I came to Toys for Trucks to get a Canopy swapped. The team got the job done very quickly. I was looking at rooftop tent and some other accessories. The team sold me an Overland XL tent and some dometic accessories. They gave me a military discount which I thought was awesome helping out veterans. Great team of guys very cordial and hard working!! Thanks for the sick setup!! Thanks a lot!!KeithSlept a few nights in the tent and. It is awesome! Easy setup and takedown!

I'm not one to be critical of outcomes (things happen). I'm very sensitive to how the process unfolds, does the vendor show responsibility for keeping you informed, do they do their due diligence and let you know if what you are requesting is available.I have purchased many accessories for trucks, boats, RVs, motorcycles and UTVs. I understand delays and product unavailability. What gives me a "1" rating for this vendor is the lack of customer advocacy. I wanted a specific accessory for my truck and took it in for their technician to evaluate. The part was selected, ordered and I was told they expected delivery the next week.I waited patiently for a call and after the week went by I tried to call them but they didn't accept unlisted phone calls. The next week I drove to their location and was told it was scheduled for delivery the following week. This scenario was repeated two more weekly cycles. Yesterday I drove again and was told the manufacturer quit making the product some time ago. Why was I ordering a discontinued product from this vendor and why wasn't I being informed about the delay being based on the manufacturer no longer producing the product? Simple lack of respect and responsibility.Today I went to another truck supply outlet in Spokane and will have the cover installed in a couple of days.

I'm normally not one to review let alone give a shout out to a 4x4 place like this, but I have to give credit where it's due the manager Cody and his knowledgeable staff. We're un like any other staff I've ever encountered in the offroad scene. I came in looking for a simple level lift and they explained the pros and cons of going that route and they ended up steering me into a full performance 3.5 coilover kit to handle the terrain I was looking to tackle. I don't want to sound too creepy asking, but if you guys ever sponsor a trail run or hold a wheeling event I'll be there! Cody like I said in the store I felt like I left that place leaving my old school wheeling buddies garage, I'm glad Toys for trucks is my new spot for any and everything offroad. Thanks again guys and I appreciate your knowledge and guidance and John your Gladiator is cool but it's still not a Yota! Catch you guys later and keep up the good work!

Toys for Trucks Rocks and is my business of choice for anything off road related. Not only was their price $1000 less than one of the most popular competitors, the service is absolutely amazing. Full transparency there was an issue with a part I had installed, no questions asked, brought it in, they squeezed me in right away, and they made it right.

Went into the store to order a set of 33s and paid in full with install. Called back in 2 weeks and told they were in. Asked if I could be squeezed in the next day (Friday) and they said probably if I could drop my truck off. Dropped it off right at 9am, truck was ready by noon, and they were able to work an alignment in too. Nice staff, enjoyed BSing about Jeep Comanches with them. Truck looks awesome, thanks guys!

So glad to see that the store is staying open after all of the changes going on with the previous company. They conduct business like a small town store, where as the previous ownership is only interested in metropolitan locations and big money sales. TFT will be my first stop for all of my off-road accessories and parts. Cody, John and all the staff there are excellent at providing answers and assisting in all of your wheelin' and off-road needs. If you're hardcore or just for show, stop at Toys For Trucks and get that ride hooked up with some of the best products on the market, from Subies to trucks, Yotas to Jeeps; they got you!

I purchased tires from this location a while back, it took them 3 hours to mount and balance them. Then told me they couldn t do an alignment because I had bad ball joints, and they couldn t replace them. So I took my business to Perfection tire and they discredited the issue. They had no problems aligning my truck. I figured I d give them another chance when I got a couple nails in my tire. Scheduled the appointment to have them repair the tire and do a rotation. My wife took the truck in, an hour and a half later they bring the truck out and mounted the repaired tire on with the white letters out. ALL OF MY OTHER TIRES ARE BLACK OUT! Idk about the rest of 4WP but this location is absolutely trash.

I chose to have Toys for Trucks change my gears in my 2016 Jeep JKUR. I changed from factory 4.10 to 4.88 to handle the 37" tires I put on.When the work was done, they told me they could hear a small noise coming from the back gears and that could be caused by a manufacturer defect. The mesh pattern was perfect and they showed me pics to prove it. They would not accept this and they ordered new gears and replaced them at no charge. They are perfect now and it's great to know they stand behind their installation as well as products.

The staff at four-wheel parts in Post Falls was great. Very knowledgeable and willing to spend time explaining to my son what options were available for his jeep. No pressure at all and sent us away with a good upgrade plan and direction. If you can go to the store before buying online from them I highly recommend it.

Great customer service, great work. Had them working on my jeep and my truck and couldn t be happier with the outcome. Also had them align my lowered car which is out of their wheel house and they got it perfect. ordered som axle parts through them for my jeep as well, everything came in a timely manner. Cody ( the manager) really takes his time to know your build and make sure you re getting exactly what you want and it s the right products for your end goal with your build.

Couldn t have had a better experience at 4 Wheel Parts in Post Falls Idaho. I purchased a Smittybilt Overlander Xl tent from Gaston. He was great from beginning to end. He reserved the tent for me to pick up and even let me put it on in the parking lot, like I opened that box up in the parking lot, screwed all the parts on and Gaston came out to help me lift it on to the top of my Land Rover. That s service! The tent is also great. I will definitely be returning for any of my outdoor/ 4x4 needs.

Have done many transactions with these guys and have been very happy with all the results. Was having some issues with a ring and pinion install with "someone else".. needless to say, 4 Wheel parts rectified a situation that could have become catastrophic, and gave us a great deal in the process. Always professional to work with and they have very competitive pricing.Jason/BretSilver Auto Collision

I've have an opportunity to build a relationship with this company and the crew over the past year with event planning and their willingness to be involved not only with their products, but also with their local offroad community.Cody has been a huge asset to this locations success, and they crew they have has always been able to point me in the right direction when choosing where to make my dollars count.John is a wealth of knowledge, and I always appreciate his input when discussing options for upgrades or replacements parts.Bryce is a little light in the loafers, so he's your goto for you toyota guys. These guys have a solid back of the house team that will not only install your product, but have years of experience wrenching on vehicles. My recommendation would be let these guys earn your business by stopping by. If you re in the market for upgrades or need some solid advice on all aspects of your on and off-road vehicle.

The crew at Toys for Trucks are amazing! Not only did they find the issue I was having with my 4WD, the manager Cody helped me thru the ordering process of a new transfer case shift module and getting it installed. The guys are knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch. Will be back for lift and tires soon! Thanks guys for hard work!

Ordered wheels online, paid and received confirmation. Went into store to check on expected delivery. Was told wheels are no longer available at sale price but they could probably get at higher price and would have to pay for shipping. My confirmation clearly says free shipping. Was told online store promotes and sells stuff that is not available or price is inaccurate.

For two years now we ve been going into the Post Falls location, and for the last year or so it s been going downhill. The district manager has moved on, and the entire store management team has followed suit. The quality of the service department has tanked, and the customer service has gone out the window. Once you see wholesale change like this, it makes you wonder what the entire 4-Wheel Parts Corporation must be like. If they can t retain quality individuals there must be something far more systemic going on. From now on I/we are taking our business where we are treated like the person that signs their paychecks, because in essence we are. There is one shining light at the Post Falls 4-Wheel Parts, and this is John. This guy has decades of personal experience and for the life of me I don t why he hasn t bailed like most everyone else has, but I feel he s there, because of the employee discount. He s a Rock Star but he can t do it alone, and I wish somehow this store could find more great people like there used to be. There s a reason why most employees moved on and this dissatisfied customer is doing the same. We went way out of our way to frequent this store because of the quality of service and friendly atmosphere, but our tolerance is gone. We stay friends with the old crew, and we will stop by Post Falls just to keep in touch with John. I m giving this location One Star only because of John, because the other Stars have moved on. It s sad that the management, service department, and customer service has tanked like it has but we aren t signing their paychecks anymore RS and SS (3/18/2022)

This place is a complete rip off! They claim they can do quality work, but in reality they have no idea what they are doing. They will screw you for thousands and not bat an eye! The manager Cody couldn't careless and will threaten you if you tell him you are going to give them a bad review! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a diff drop kit here, accidentally blew past the town on my overlanding trip then got distracted with a new job. The team must have held on to my package for almost two months, calling me every now and then, and then happily shipping me the package weeks after it arrived in store.Sick, these guys are great.

The team at Toys for Trucks did an amazing job on my 2022 Tacoma. Cody Noe the manager walked me through the entire process. I was so confident in their expertise that I asked Cody to Build my truck like it was yours they crushed it with a full suspension overhaul, overloads, winch, wheels and tires. I couldn t be happier!

This review is possibly premature as I still haven't picked up my pickup from 4 Wheel Parts yet. But, because my pickup has been there for nearly two weeks I feel plenty qualified to give a review.Their communication has been horrible and not only horrible with me but apparently between their own staff. I'll just hit a few points; I've been waiting on them to get new UCAs in from California. On Friday I called to see if they were in. Someone called me back (this was the first time they actually called me back) to say they are in, they were just waiting to schedule an appointment with me to have them installed. Well my pickup has been in their possession the whole time! Monday morning I called to make sure the message had been passed along and my pickup was going to get taken care of. The person I spoke to put me on hold to check and then told me he had too many customers at the counter and he'd call me back later. It's been a very frustrating experience. The mechanics in the back may be excellent but when you feel like you are being jerked around you also don't feel like you are getting quality work done on your vehicle.

Two stars because I did get my rims, but the experience was not a positive one and I won't be a repeat customer. The website said these rims would arrive in 5 to 7 days. After a week and a half I call in to see if I can get an update. First call in, I got placed on hold and then hung up on after about 20 minutes. Called back the next day and did get to speak with someone. They told me that rims are normally 10 to 14 days wait time and that they'd be in town soon. After 20 days since the day ordered I called again, got put on hold and hung up again. I emailed the corporate customer service email. After not hearing from them for 3 days I emailed the store. After not hearing from them for 5 days I called to cancel my order.Once I got on the line with Jon, he told me the rims were in and gave me a line about being down two staff members to COVID and how he and one other person and trying the run the show.I went to pick up my rims the next day, and there were no less than 8 staff members on the floor and another 6 in the garage. They didn't even check my ID when they gave me my order, just let me walk out with it.So buyer beware, poor customer service and communication. After reading other reviews it seems like the hanging up on customers in pretty routine, along with orders taking a LOT longer then they claim. I understand shipping is delayed because of COVID, but reflect that on your website and through your customer service representatives. Most people don't mind waiting a little longer if you are honest about it from the get go.

Let me start off by saying I was excited for another shop specializing in off road parts to come to the area. First few trips were decent as stuff was in stock. My last purchase was not so good. I ordered part 10106 painless wiring harness. Was told they don t carry them in stock but would drop ship it to me. I was fine with that gave me a bit of time to tear out the old harness. Ordered Monday early morning, was due Wednesday to be at my door. Didn t show up by Thursday so I called to only find out they never even shipped it. Yet there website showed it shipped, tried 4 times to get through to a real person on the 1800 number couldn t reach a live person after being on hold over an hour each time. Started to do some research on various Jeep websites, and other reputable off road forums. What i saw and have heard from ex employees all shows this is a common issue. Some people have waited up to 3 months for parts ordered, others had to contact the banks to get their money back. So with that said be cautious when they don t have it in stock. In stock purchases are fine but the ordering needs some serious work.

Tire and wheel package was excellent. Getting brakes fixed was a fiasco. Took all day to get the parts and every time the price kept going up. Sat in the store all day waiting to get done finally at 5:45 truck was finished. Then 2 hr drive home. Not even a discount for pain and suffering all day not to impress

Great place for parts. Guys up front are helpful. But Installation of anything is a joke. I dropped off my truck at 9am for a 2.5 hour install. Truck wasn't done until closing time at 6pm. Heard several other customers complaints as I waited all day... I Wouldn't recommend them to install a single thing. Others issues were a lot worse than mine.

I ordered a set of wheels, tires, mount and balance service and tire pressure sensors at the end of October. On the 25th day of patiently waiting for the call to pick up my expensive purchase I decided to be proactive and call the post falls store to see if I could get an update. I was told they had everything sitting there but the tire pressure sensors. The salesman then told me the tire sensors I ordered from them were discontinued and I'd have to pay an additional $20 a piece for their new brand. I agreed as I just want the product I had ordered and didn't want to go through the hassle of getting them off Amazon like the salesman had suggested. The salesman said they'd be ready the next day and he'd give me a call. The next day comes and goes. I give them FIVE WHOLE DAYS to mount and balance 4 wheels and tires. They failed. So I decide again to call and check the status. This time I get a real gem of a salesman. I politely let him I was calling to check the status of my order. His response is "we deal with hundreds of orders a day". After a long pause I assumed I have to lead the salesman in the conversation and ask if he'd like my order number or name. He asks for my phone number and says he'll call me shortly with the information I asked for. Nothing. No call back the whole day(I called shortly after 9am when they open). At this point I feel like I got scammed and decided to just try to get my money back and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE. So I call the next morning to cancel the order. The salesman on the phone says they have everything there. I tell him its a solid pass and I just want my money back. That was the most helpful that sales department had been. They really knocked it out of the park giving the other guy my business.Update: 1 hour after cancelling my order I got a call from 4 wheel parts in Post Falls, ID. They wanted to inform me that the wheels that I had ordered and were sitting around their shop were the wrong ones and they could get the right ones but it would take a week. I got a chuckle out of it and explained I had called an hour earlier and cancelled the order.
