Steve had my truck for 3 months rebuilding my transmission and after 5k the check engine light came back on after 4 days and he as yet to back up his warranty and fix it the right way. Now he is not returning calls or text and no shows meeting times. He is never at the shop!!!

Prepaid for my transmission to be built. Never received it after a year. Never answers calls or texts. I challenged it with credit card company and then he lied and said I picked it up rather than just give me the transmission. In my opinion, that makes him a thief and a liar

My experience with STS was incredible from start to finish. Steve took my truck, tried to find a simpler solution than a full rebuild, and when we weren't left with any other option was more than fair on the rebuild cost. Customer service far exceeded my expectations, especially being female. I have recommended him multiple times since I picked up my truck & I'll continue to recommend him any time someone mentions the word "transmission." Thank you, Steve!P.S. You were right. I don't think I can sell the truck now after all!

We have been taking our cars there for 2 years. They are the best in diagnosing issues with the cars. For example, we took our car to have AC (advertised special) with the highest rated repair shop by a local journal. Took it back three times and they couldn't fix it. We paid for the AC special and then $500 later with no remedy. Took it to Steve and he fixed it with no problem, It is not that those other guys are terrible, it is just that Steve is exceptional and the best mechanic. He is very reasonable too.

On our vacation trip to Silverwood my transmission finally decided it had enough. I knew it was going to happen eventually but wasn t expecting it mid trip. I was given the recommendation of STS by the localFire Department mechanic who told me they do great work and that the fire department and police always take their vehicles there for service. I limped my F350 into the shop and spoke with the owner. He was very nice and explained all my options to me. I decided to get a full rebuild with upgrades to help pull my 38 ft. Toy hauler. He got to work on it right away even though it was close to the 4th of July. Its done amazing so far with over 3 more trips and over 1500 miles. The tranny hasnt even exceeded over 175 degrees on some of the most extensive hills. If you need tranny work dont even think twice just take it there. Thanks again for your help!!!

Terrible experience, nothing like being told you need a full transmission rebuild at the cost of $1800 and my vehicle wouldn't even drive unless in second gear. Way worse shape then when it was dropped off three months earlier. They gave me back a new set of keys not my original setset assuming they lost my original keys during the 3 month period they had my truck. After paying $1500 the truck was undrivable and I was told it must be an electronic issue. I was SCAMMED!!! Not only will I tell everyone I know how I was treated I will also be reporting them to the local better business bureau. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!

i went in for a diagnostic for my 2003 Chevy Tahoe that was have 2-3 flare and it had more problem then i can count. i end up doing a ride along with him to give the right info with my car during the ride we bump ideal off each other about my transmission and ended up fixing my car for super cheap corvette servo was bad more 1/8 inch of play. Terrible service , said 1 week , 3 weeks later it still wasn t done . Called owner several times , does not return calls . Promised it would be ready , went to pick up , doors locked .Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Call the couple times in a row got no answer left a message never got called back I do hear good things about the place but haven't been able to go in there to check out Services myself
