(UPDATED) The service manager called and explained everything and even offered to refund the diagnostic fee as a sign of good will. That is the amazing customer service I was accustomed to from these guys so it's great to see them making things right!Absolutely the worst experience I've had here in a long time! I've been getting my 2016 Golf serviced here for a while now and about a week ago I called and said my ECU was stuck in recovery mode and just needed to be set back to factory. Guy told me ok they can do that and told me to bring it in. I had the car towed (at my own expense) and left the car with them. About 2 hours later I get a call saying they did everything they could and the ECU is fried and I need a brand new one for $1200 installed. I freaked out and told them it's not fried and still works just needs to be reset. Guy said I was wrong and still pressured me to buy the part. He charged me around $160 for "diagnostic" which was unnecessary because I told him what the issue was. After I paid, I towed my car to a local European auto shop and he reset my ECU to factory in less than an hour for $110. The ECU was fine, just like I told the guys in service who ignored me. I'm beyond pissed because I wasted $160 for them to kick me to the curb unless I spent another $1200! If they were genuinely decent people, they would refund the $160 I paid for NOTHING. If not, I will no longer take my vehicle in for ANY service going forward.

I ve bought many cars throughout my adult life, and my experience at Post Falls Volkswagen was one of the best experiences I ve had when purchasing a car. My wife and I were there to look at a 22 Tiguan that had come up in a web search. We had not been out of our car for more than a minute when we were kindly greeted by Dallon. The Tiguan we had come to see was nowhere on the lot, and Dallon quickly located it in the detail bay. After a brisk test drive, we felt confident that we were ready to make an offer. I let Dallon know what I expected in trade for my vehicle and he came back with a number too close to turn it down. When confronted with the sales price, I felt that it was too high according to my research and comparables, and I countered with what I expected to be a number that would get shot down. The infamous paper with the sharpie numbers came back into the office and laid out in front of me. Again, my offer, and their counter were to close to argue over. None of the back and forth to the sales manager as my offer gets shot to pieces like what I ve experienced in other purchases. I really felt like they wanted to sell me this car, and the customer service was some of the best that I ve seen in the area. Caleb worked quickly to get our financials in order and seal the deal.tl;dr If you re looking for a new or used car in the Spokane/Post Falls area, you should really make a stop at Post Falls Volkswagen. You will not be disappointed.

Multiple customer service issues with their service department. I am not the person to leave a negative review, but I have now had multiple times horrible times of experience. My ID4 is from their dealership. It has had several recalls. I scheduled an appointment for Friday. With promises it would be done same day. They called they needed more time. I offered to leave it till Saturday. Got a phone call on Saturday (they have had it 24 hours). They have not even started the work, and they don t have a part. (Blaming it on lack of tehs) Mind you I had a scheduled appointment. I am now without my car the whole weekend. Their answers and customer service are entirely unhelp, full of lack ownership, integrity, and rude. No answers to why the work has not been done. Jake the service tech left me on hold for 30 mins, and the parts guy tried to help . Which he couldn t. Also, there s no manager in the assist me.

We found a vehicle on Post Falls Volkswagen website. We called Glen to arrange a time to test drive. Glen was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of buying a car. We returned the next day to purchase the car and He and Kristin stayed late to seal the deal. I would definitely recommend Glen for any vehicle purchase. A+ rating

10/10 recommend. There was a miscommunication with my appointment day.... I showed up and they did everything in their power to get me taken care of. They made it work with their schedule since I was from out of town. They went above and beyond to get my car fixed. It was warranty work and they made it easy on me. They also cleaned the outside of the car and took extra time when I panicked because my brakes were wet. I appreciate their compassion so much since they could have sent me away instead of accommodating the error in days.

Best place ever!!! Actually cheaper than. Other mechanic shops, the best and friendliest of employees and managers. I very Highly recommend going here!!!! Seriously, best place to take your vehicle around

Blake in the service department was awesome to deal with when our daughter s car had to be towed there. Knowing we were from out of town, he accommodated us by getting her car fixed as quickly as possible. He was great about communicating with us along the way and was super friendly as well!

I was looking for a pickup for some time. Had seen a pickup that I wanted to look at. Some people were looking at it, Glen my salesman showed me my pickup which was WAY more luxurious and EXACTLY what I was looking for. Glen was very kind and took very good care of me. Followed up with me numerous times after purchasing to make sure my new pickup was suiting me well. The quality of customer service that I received from Glen and his team at PF Volkswagen was phenomenal!!!!

However it took 5 months for my part to come in to fix my car, Blake was always helpful and showed great customer service. I don't think the delay in my car being fixed was anything PFVW could help. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle through them and will likely purchase my next car here.

We bought a VW Taos SE from Kristen Robideaux and she was awesome at what she does but i miss my cruzie and I'm wondering where my cruzie was sold to? Idaho or Washington? If they'd tell me I'd be happy. And hopefully everytime we go into the service department(oil change or scheduled maintenance or something similar) they'll spoil us like get us coffee or pizza or something... if that's possible.

Scammiest scam of a service department. Had heating core replaced in January this year. Failed within 6 months, and refuses to honor warranty because we re barely outside of mileage requirement. Didn t know heater failed due to it being summer and wasn t running the heater. They were rude when we serviced the first time. Highly highly recommend buying something other than a VW. Just expensive and never lasts.

Go see Gary Bower! He is a great salesmen, honest, and respectful. He made our buying experiance easy and comfortable by providing us with excellent service and food to eat. Updating my review from 4 years ago: still 5 stars. Purchased my second VW from this dealership, and this experience was even better than the last. I worked with Jon Derose, who was great, even letting me take a slightly longer test drive while we talked about movies and video games. Kristen in sales was great, too, getting all the paperwork knocked out quickly. I highly recommend this business for both sales and maintenance (shoutout to Blake), particularly if you have a VW. Thank you!

Dallon made the experience seamless. No games like other dealers I ve been through. He tells it exactly like it is up front, and allows you the space to make a decision without pressure. He s an absolute pleasure to work with. I m going to be following him for all my future vehicle purchases. Dude killed it and is handling all my business from now on.

They took forever to get back to us. 4 days asking for credit card down payment on his personal line. Telling us we had 1 offer with 6k plus down-payment. This is the most suspect dealership I have ever dealt with. They refused to give us the credit report back and even worse don't answer phone calls or text messages. They tried to sell us a car with 100k mileage for 25k. This is why people don't believe in car salesman.

Horrible after purchase service, had the car 1 week before sharkfin came off going down the road, when I went to get it detailed they just used duct tape to attach it to a freshly polished black car, leaving residue and risked the paint being damaged. Paperwork for plate was submitted by them 30 days after purchase when it should have been done within a week. Told that oil had been changed , nope was definitely not. They got what they wanted out of me a sale but not repeat business!!!

Generally the experience at any VW dealer is pretty good but these guys go out of their way to be fast and courteous and honestly it makes a difference, despite needing to go there for less than super fantastic reasons. As soon as I need a 5th VW I'll be coming here.

I put a lot of miles on my car for my job. I am also not mechanical or into working on my own cars. For this reason, I purchased a new vehicle from the dealership closest to my home, Post Falls Volkswagen. I got a brand new 2021 Tiguan and have had to come into the dealership every 2000-3000 miles for an oil issue since I got it two years ago! Each time I took it in, I dealt with the same two young men behind the counter. Both told me it was an oil consumption issue and they volunteered to top off my oil for free. I did have some oil spots on my garage floor but they kept telling me there was no oil leak. I feel very naive for not pushing back, considering this continued on for two years and they never offered to research if there was an issue with the car. Two years later and 58,000 miles later, I am now past my warranty. As expected 2000 miles after getting an oil change the low pressure light came on 80 miles from home. I stopped at a Chewelah, WA mechanic and there was NO OIL on the dip stick. I called PF VW from this small mechanic shop and was told if there was an oil leak they would have found it because they are in the business to make money! I was floored at how rudely I was being treated and ultimately hung up in frustration. After getting the car back to the dealership they ended up locating two separate leaks! They tried blaming the issue on me for not requesting they diagnose the issue when bringing it in previous times. But in my opinion, I did but was told multiple times the oil issue was "normal". I don't intend on using this service department again.

Kaleb Gaede was so helpful to find the VW that I was looking for. It was refreshing to have a dealer be there with one intention only and that was to find me the car that I was looking for. Everything was explained very well with no bs. I was able to purchase my car the day after I test drove it. Highly efficient with the paperwork to get everything finalized. I drove my car off the lot within two days of purchase with brand new tires, fresh detail, and all the bells and whistles! Highly recommend purchasing a car from the Post Falls VW dealership!

VW took such great care of us and took care of our car, made sure it was all taken care of under the warranty and were amazing about providing us a loaner car since we were in a bind without a vehicle. We were so grateful with how we were taken care of and treated with such kindness too!
