Sean is awsome and has worked on 3 of my vehicles and always sets good expectations and is fast and does quality work i dont have any complaints whatsoever i was treated well and my care was repaired quickly

Lady who answered the phone was very rude and short with her answers. She seemed like she could care less about what I was saying and was VERY unhelpful with the questions I had. I hope others had better experiences here.

This has been ridiculous I have a power steering fluid leaking and first they flushed it out and said it was disconnected and charged me over $200 for that but a couple weeks later it was leaking again so I took it back and they replaced the whole hose. That set me back $462 and guess what couple weeks later it is leaking again. I will be calling tomorrow to see if they warranty their work our I will be dropping even more money on it.

Visiting from out-of-state and the check engine light came on. Smiles was able to fit me into thier schedule in just a couple of days. Customer service was great and I felt they explained everything really well. The pricing was really good (confirmed by my own mechanic who I consulted with over the phone) I hope I don't have any more car problems next time I visit, but if I do, I'll take my car back to Smiles!

Awesome experience! The guys here, where so friendly and got me right in. I had a few questions.... without hesitation or seeming bothered, they answered my questions and seemed to be honest.Very professional and outstanding customer service.The lady in the office was very pleasant and was so sweet. We visited while my suv was getting the oil change.I will definitely be going back. Totally worth the 30 min drive.

Couldn't ask for a better experience when it comes to vehicle repair and diagnosis. The team here is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly fair. I drive through several cities and past even more auto repair shops simply to go to Smile's.

We had our College student take her car to Paul, Terri, and their crew. Truly an exceptional Mechanic. Kind and courteous on the phone and in person. Honest in what he knew and understood. If I did not live so far away I would have a new Mechanic. This guy and his garage are clean and great. truly brings a smile to my face. Not many mechanics can do that.

You won't find better honest auto mechanics than found at Smiles. They work smart. They excel in problem diagnostics. If they can't fix it they let you know. They should be your first call when trouble comes up with your car. It is a bit out of the way to leave my vehicle them in Preston because I live in Logan but I am always pleased with great service and guys I can trust. Two thumbs up!

These guys are amazing...I had a fuel pump go out and I was stranded on a Friday when no one would be open over the weekend. At 2pm that day they got it in the shop and had it done by 5:30pm!! Wow!! Now that is service! I really appreciated their professionalism and meeting my emergency need.

No one likes to have to get their car fixed. They were quick and found the problem and it wasn't nearly as bad as we had thought in cost or time to fix. The are right on the corner at the fork in the road. We drove right past them the first time, even using the GPS.

I took my dodge into them and told them to fix anything that's wrong. I told them about the noise in the front end. And a couple of other problems. Blake told me my shocks were good, even though I was bottoming out when I hit small bumps, I had them replace 4 shocks any way. Then he tolded me there's was nothing wrong with my front end, and the noise was from my sway bar bushing that were supposedto be fixed as well( that didn't get fix). Well when I took it in to another shop to to get my tires mounted and an alignment. Comes back to me saying no alignment because my backbone are bad, tie rods on three side I was having nose is bad amongst other major problems. My advise to anyone that has had work done its rake it somewhere else and get it checked out!!! GO some where else!

$60 for cleaning a battery terminal is pretty dang pricey. the battery was not expensive though. they do their job well.Services: Electrical, BatteryServices: Electrical, Battery
