I am so impressed with the work that Oleg and his team did on my Kia Sorento! I had been rear-ended and wasn't sure where to go for repairs. I was told about True Repair and am so happy I went to them. They were very flexible about scheduling my appointment, working around my own schedule. I appreciated their care and talent. Thank you!

Stan and Owen are one of the best auto mechanics I've ever ran into. They got me in right away and even stayed a little longer after work to wait for me for I work up north Spokane and traffic is terrible getting there especially in evening. Over all I believe Communications is the key and I always new exactly where abouts they were regarding my car and how much longer it will be. I will for sure be using them again in the future if anything else comes up.... Thanks guys!!!

This shop was fantastic! I had a body work problem on my truck while traveling and had to extend my stay in Coeur d'Alene. I told them of my predicament and they went to work almost immediately getting the problem fixed. I'm sure they put other projects off to get to my truck but they were able to get me back on the road within a week. Every other body shop I contacted in the area was booked out for at least a month. Their work was high quality, not just some slapdash quick fix. Thank you, guys, for helping me to keep moving with only minor disruptions to my schedule. Highly recommend True Repair. They got us in asap, kept us up to date on what was happening with our vehicle. They even washed and vacuumed the car! Great people and great service!

If there were more than 5 stars to give here I would. After calling no less than 50 collision shops I found True Repair on Google. All of the other shops had 3-6 month lead times and Stan said I could bring my car in within days. They worked as quickly as possible to get my new BMW X5 back to me. Parts are difficult to come by these days so they got creative to find work arounds for this issue. The quality of work done is impeccable and on par with the level of service I received. Always giving updates and keeping me in the loop on the progress. Thank you guys for everything and working so hard to deliver! I appreciate you both!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are amazing my wife was involved in an accident and my insurance paid them money for repair and these guys found further damage that included nine sensors and other damages that wasn't found by the claim adjuster. These guys wrote up a new estimate and had my car fixed within a week of receiving the final payment from insurance. They bought nicer parts than what was originally on the vehicle and matched the paint on the car their work is flawless.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got in an car accident had called another shop they couldn't get me in I called these guys he scheduled me right away to get my car in and get started on it. I was so grateful that he was able to get it scheduled right away the guy there was very helpful.

Wow what a great experience we had. Showed up got an estimate, gave our insurance claim number and they did everything else. The car looks beautiful. They try to make the experience less stressful and has great recommendations on what to do.
