I had a very positive experience this week purchasing a set of Cooper Tires for my 2017 Outback. First I went to their website and located the tires I preferred. The website makes it easy to compare the specs of the different tires available.I visited the store in Post Falls and spoke with JESSE HARVEY. He said that the tires I wanted were at the Liberty Lake, WA store and he could have them in Post Falls in 90 minutes! I left for lunch, Jesse called me in an hour and a half, I returned to the store and had them installed. Tire-Rama offers free rotation too. No Surprises, Great Service, Friendly people. Go see JESSE, you will not regret it.

Got two new tires for my car, overall the tires are okay and price was okay and that s why they get 2 stars instead of 1. The guy at the front desk is not very knowledgeable or personable. They only had one type of tire for my car, which is fine, but did not tell me the mileage warranty and did not tell me that if you don t get the tires rotated every 5,000 miles that the warranty is voided. I had to ask. The tires were put on the back when I asked that they be put on the front because the other two were new as of a few months ago. Left Tire Rama and my tire pressure symbol came on, tires were wobbling and had to take my car back in to be rebalanced. They fixed the issue but left feeling uncomfortable taking my car there for future issues.

Had a leaking tire and it was repaired for $25. They performed faster than promised, however I did get a few new faint stains on my interior. I pointed it out and the guy scrubbed it a bit, but I will need a better detail later. Overall I'm satisfied they were quick without any appointment

Worse experience ever, been going to this location to swap out snow tires for 3 years. All of a sudden they said they can't get the snow tires that they sold us on the rims, even though they could past 3 years and told to go somewhere else! They will never get our business again

Ryan the manager was very helpful. I have been doing business with them for years and I had a tire issue and Ryan made sure things were right. He is the best manager at this Tire Rama I have seen working there, he actually cared!! Thank you Ryan!!!

Top notch business in Post Falls, Idaho! Truly exceptional service. The manager Ray goes above and beyond for customers. Recommended for all your automotive mechanic needs. So glad I randomly ended up there with a flat tire.

I should have gone to another shop. I had a blowout passing through Post Falls, ID on the freeway. I would have liked to purchase just one tire because my tires were less than one year old but Tire Rama said they were required to replace all four because my car is AWD. Ok. Not awesome but fine. I'm not a tire expert so I asked for an equivalent tire model to what I had on my Subaru WRX (Continental Control Contact 225/45 ZR17 91W). They presented me with the Cooper Ultra Touring, which they said was equivalent. I asked about speed rating to make sure (I was told by a friend I should hear something like "W" or "V" - standard ratings for tires) but the Tire Rama staff used different terms that I still can't figure out. I didn't know enough to insist on confirming the actual speed rating letter and because I had to make a decision right away, I went ahead with their recommendation. They were $950 out the door, the most I've ever paid for a set of tires by a ways.Now it's the next day. I'm back home, 300 miles away. I'm looking my new tires up online and I can see that they ARE NOT nearly the same. My old tires had a speed rating of "W", which is up to 168 mph. My new tires have a speed rating of "H", which is up to 130 mph.I'm really disappointed. Not only did I pay much more than I believe I should have ($210+ per tire - when I see I can get my better prior tires for around $160 per tire online - not installed, of course), but I got inferior tires. I feel like the Tire Rama staff was either not knowledgeable or not transparent.Two expensive lessons learned: 1) Do my homework before I need to make a decision and 2) Trust my instinct - I knew after my first interaction with the staff person that they didn't know tires really well.Giving 2 stars and not 1 because they prioritized completing the tire fix at the end of their day.

We will not be coming back to this location ever. Back in the spring I took my tire in to get a Nail removed. Derrick told me that it was in the sidewall and not repairable so I had to buy 4 brand new tires and that he couldn t let me leave. So with no other choice, I did . I then I took my old tires to another tire shop to get a second opinion and they told me that the damage was repairable and there was no reason that I needed to have gotten all new tires Fast forward to today when I went in to get my snow tires put on. Derrick helped me again (finally) after he saw me standing in line for 10 minutes, while he stood behind the counter on his phone completely ignoring me. When I gave him my name and phone number, he conveniently could not find me in the system until I got aggressive and said that I had just bought my tires in the spring and that I had better be in their system because I also paid for the tire warranty. Miraculously, he finds me after that and tells me it s going to be an hour two hours and 45 minutes later my car is finally done and then Derrick has the audacity to try to charge me for a tire swap. I have never in my years of being a tire Rama customer paid to swap my tires. I told him as much and told him that it was supposed to be free, and he looked down sheepishly and said oh OK and proceeded not to charge me. Dereks lack of customer service skills and the way he tried to manipulate me into spending money because I m a woman is sick. I HIGHLY suggest letting him go and finding some one else who s not misogynistic to run the front counter.

The service on my car was done very well. I had an emergency and had to bring it in, and they were very understanding and helpful. They got my car in right away and fixed it by the next afternoon. I missed the phone call, so it was my fault it took an extra day to go get. I have one major problem that I have with most places I take my car into, and that is, they never lock the doors. So my car was sitting out there for 2 nights and could have been broken into/stolen. That car is my baby, I find it extremely disrespectful to leave her out to be stolen. Especially when I saw a jaguar parked beside mine, and that was probably unlocked as well, sadly. Please please start locking the doors of vehicles you're working on.

Reno was awesome when we took our car in today. The tires didn't end up fitting like we had hoped, and he spent 10 minutes helping us find the right piece to make them work. He was super helpful and very personable! The atmosphere in the store was relaxed and inviting, just like the staff. Definitely taking our cars there more often.

I have been taking my family's vehicles to Tire Rama since 2014. I always get consistently great & timely service. The staff is knowledgeable and always working to get me the best deal on quality oil changes, brakes and tires. I highly recommend!

If you re a single woman and don t have a ride or any man to help you- DO NOT GO HERE. I waited for nearly two hours for a tire change WITH an appointment and I watched several men and a woman whose husband had set the appointment ALL served before me. After waiting an hour I was told there were 6 cars ahead of me until a guy reminded him I had an appointment. Then they got it done in 40 more minutes.My car would have continued to sit and they didn t care at all about checking on it or me- who was obviously sitting in the waiting room.I was going to have them check my brakes but I decided after being treated that way I didn t need a quote because I won t be back. Also was charged $100 for the tire swap and Costco would have done it for $60. A waste of time and just please don t go here.

I have gone to Tire Rama for about 3 years. I recently got a quote to have my struts done. I scheduled an appointment and when I went in to get the work done the price had gone up. I was told that within the last three days the price on the parts went up. I was rather disappointed about this, but the manager, Reno, was a great guy. He obviously cares about his customer base, and did what he could to lower the price, virtually back down to what they quoted, by giving me my alignment for free.I will always remember good customer service like this, and it will always keep me coming back. Good customer service like this is hard to come by these days.Keep up the good work Tire Rama

Had to make a appointment for an alignment and oil change a week and a half in advance. Dropped the rig off at 8am, as of 3:30 when I got off work it had not had the oil changed. Waited another 45 mins, still no oil change. Couldn't wait any longer, paid for an alignment but got no print out of the specs, feel like I paid for nothing. The guy behind the counter was not pleasant to deal with either. Been a customer for over 10 years and had good luck. New people and manager it has gone down hill since. Usually I won't leave bad reviews.After leaving this post, tire ramma manager reached out to me, and very kindly, made the issue right. I did get another alignment and the oil changed. Even an apology from the service rep, that originally helped me. I will continue to go back at this point. I would like to thank the tire ramma team for turning this experience around! Thanks again!!

Tire Rama has always been my go to place for all my mechanic needs, from tires, engine repair, and oil changes! They are so accommodating and always willing to try and get my work truck in and out, cause they know I need it, and for that reason we've developed a good relationship with them, I even take my personal vehicle here for maintenance, and will keep doing so, thank you guys!

We had a nail in our tire and 2 pumps in town coincidentally were not working so we thought something far more serious was wrong with our tire. We needed our car working asap and Ray squeezed us in to their schedule and provided amazing service. Everyone was very nice and treated us very fairly. They also repaired our brake light while we were there and the price was fantastic. Cannot recommend Tire Rama in Post Falls enough.

These guys are absolutely awesome! I was in a tight spot, they worked with me to find the right tires for me and my vehicle. The prices were great and the customer service was spectacular. I came in with my two sons ages 5 & 3 and the employees didn t mind answer all the questions my sons had, which if you have kids you know is a lot lol. Needless to say they definitely earned a customer for life with me

Called and asked if I could schedule a time to have my tires rotated and get an alignment done, the guy told me to bring it on in and that it would be about an hour. Drive across town to get there and the front desk guy was extremely rude, and got loud with me and told me that he will ask his mechanics but they are busy and that it was not likely that I would be able to get in for just a rotation and alignment. Apparently buying tires and expecting a simple rotation is too much these days. Never again, for any type of service. Ever.

Got the cars AC back up and running. Tire light stills came back on through. Did not find the pin hole to stop the A\C from going down again.

Went in with a slow leak out of my rear driverside tire and found out it was the wheel rim. Not only did Tim help me decide which wheels to buy, he had the shop guys pull the same ones off his personal car and put them on mine! He made sure that my car would be safe for me, my wife and our 8 month old boy to drive in. Extremely happy and grateful for the excellent service and care that I received from these guys! Thank you, Tim!!!

These guys are awesome!they helped me out when I had a tire light issue and ended up finding a nail in my tire causing a small leak I was unaware of. They were able to help me out and get it fixed in 30 minutes or less. Would recommend to anybody to go there.

I attempted to schedule a time and day for snow tire change over, but they are not taking reservations at this time. I appreciate the honesty and will find a time that fits in my schedule to get this done. An elderly woman tripped on her own feetand fell to her hands and knees, the counter person saw this and immediately helped her to her feet with my help. Good to see there is still respectful people in business.

I am moving to N.Y and am driving with my two best friends. My check engine light came on, went to an auto parts store to get a code reader done, gentleman suggested Tire-Rama. So glad he did!Ray and everyone was such a great help! Fortunately able to help us right away -being such a busy location- and they were able to fix the problem! It was a serious fix but they were able to fix it! Although it took 4 hours I left confident!And just a side note while we were waiting, Ray was kind to everyone that came in, referred to everyone by name and was helpful and personable! He deserves a raise!

Poor Customer Service trickles down from poor management. Negative attitudes and rude employees.Good luck getting them to honor tire warranties, and expect to be treated with hostility if you call them on it; they'll find every excuse not to help you.My favorite is listening to the staff bad-mouth customers IN FRONT of other customers! It leaves you to wonder what they say about you after you leave their wonderful establishment.
