This is how all shops should be!When things break and your a owner op things get stressful quick. The owners and staff are beyond polite and extremely nice. They got my truck in fast figured out what was wrong and got me going soon as the diff was rebuilt. Called me and told me brakes/ujoints should be replaced and gave me heads up when they suggested what should be done( and showed me why. That's something that doesn't happen much anymore always hey let's just go off the work order ignore the rest of the truck)Ross Repair is beyond professional and I'll recommend this repair facility over any in Spokane or post falls.This is how all the ma and pa truck shops were and i thought they all disappeared. Nope these guys are last of the few. If your truck is broken or your in need of repairs call these guys and you won't regret it.

Three words; Above And Beyond.We brought our log truck in several times, for somewhat major repairs and the service has literally gotten better each time. We find the rates to be very fair and certainly competitive. We recommend this business.

They are so rude and they have no idea what they doing. I can make better watching youtube. They can not diagnos problem not professional. Just changing parts and trying to see is it fix or not. So funny.

The guys were nice but they took all day to do a job that we were told (by them) that takes 3hrs. Definitely felt took advantage of, and definitely won t be going back or recommending them to anyone.Cost $1,100 to pack 4 bearings yikes..

A REAL truck shop. These guys are excellent. From communication to the work done was all an amazing experience. Prices were reasonable and employees were all friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this shop for any truck repairs!

I was in a tough situation. My truck was diagnosed without delay. They fixed the problem even before the promised date and gave me a ride to the car rental office. At Ross Point Truck Repair people are very competent and professional. 5 Star for Great Work & nice attitude!Fully recommended!

Ross Point Truck Repair saved our day! After blowing a tire on our 5th wheel on the interstate and ruining our axle, Ross Point Truck Repair was the only shop willing to help us out in a 20 mile radius. Jeremie and Allen were kind, professional, and extremely helpful. They allowed us to leave our camper and head the rest of the way home. They fixed our axle, realized we had a leaf spring issue and fixed that too. They got it fixed in a timely manner (despite a busy schedule), stayed in contact, and were professional. We are so thankful for their service!

Great place for your repair needs. Jeremy took control even before I arrived. We had a brake chamber that we were told by a truck stop chain mechanic was obsolete.He said he would work on getting the part while I make my way towards his shop.They had me up and running in know time.Thanks for the great service.

Absolutely professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and stand behind their work, along with valuable advisory elevations.Cannot accolade enough to the the quick diagnosis, the timely attainment of parts, and the quality of labor in the case.All boxes checked here with open communication, step by step repair organization and implementation, knowledgeable diag, ability to negotiate labor, and the overall quality of treatment.

Needed to get the rear disk brakes on my year-2000 class A motorhome replaced. The great crew here diagnosed them, and despite the older model, they were able to obtain new rotors, calipers, and brake shoes, and get them in within a week. The installation took about 6 hours, and the new brakes work great. The team there are busy, yet they are always professional, attentive, and courteous. The price for the work was fair, and if I need any work done in the future, they get my business.

I was in a tough situation and this was the first time at this establishment. But it felt like home immediately. My truck was looked at without delay and diagnosed then they recommended a hotel and gave me a ride and picked me up the next day. Who does that??? Ross Point Truck Repair do. And oh yeah I was expecting a big bill but I was told we enjoy helping people.

We had to have our semi truck towed into Ross Point truck repair. They had our truck in the shop first thing in the morning. They were quick and very efficient. The owner is a pretty awesome guy. Very polite and has good conversations. You can definitely tell he cares about his customers. If ever in the need of a heavy duty diesel repair, I highly recommend this place.

Needed a couple of brake chambers replaced. As a 3 mil mile o/o I ve seen my share of you need us more than we need you semi repair shops. Ross Point Repair is NOT one of those shops. Fro checking in, diagnostics to completion Alan and John worked with a sense of urgency to get me back on the road. Mic appreciated and very highly recommended. Thanks guys!

My entire career driving truck I hAve seen many truck mechanics. This one is by far the best one. People work here is extremely friendly and helpful. They get everything done as soon as possible time and get back on the road. I would definitely stop by even for a coffee because I would like to Have them as my friend from now on. Jeremie is running this business. If you have any issues with your truck. This place should be the first one to give it a call.

On the road with my RV, I had to be towed from Harrison ID for a differential repair up north and Ross Point in Post Falls was highly recommended. Although they're kept busy servicing regular trucking customers, Jeremie didn't let me linger in the queue and made sure I got worked into the schedule after the ordered differential came in. Dennis, the owner, and his team went over and beyond the call to make sure that I was taken care of in every way possible to get my RV back on the road! A group of high level competence and expertise, as well as honest and friendly service, as I've experienced anywhere!

They took my truck in late. They stayed late to finish the work, and the price was decent. My driver reported a clean shop with professional staff. Even when I questioned their diagnosis and ask for them to demonstrate the problem to my driver, Jeremie agreed without taking offence. I appreciate this kind of attitude. I am planning to come back if I need a shop in this area. I hope my experience will be good as this last one.5 Stars! Thank you Jeremie

Complete engine rebuild, Great guys in the shop, excellent work, fair prices.Management went out of their way to make sure I had a place to stay, and gave me a ride to the hotel.Can't say enough good things about them.They made a terrible situation a little better.

Thankfully because of a minor repair, we never got a chance to bring our truck into Ross Point but, they were extremely helpful and highly recommended. When calling around for towing services I asked at least 4 local towing companies if they've heard of Ross Point and if they'd recommended their work. Every company had positive things to say and most even used them for their repairs personally.

I would give Ross Point Truck Repair 10 points if I could. Dennis, Jeremy and the crew have always went above and beyond for me. I had big plans for my week in Post Falls. Those plans went south quickly, but thankfully with the tremendous help from Ross Point they were able to get the rig road ready before I left! Thank you again and hope to see you next year!

Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful people, to the extent that I almost have never experienced customer service this good. They definitely have won my business. The business has that good old fashion American feel of family owned, personal interaction, and expert advice from individuals who know their trade well. They work hard and move quickly.
