This dealership is first class. I was VERY impressed by the professionalism of Dave & Travis. Dave was extremely helpful in the ordering process. He explained the different options and packages available. He kept me updated on the build process and was very accommodating during the delivery process, which can be a pain point for an out of town buyer like me.Travis had me in and out of the finance office in less than 10 minutes with no high-pressure upsales, just a quick explanation of the options and what I was signing.If you're in the market, give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed

They were very accommodating and helpful and pleasant to deal with. My service was completed efficiently and speedily and they returned my vehicle cleaned inside and out . Which was an unexpected surprise and very welcome as it was a muddy mess! They explained the services they completed and gave me clear information on the status of my vehicle. I plan on making West Motors my go-to dealership in Preston.

Overall the dealership seems great and the service department is awesome. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of my experience with the sales rep Jerry. I drove in from pretty far out of town. I drove there with a friend, so I could drive back my new vehicle and my friend could drive my vehicle back. When I arrived; and throughout my several hour experience there, Jerry never once said hi to my friend or really acknowledged much that he existed. This was quite embarrassing. Furthermore I had driven a fun cool car up there. I mentioned that I was selling the car. Jerry said that if he could take it for a test drive he could probably line me up with a buyer. He jumped in my car and tore out of the dealership with it like a bat out of hell. When he came back he handed the keys to the finance rep; who I was meeting with, and never said a word about my car or lining up a buyer. He just took my car for a joy ride. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of one, is jerry did work me on getting the right deal I was looking for and the service center took care of me in getting a repair done (even though Jerry first mentioned they could just disable the feature on the vehicle rather than fix it; which I thought was crazy) on the vehicle I purchased and they got the vehicle delivered to me. It was definitely a mixed bag experience here. Overall all the issues I have with this experience lie with Jerry. He was quite unprofessional and he came across as having quite an ego to boot.

Shawn was awesome! He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Truck was spotless when I picked it up with a full tank of gas. The whole process was smooth and non-stressful. Shoutout to Travis in finance as well! I would purchase a vehicle from here again and would recommend to anyone!

Great service! I wanted to deal with a small town dealership and West Motor didn t disappoint. Jerry helped me find the truck I wanted, picked it up, and helped me customize it. Will definitely continue using them to purchase additional vehicles down the road.

Ordered a Ford Maverick through West Motor Ford and the service from start to finish was exceptional.Shawn took great care of the order, communicated timely, and when it came time to purchase I was out the door in 30 minutes. Look forward to doing business with them again!

These guys were so kind! Service was wonderful. They even cleaned my car inside and out, after doing an oil change. I didn t know when I went to pay that my debit card had been compromised and the bank had put a block on it. Therefore I had no way to pay and it was embarrassing but they were so kind and trusting.

Dave with West Motor is my car guy. Anything I need or want he has found a way to get it and always given me a fair price. He is amazing at communicating on all issues if it s a factory delay or some change I want. West Motor is my place to buy a vehicle. We have bought several cars and trucks from them in last few years and it s always an amazing experience and No pressure sales. They will offer extended warranties ect. but never force them on me and always discuss if they would make sense for me or not. It is the only place I go when I need a vehicle.

Went in for an oil change on my F350. They did a full inspection and gave me a percentage of wear on brakes and tires and serviced the fluids for free. Oh and don t look past the free wash with the service, came back looking nice on top of a complete service .

Great to work with. Small town feel and don t have all the garbage upsells when you re in negotiating numbers that just make you feel like you got taken when you get home and actually read everything. We re up front right from the get go. Definitely earned a customer for life from me. Thanks guys!

We purchased a van from them back in February was very clean vehicle very well taken care of they, gave me a super good deal on it. We did have a little bit of bumps along the road but they took very good care of us and made sure that we are well taken care of. We decided to try them out let and them do an oil change and detail on the vehicle. They did an excellent job would highly recommend them and their team!

I recently had my car serviced at West Motor Ford. Not only was the service great, it turned out to be cheaper than what I was quoted at another store, and the customer service for this store was phenomenal! I was well taken care of from start to finish. John and his team made this the most enjoyable service I've had to date. I would recommend anyone to come to the Ford store if you'd like an all-around great service!

West Motor is hands down the best dealership in the valley. We drive 40 minutes each way from our house to the dealership because we trust them that much! Buying a car from them is always a great experience, it s quick, stress free and absolutely no surprise fees anywhere! Service is also top notch and quick! I can t say enough about this dealership. Try them! You ll be a customer for life.

Considering what the market has been like through the recent years, I am glad that I got what I had ordered and that West Motor Ford did what they could to keep my price as close to what it was when I ordered my work van 2 years ago. Great team and very easy to work with.

Purchased a car with West Motor and one of the best experiences I've had. Dave Porter and Travis Kirkbride took such great care of my husband and I. We got exactly what we were looking for with a great deal as well.Travis even came back to the dealership late to meet up with us as we couldn't get there before normal business hours were over.The service department is the best and truly take care of their customers. My vehicle was cleaned right before I got there and everything was check one more time before I took it just to make sure it was in tip top shape.Even left with a full tank of fuel.I will be coming back to West Motor Ford for my future vehicle purchases and I will also be making the hour drive out of my way just to use their service department. John Fuit and the rest of the service department are kind and knowledgeable and get the job done quickly.

What a great truck purchase experience!! Was looking at possibly trading in my truck and purchasing a new one. Travis Kirkbride sat down with my and found exactly the truck I wanted. We talked about my trade and the new truck truly within a few minutes we worked out an outstanding deal. This was truly one of the easiest and pleasant buying experience I can think of. I am now a huge fan of West Motor Ford and Travis Kirkbride. This will definitely be the place my next vehicle comes from!
