I originally gave this place a 1 star review because of one guy that worked their had no interest in helping people. They got rid of him or transferred him and now have 2 or 3 guys and gals that are awesome. They are really polite and know their stuff.

Went in when my truck started making a weird noise and handling badly. Was on my way to work and in a hurry. I told the clerk what was going on and she immediately was able to tell me not only that I needed power steering fluid, but also exactly which kind my truck takes. She grabbed the bottle for me to be sure that I had the right kind. She had me in, out, and fixed in less than five minutes. Excellent service!!

Most of the time O'Reillys is the place we go for all our parts. Not anymore. We went in for some lugs on our Jeep and walked out with something we didnt want and that didnt work. The regular staff here is great. The new kid was only trying to make a sale for his personal revenue. What happened to the customer is always right or even knows what they want. This guy assured us what we wanted and what we knew was incorrect. I'll shop elsewhere from now on. NAPA HERE I COME.

My experience overall was nice in store with selection, stock levels, & cleanliness but workers could work on being more consumercentric. Workers weren't very friendly or helpful!

We rolled in there on the road with a dead battery and no tools. The long haired fellow had our battery and connections replaced in no time. Seriously, he got us out of a jiffy.

The men came to my daughter's rescue. She was driving in snow and sleet, when her windshield wiper flew off. She made it to O'Reilly 's and asked for assistance in getting a wiper and if they could put it on.. they helped her and the rest of her trip was uneventful. Thanks.

Excellent service, truck stopped starting right in the parking lot, so I pulled my starter, had them test my starter and it tested bad, I then replaced it right there in the parking lot, it started on a dime and I drove home!

The parts are cheap but you get what you pay for.. the people are awesome though!!
