Small Town Charm is absolutely what you will get purchasing a vehicle at West Motor Company. Shawn was a true professional, a master at his work and a total gentlemen. Our buying experience was exceptional, they had exactly what we were looking for.After our purchase, Shawn spent time with us to show us each and every detail about our new vehicle. We laughed and joked but Shawn knew his product and grew our excitement for an already exciting purchase.We will be coming back for all of our vehicle purchases as they have many brands they represent, we were so impressed and strongly recommend this team.

I was very impressed with Casey and the team at West Motor Company. I ve been in the market for a vehicle for several years, and have had a number of poor experiences with dealerships and hard selling.It s often too difficult to get the information you need to evaluate a purchase, and salesmen seem more concerned with getting the max commission possible than helping you find what s best for you.That wasn t the case here! Everything was incredibly transparent and easy to understand, and I was in and out real fast. Definitely helps build trust and confidence in making a purchase. This will be the first place I go next time in the market again!

The West Motor staff was very helpful. We found the vehicle we were interested in and after comparing with other dealers decided that they were the best value. West Motors doesn't require that you finance your car with them, or they jack up the price. They also include a life time power train warranty on every car, included. We're very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend giving them a look.

West motor was great to buy from. They got the car I wanted close to where I was to make it more convenient for me and they weren t pushy. They kept me informed through the process as well. They seem like great down to earth people. I d buy here again.

I was more than happy with my experience with West Motor. From the service department to the sales associates that I dealt with. Gordon, Blake and Cameron were all very helpful and were willing to stay after hours and Gordon even made an extra trip to meet me to make sure I had everything I needed/wanted. I highly recommend West Motor. AND, I love my new truck!! Thank you West Motor!!

Steve Stevens and Blake Wardell were awesome to work with. They made my truck purchase seamless and painless. They explained all the things I needed and wanted to know so well. The truck was clean and full of fuel ready to go!Steve and West Motor have always treated us great. This is our second vehicle that we have bought from them and we will continue to come back.The service department has been awesome to work with as well on our first purchase. My car was done in a timely manner and it was fixed right! They can't help that the main company was slow with the replacement parts! But no more problems we hope!

These guys are awesome! There was a time where I had taken my truck all over cache valley to get an issue fixed. However no one was able to fix the issue. Even our local dodge dealer ship.These guys immediately identified the problem and even fought to get it under warranty. They re very professional and very courteous. No one works on my truck except for these guy.

Great service and great communication. Very organized and knew what they were doing. Very accomodating on getting our car in and finding the problem and finishing the repair in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly. Great overall experience.

West Motor is the best. Missed communication didn t have me on the schedule when I showed up but the team there went out of their way to take care of my situation. Work done efficient and fast to get me on the road again. Everyone there is really friendly and a very comfortable place to wait for short jobs.

I drove my jeep from out of town for the holidays and had a few issues that I needed addressed. They fit me in even though they were busy. I really appreciated that! It would have made for a long drive back! West Motors came highly recommended and their reputation precedes them! If I ever have any problems again while I m home I ll be taking my Jeep to West motors! Thanks Chad!

The service dept did a great job keeping me informed along the way, and let me make the decisions as we went that would better suit my needs. Offered to try the cheaper solution first and if that. Didn t work, we would move on to more elaborate and expensive solutions. Great to work with
