Honest, friendly, considerate, hard-working, efficient staff. They always get our vehicle in and serviced in a timely and cost-effective manner. I feel like they do really well at meeting individuals needs and budgets.

I am so grateful for the amazing staff at Ron Keller Tire! I am always treated so well and I trust that they have my back whenever I bring my car in! I won t go anywhere else for anything tire related!

Bought 4 new Cooper tires for my truck. They called and told me it was ready unreasonably fast. Once I noticed my caps to the wheels were not put on, I was told that the cap screws to the passenger wheel had broke off and I would now need to buy a new wheel/wheels. I then was not given my other cap screws and when I inquired about them I was told they didn t know where they were. I asked them to atleast replace the the cap screws so I can get 3 of the caps back on. Jake said he was disappointed with his guys and that he would make it right and get back to me and as of yet that has not happened. I have called 3 times and still no action has been taken. If that wasn t bad enough the wheels do not feel balanced and the truck is all over the road hard to stay in my lane. I Expected better service for just spending 1600 dollars.

Wow! Best shop ever! We had a bit of an emergency arise with our rotors on our way out of cache valley so we stopped in Preston at Ron s to have them take a look. Brody was extremely accommodating, friendly, got us right into the bay, fixed us up quickly, and we were on our way. They were willing to put our safety before anything else! Thank you!!!

Very disappointed as I have really been impressed with their service in the past. We got new tires from them and as soon as we got our car back we noticed our car would veer left every time we let go of the steering wheel. So we took it back because they told us they would take care of it and they charged us $60 even though they had caused the problem to begin with. It was a new guy I d never seen before and was very unhelpful and would not budge when we told him what had happened. Seems very dishonest to cause a problem so we have to come back and pay to get it fixed. Probably will not go back.

Ya ll can thank me for picking this up off the road for everyone. On the outside was only sticking out less than an inch. Come to find out it was a GIANT screw driver.Had also led to some damage to the rim that I needed to fix and bless these guys hearts for taking that tire on and off probably almost half a dozen times when the rim fix didn t quite work and had to take the tire back off and try something else.Finally got it figured out after taking the tire on and off and trying new things. When I finally saw the bill I was expecting it to be way higher than it was.Definitely a customer for life here.

I would like to give Ron Keller Tire's a huge THANK YOU! I recently bought new tires from this company. The tire technician Ryan was so good to ask questions and recommended some great tires. I drove a couple days and the steering started to shake at higher speed so I took my van back in to have them check the tires. Ryan re- balanced the tires and the shake went away. THANK YOU for your outstanding customer service!

just nowMy husband and I rolled up in our van with 3 kids in the back, limping along on our spare. We had out of state plates and I told them repeatedly that I was just passing through and that it was my first time in town and that I needed to get home. Every single employee I interacted with was SO polite. I honestly had been bracing for them to hard-sell me a set of at least 2 tires. They repaired my tire quickly and effectively at the best price Ive ever had for a flat repair. If this is how they treat a customer they'll probably never see again , I'd love to see how they treat the customers whose business they are trying to earn daily!

Fantastic! Great straight forward customer service and no shady business. They even let me drive my car into the bay, and showed me my break pads and recommended I dont change them quite yet. Awesome mechanics! 10/10 would get tires there again.

I have been to Ron Keller Tire for every tire issue I have had other than a balance and I will never go anywhere else in town for my tire needs. They are always so nice and so very quick. I got a new set of tires and was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they even threw in a cute pink hate to boot. I very highly recommend going to Keller tires!!!

It's a good place to have your tires worked on. the people are nice and easy to talk with. You feel like you always have known the people here. Down to earth and a concerned about how your tires are doing and prices are good.

I have nothing but 100% satisfaction with the service and employees of Ron Keller Tire. Their prices are extremely competitive and their service is second to none. They are fast friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a wobble in a tire that another shop said was "nothing" Jordan, at Ron Keller, found the wobble and fixed. The overall cost of the service was far less than I expected. Definitely a 5 out of 5.

best place on earth to buy tires their price is un match and the service is instant. I have never stop there with out someone taking down my needs and getting on the fix. complete set of tires mount and balance in less than 25 minutes and i was back on the road. thank you Dax and Blaine! keep up the great service best i9n the west.

I went in to get a couple of winter tread tires. I had stopped by les schwab tire and I got the sales con and walked out, but not here. I told them what I wanted and they gave me the price which included tax and fees, no surprises. None of this,"you have to buy 4 tires or your car's going to spin out" garbage I got at les schwab.They were busy and I got there just after 4pm. I asked if they could put them on today and was told that they could if I didn't mind waiting. They were done with it in less than an hour.It's good to be able to pull into a business and know that you're going to be treated with respect and not be given some line to increase the sales person's commission.I recommend Ron Keller Tire.As a matter of fact, I wouldn't hesitate to send my mother, wife or daughter hereby themselves.They had integrity when I came in and still had it when I left.

Ron Keller tire is just what you would expect in a great business. They care for their customers, have excellent prices, and always look out for the customer, helping guide you through the best tires for your needs at the very best prices. Their staff is ALWAYS friendly and they treat you well. I ve had three sets of tires replaced by RKT and each experience was amazing. Each tire recommendation was perfect and I ve never had any problems at all. They are my first choice in tires.

We had a flat tire and had to get to a ball game within a half hour. They understood our hurry. They took us right back, fixed the flat with 10 minutes, and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. I was appalled! Amazing customer service! I was so grateful!

Mike is always so nice and friendly. Very good to answer my petty questions, cause I really don t know. I love the Keller Family. I don t feel out of place at Keller Tire, it s comfortable! A little fresh fruit and watered down lemonade and they might have a hard time getting me out the door . Absolutely love the people and the service!!!!

I had to swing by to get my tire tightened after having it patched at the other location and everyone who helped was super friendly and I was there for less than 5 minutes! So grateful for kind people and quick services!

I came in on a last minute need. I had a tire on the car that was showing wires. They got me right in. The tire I had brought in with me apparently had a hole in the sidewall and I was able to purchase a new tire very inexpensive. I received wonderful service from Ron Keller Tire. Very pleased with them.

I had a tire pressure light come on 2 days after a new set had been put on my car.We were moving and stopped in Preston at Ron Kellers for help.They were friendly, and quick to check the tires for me.Definitely a place I would go to again!

Ron Keller Tire, since 1958. Great place. Good hard worjers and a friendly environment. (Plus free cocoa for you early birds!) Honestly, pricing also is right under the industrial average, as far as I can tell. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes. Also, as a family-run business, it's a lot cozier and you get that personal touch. Cheers.

They are very friendly, and helpful to your needs. I don t trust a lot of people with my car but I DO trust them I love Ron Keller Tire. They respect you and they treat you like family. I trust them and you should too.

RKT has the best customer service around! Between the front desk help, the guys in the shop and the mobile guys (aka knights in shining armor), you just can't go wrong. Their prices can't be beat and you know you're getting a fair deal.
