Great big shout out to Timothy at Napa auto parts store in Rathdrum, he went above and beyond to find out why all the lights on my dash were on. He found the problem and fixed it after he made sure I bought the right fluid (brake fluid) that my car needed. All light are off and my car is running great. You are a lifesaver !

Great location! The employee was very helpful & he even got me a discount I wasn't aware of for my new Sea Doo battery. They really came in clutch.

Was looking for a specific plastic clip for a car I was working on, and the guy at the counter took the time to look basically everywhere he could think of in hopes they'd have it. Even though it wasn't something they ended up carrying, I'll certainly be back as other projects come along!

I would have given a five star but i was getting dirty looks from the gentleman behind the counter and was less than friendly to me. I assumed it was because I was the only one that was wearing a face mask in the store. I don't think that I'm going to go back to this particular store but if I'm treated like this again i will not use Napa again. I have been a loyal customer for over twenty plus years and have never experienced this before

Knowledgeable and efficient staff, an extremely well stocked store, and locally owned, so very responsive to its customer base. Pricing is competitive, hours are convenient, especially on weekends. Special orders are generally fulfilled the next day.Two thumbs up for this Napa Auto Parts franchise store!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, went out of his way to hear all my questions and track down what I needed, they will help, even if it means not selling anything, and that is how you get lifelong customers!

Was a joke. Quoted me 129.00 for battery cables and told me I had to pay for shipping twice because it was coming from 2 different stores.. BS who pays for shipping when you go into the business.. I went right to Auto Zone. In stock. 20 bucks

The guys were very helpful helping us decide what kind of lifts we needed for our vintage trailer bed project. Even printed out a page from the parts book so we could decide at home what we needed.

Knowledgeable staff. Always right on time when requesting parts. My only knock would be that they get really busy since there isn't any other Napa's in the area.

I don't think the guys at NAPA look forward to seeing me but sometimes I genuinely need and look forward to talking with them. Whether it's an issue with my backhoe, truck or car they always seem to know what is wrong and how to fix it.

Know what you need to go here. Some of the counter people don't seem to have automotive knowledge so do your research before coming in. Mostly friendly here.

Usually go to O'reilly's. Went here when O'reilly's didn't have what I was looking for. They didn't have it either. Place was clean and the staff was helpful though.

They have all you need but some prices are way high so shop around. Fuel pump here was $300+ other place was $130.
