Great experience with Daniel and Trevor! We found a great truck with a good price. We got it home and it was too long for our garage! We went back the next day and they worked with us to find another great deal on the lot, the black short bed. Yes, it fits in the garage!!! Let them help you find the right truck the first time. I bought a F250 from these guys. Sales process was nice and friendly didn t feel pressured. After I signed some mechanical issues that were pretty serious were discovered when getting new tires. The owners of Post Falls Auto reached out to me and were able to make things right in my opinion. I appreciate their understanding.

First off if i could give 0 stars i would! Just bought this truck 3 days ago and discovered the bed rust under the bed mat, dvd player screen messed up, bent tailgate, low on oil and coolant when i changed the oil, tires practically bald, All issues that were never explained and told about. Battery was dead as well completly. Dealership claimed it went through inspection on everything! Very unprofessional dealership to buy from. They also get there vehicles from Canada and id stay very far away from them! Trevor is very unprofessional and said my girlfriend was bitching about the issues i brought up to him. Be aware as they will not refund you. It was first time trying out dealerships as i always buy my vehicles straight cash on marketplace. Crazy this place is still in business! The moment it needed to be jump started to test drive was absolute joke and I should have trusted my gut to run far away from this scam dealership! Never buy from here!!

Started off ok, finished on a bad note. I had a truck I went and looked at. Said I would figure out getting a down payment put together in a couple days. I told Trevor the finance manager that I would have the money Monday afternoon. I was told by Trevor the finance manager that he would hold the truck till tuesday, which was 3 days. I contact them on Monday letting him know I have the money and was looking for a finalized terms aggreement. Another finance guy informed me they sold the truck over the weekend. Normally I might expect this from a private party sale, not a business who assured me it was no big deal and they would hold the truck.I believe strongly when you tell somebody something, you follow through. I can't say I recommend dealing with Post falls motors as I don't agree with their business ethics.

Trevor was fabulous. Boston (Billy), from ,True Price,referred us to Post Falls Motor, and found us the perfect work truck. We drove over from Montana, and it was well worth it! Everyone was so kind and professional. They had everything ready when we arrived and were back on the road quickly. We will beback for our next work truck.Thank you again,

*BUYER BEWARE*85% of the good reviews here are fake just look at them. The bad reviews are very prominent and show how horrible this place is especially Trevor he'll lie through his rabbit teeth and tell you the car is great and then when something goes wrong he tries to lie to you and tell you he doesn t know anything about it and then doesn t do anything about it. Out of all the places in town this is the worst place to buy a car from, I ve been to other car lots that have worse cars but better service, along with that all the dealers in town say these guys get their cars from Canada auctions and not only that most the guys who work here say they came from Dave smith, there s a reason to why they are not with Dave smith. Don t buy from here be smart take your money else where !

Store Is clean that's why I'm giving 2 stars. The customer service was nice at first but they do not keep u updated where u at with your vehicles. I had to keep calling and messaging them and if no answer I'd show up then barely get talked to would just test drive then they would let me know they will get to me with an answer and nothing. 3 days later still waiting. Its not my job to do yours and and keep calling to get an answer or go try other banks. And they even told me to go try my own bank. If u can't finance people don't advertise it. Rigs seemed nice to too bad they don't know how to be a decent human and keep customers in the loop.

Sent my Daughter to Auto Credit to trade in her car and get a truck, after 4 hours of waiting around they low balled her trade and wanted to put her into a high mo payment. the way they were treated was a disgrace. I went with her to Post Falls Motors. meet with Trevor and told him what she wanted to do. Trevor said no problem and had her walk the lot and find 2 or 3 she liked. no pressure just let them be. after picking out what she liked for her price the deal was done and we were home in 1/2 the time she spent at the other place with the deal she wanted and a smile or her face. highly recommend them.

Great Experience, I purchase a Toyota 4-runner from Trevor the GM and signed my paperwork with the Finance Manger Dan. They were a great team and Christian the Sales Manager made it very easy for us to agree on the numbers. I was at the dealership for at most 2 hours start to finish which was a nice change from my past car buying experiences. Definitely worth swinging by and seeing what vehicles they have in stock. For a smaller used car dealership they had over 100 vehicles in inventory! Compared to everywhere else around the Coeur d Alene / Spokane area, their prices were much more reasonable. I will be sending my family and friends who are looking for a Truck or SUV their way. Thanks for doing such a good job guys!
