The guys and the manager at the store were awesome. My employee had trouble with his truck and they ended up giving him a ride to the truck and giving him a loner a battery to get it to the store to figure out what was wrong let me even lent some of his own tools to help them get it fixed. I highly recommend this place. Thanks guys, you are awesome.

Always able to get any parts needed to Repair, Replace, or Increase Performance. Crew is very knowledgeable and helpful to all customers, regardless of Age, Race, or Sex, with exemplary communication skills & abilities.

O'Reilly to the rescue again! I always receive excellent service at my local store in Nampa, and it was just the same in Rathdrum. We were stranded on a stormy night in a rental car without functioning windshield fluid sprayers or wipers. The guys in the store helped us determine the issue so we could relay it to the rental company and then welcomed us into their warm store with chairs, a sympathetic ear and the offer of cookies while we waited. When the tow company was severely delayed due to the weather and it became apparent that it was going to be safer to find a way to keep moving rather than waiting and encountering even worse conditions later, they helped us de-ice what we could and we made our way to Ponderay. I'm grateful for their help and hospitality!

You ll have plenty of issues purchasing from O Reilly. If they re the only ones that have what you need, they likely still don t have it even though they just told you their Coeur d Alene store has it in stock (or you can wait some hours to receive something that doesn t exist or something you did not ask for). And if they have it, you better triple check they know what you re asking for or you ll be waiting for something you didn t ask for. The last many days have been demonstrably miserable with O Reilly Auto Parts. Stick with NAPA or Advanced Auto.

Had to stop in because the work truck was having a battery issue. They're were so helpful.Not only did they check my battery for life but they also provided some tools to remove/replace the product.Thanks & good job!!

First they couldn't get the correct headlight for my vehicle. Insisting I had a Denali because its a yukon. Ok. No biggie not that expensive. However when I spend 189 dollars and you give the wrong part for a fuel pump? Definitely need some new employees with actual car knowledge. Very frustrating to say the least!

We go here somewhat often, whenever we need to for our vehicles. We needed something special ordered, and it was in the very next morning. Hard to beat THAT! So far, I've always found everyone to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, so it's quite a welcome experience!

I have given this store several chances over competitor stores local. They have failed to complete very simple orders for me on several occasions claiming they have no record or forgot to place the order. The staff has little knowledge on simple parts. I gave a two star rating because they have come through on parts twice.

The 2 bigger blonde ladies that were there last Sunday when I stopped in at 9am looking for hull cleaner seemed more interested in talking bout thier phone an what happened the previous night more than helping customers. 2 of us waited at counter for awhile it seemed as they were in an office jus behind counter yakkin it up. Good people normally I'm sure but I was in a hurry for a job an it was frustrating me

Great service. I was looking for some unconventional license plate screws. The man who helped me knew the store and knew what he was talking about. Very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Anyways, thanks for the help.

Today's experience at the Rathdrum, ID O'Reilly's has to be one of my best ever in an auto parts store. Shelby went above and beyond in helping me figure out my fuel pump issues. Had to do a little Macgyvering to make it all work and she was instrumental in helping get all the parts I needed. Thank you Shelby!!

Every time I try to order a part from your store, I end up hanging up and calling the Hayden branch. When an associate refers to a steering stabilizer shock as a steering thing I instantly know that I m not going to get the help that I m looking for. I would recommend hiring people that actually know vehicle parts applications and terminology. Napa down the road is more expensive but at least they know how to solve problems and create solutions.

Bought a starter for my Tundra, was sold wrong starter had it installed by my trusted mechanic, would not start the next day. Called ans Cindy ordered proper part and I paid the difference. Took tundra to a mechanic that deals with O'reilleys rathdrum to install proper starter and paid said mechanic another $210.00. Submitted claim for labor to Cindy who said claim would take 2 1/2 weeks to process. it's been 2 1/2 months and have not even got a phone call from them even after going into the store to inquire about my claim. Will not be going there again anytime soon. Very poor service!

Prices always beat other parts stores. If they don t have it in stock. They get it soon. Staff is good at finding what you need

Nice staff and have pretty much everything you'll need to fix your car but sometimes you'll get a person that doesn't really know anything about cars.
