Super irritated and frustrated. My car got hit and I decided to bring it here to get fixed. I will say that it looks nice again HOWEVER. There are trim pieces on the front and rear doors that I NEVER had even one issue with before my car got hit.I've taken my car in FOUR TIMES NOW, and the trim pieces are still not seated correctly, even after I pointed out where they're sticking up, and had to tell them "hey this isn't attached correctly". The rear trim piece came off driving down the road and was flapping around hitting the paint and glass, so I just pulled it off.I specifically asked today when they called to say it was done, to ask if they had seated the front trim and if the rear trim was attached correctly this time, and I was assured "yes they're seated correctly and fixed".I didn't even have to get in my car to see that it had not been fixed, the front piece is STILL sticking up, the rear piece is not attached correctly, has a gap between it and the window where the other one doesn't, and it is going to come off again.Now on top of having to tell them that what they do for a living wasn't done correctly just by looking at the other side that they never touched, I've been lied to. I won't be going back again, I'll look it up online and fix it myself, or take it to a shop that actually knows what it's doing, rather than waste additional time and gas money back and forth.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my Mini Cooper in for a complete paint job. The staff was professional, know their stuff, and cranked out an amazing end result. I recommend them highly! Since that project I have had them do repairs on my Mercedes and once again, a job well done.Service: PaintingService: Painting

After 34-years of ownership of a 1983 BMW 528e with 350,000 miles on the clock, I thought that I would freshen up the old girl. The job required some front end sheet metal work and paint. Unfortunately, I found that the car was too old to inspire any interest from the local body shops. I was told that due to the age of the car, parts were very scarce and that it was more profitable for them to just stick with the quick turnaround insurance jobs. Fortunately, I found Scott Shawver s Auto Body & RV. I met with Kanon who had no hesitations with the challenge. He quickly assessed what was needed, and then asked if I could give him some time to try to track down the needed parts. Much to my surprise, he followed up immediately with a full estimate locating the needed sheet metal in Germany. Once the body work was completed, I was even invited down to view the work prior to the painting. The job was completed with a factory gloss black finish. I would highly recommend Scott Shawver s whether you are doing a quick turnaround insurance job or just a custom project.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I was quoted 4 days for a front bumper repair, but excuse after excuse cam and I didn't get my car back til 3 weeks later. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

I had to take my truck in for hail damage and it was worth the wait to have it done right the first time at Scott Shawver's Autobody. They did incredible work and I wouldn't go anywhere else to have bodywork done on my truck. They fixed up my Mazda after getting backed into and did an amazing job. Calls on progress, they got it finished quicker than anticipated and even detailed the inside. Would definitely recommend them!

Outstanding service!I am new to the area and after a minor accident my dealership recommended to visit Scott Shawver's Auto & Body. During each visit throughout my repair journey, all of the staff has been so friendly, professional and personable. I love that only after one visit they called me by my name once identifying my vehicle; I appreciate feeling valued as a customer. Dana has been so helpful at answering all of my questions. He also went above and beyond by recommending follow up visits and services for the safety of me and my vehicle. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs auto work! Had my first fender bender and car was towed to Shawver's. Dana promptly called me to let me know my car was there and explained the repair process to me. He and the entire staff were very kind, professional and efficient with their services and their work is beautiful! I was so pleased when I came to pick up my car; the work done matches to the rest of the car and you can't even tell work had to be done! My family and I will definitely use their services again if needed in the future.

I took my car to Scott Shawver's Autobody and RV after someone backed into my car at Walmart. Although it took a month or two for them to get my car into their shop to fix it they did a good job. Our vehicle got vandalized and we ended up using this business because they are partnered with our insurance company. But we now have a quality, honest, trustworthy auto body shop that we will use for any work we might ever need done. These are very nice and accommodating people! Although they come highly recommended, their schedule for replacing a front cargo door on my RV would have put me into snow conditions in Dec., so I decided to move further south to get the work done. Dana and Tracy, nonetheless, were simply great about letting me leave my RV there for a week while I prepared for moving on down South! Just good people here and its understandable why they are so highly thought of and booked 6-8 weeks out.

Awesome customer service and fantastic work can't even tell my travel trailer was hit. The only down side was that they had it for over a year, the work on our trailer got halted due to some "priority/urgent/emergency" vehicles and stuff that got brought in. Then there was also some issues with them receiving the parts undamaged

I couldn t be more pleased with the work they did on my Subaru. My rear bumper had some damage and needed to be replaced. The communication was fantastic and the work done was exceptional. When I picked the car up today, it looked like I had a new vehicle. They even detailed the interior of my car. I highly recommend Shawver s Auto Body!

Never been there myself but I've heard nothing but good things about this place, however I have one thing I gotta say, it would look so much better if you painted that old yellow building. Doesn't look very good from the freeway! Such a highly rated business ought to look spiffy from all sides! Still think your a good outfit, just that old yellow looks......not good

I highly recommend this body shop! I drove in with no appointment, they came out right away to look at my car, and gave me an estimate as far as what it would take to get my car looking like new (which is the way I want it) again. Much more professional and prompt than the body shop I used to use. Also, as a side note, I've never seen such a clean auto shop. Thank you so much to the ladies at the front desk for your prompt and professional service!

Did a great job replacing my 2008 Honda Element front bumper and a few other miscellaneous bits, radiator, A/C condenser, and fog lights. The paint matched perfectly. Would definitely go back if any other mishaps occur. The customer service there was also amazing!

We had a blown tire on our RV while on vacation that caused damage to the cargo bin behind the right rear tires. We re from Missoula Montana so we tried our local body shops to no avail. Luckily one of the technicians we talked to told us about Shawver s in Post Falls. As soon as I called, I knew this was going to be a great experience. Tracy made me feel very comfortable in our decision to bring our RV the almost 200 miles for the repair. When we got there, Mark was right there to help through the process and make us feel at ease. Our RV was completed when it was promised so we made the trip to pick it up. We then met one of the technicians who repaired our RV, Joe, who helped us resolve a small electrical issue. Soon we we on our way back to Montana. The friendliness and care that the entire staff displayed has sealed our resolve to spread the word about this amazing group of people. This was my first experience with an Auto Body shop and boy was it a GREAT ONE! They nailed the estimate (Insurance claim), the estimation for time of completion was spot on and the customer Service was fantastic. The moment you walk in this place you know they are for real. Thank you Scott Shawver s for a perfect 1st experience with auto body. If anyone is looking for a place you can trust your vehicle with, this is the place!

I feel as though customer service is a dying art these days, but not at Shawver's Auto Body. I was so shocked to be treated so well from my initial call until my car was completed. Tracy and everyone who work there truly care about their customers and provide top-notch auto body service. Use this company. You will not regret it!

I was very surprised by my experience at Scott Shawvers. Based on the multiple stellar reviews online I thought my experience would be similar. It wasn't. The staff was friendly and greeted me to schedule an appointment to fix my 2018 Tundra that was in a slight side collision. After dropping the truck off they called me a few days later to tell me it was done. Looking at it during dusk in the parking lot I could clearly see white lines all throughout the new paint. Once I brought it to their attention, they blamed being next to a saw mill made it look like that. They said they would fix it and call me back. Two days later went to pick up the Truck after hours and my reverse camera no longer worked. Got the truck home and noticed a large white spot of primer where they completely forgot to paint. Called them and had to bring the truck in for a third time. They had it another 4 days because they had to take it to Toyota to fix the camera. Got the truck back the paint looked ok finally but now I didn't have a spare tire anymore. They did make this right by ordering a spare tire but first they blamed the dealership and I had to go back and forth to get them to cover it.I can see why they are the "preferred" company of insurance companies. Their "that's good enough" mentality would be great for them trying to cut costs. Not so great if you care about what you car looks like. I absolutely would NOT recommend them to anyone and wouldn't trust them to wash my car let alone paint it again.
