to take your car for minor repairs, but no longer.After three years of being a good customer, Perfection has lost my business.Brought the car in for REAR brakes. Went outside and saw that the mechanic had taken off my FRONT wheels and pads, without my knowledge or consent. Scott came out and told me I needed front pads and showed me a very worn brake pad. Quoted me $325, complete. Five minutes after the mechanic started the work, Scott changed the quote to $388.Front left brake squealed from day 1. Brought it back in, and waited 2 hours to be told it was a rock under the pad. Brake squealed on the way out and has been squealing since.Also, received semi-metallic pads and price paid was high enough to have bought ceramic.I'm done with this place.

I met Jeremy years ago when he first opened there. He's always been such a great guy. So helpful, informative, and fair. I've always had a great experience there.
