These guys are awesome. I really needed my rear brakes pads and rotors changed. They were able to get me in the same day. They were extremely helpful and took great care of me. Incredible team. Definitely would recommend! Very reasonably priced.

Came in 30 minutes before close. I had a nail in my tire. Rick and Willy took amazing care of us. Got it all fix up fast and didn t charge me for it. Even though I didn t buy my tires from them. Amazing customer service, very clean facility, and a great waiting room. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Had my vehicle towed on Tuesday night to Perfection in Post Falls after talking with Chad.Wednesday before 11:00 they had it repaired and I was back on the road.As an elder woman, I very much appreciate the fact that they listen to your vehicle issues and are extremely aware of the inconvenience of not having transportation.The crew is knowledgeable and kind when it s most important. I highly recommend their services!

This company has gone over and beyond every time I ve taken my vehicles there. Replacing flat tire holes to the rotation and balance. Even I had to wait three hours because they were so busy and they took care of me. Extremely professional and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. I couldn t be happier with their service.

Had starter done 7 months ago. It went bad and left the vehicle stranded. We took off ourselves and went to get a warranty from place the starter came from. Perfection would not call in the replacement even tho they said it was under warranty, instead wanted the vehicle towed to their facility, at our cost. Could just swapped out the starter and saved a lot of hassle, u showed your true colors, MATT. You all probably lost 2 customers today because roadside was a customer as well.. Update. Thank you Chad for sorting this mess out after the fact.

I had a trailer that needed to get to a job site in a timely matter, had a flat tire. The guys at precision tire and auto fix my flat in 10 minutes and had me back on my way! Couldn t be more happy with the kind staff getting me back on the road as soon as they could. Even with a full parking lot and a ton of vehicles to work on they took the time to take care of me! I will most definitely take my entire fleet there from now on!

Took my car in to have a shaky steering wheel and worn steering parts fixed and these guys really did a great job! My car has some "hard to get" parts but they were able to find the right parts. Their communication was very informative and timely. Great Mechanics, Great Service. Highly Recommended.

Our family has purchased 4 sets of tires from this location. In the past year service has declined. Last time we took our truck in a piece of metal got bent and was rubbing on our rim. Then today we took our 2018 car in and I found grease marks on my visor, headliner, door, and seat (which had a blanket on it to hopefully prevent stains on our seats). I called and was told "you can bring it back in and we will clean it off". A sorry this happened would have went a long way. This location needs to train their employees to be more respectful of others belongings.

A valve stem 2 years ago.Long story...short.They assisted in fixing a dilemma I'd created. They're good action made them a lifetime customer.Excellent service.Good local folks.Cannot go wrong here.Honesty !!!!!

We had a nail in our tire on a long road trip. We pulled into Perfection Tire and within 30 minutes we're back on the road. They were so helpful and we are grateful they got us taken care of so quickly! The waiting area was a great bonus while we waited.

Always friendly, very knowledgeable staff, quick to get you in, and your vehicles back on the road. All of the staff are super friendly and remember me when I come back. It's definitely one of the best in Post Falls. I use them for my personal and company vehicles. They are always right on time. Building is clean they have a nice waiting room very comfortable environment.

I m really frustrated with this location. On three different occasions I have gone in to get my oil changed on my company truck which is on a fleet account and they always tell me that they re busy and have to make an appointment. This last time I went in, there was nothing going on in the shop, people were standing around And the guy said I still needed to make an appointment. I can t always accommodate an appointment due to my line of work. I never know when I may or may not be available. Two different perfection tires in Spokane area have always said that I can just drive in And get my oil changed while I weigh due to the fact were valuable customers with a huge fleet account. The post falls branch is just so much more convenient for me since I live just down the street. Looks like I won t be going to that branch any longer .

First of all I've gone to perfection - North Spokane for over 25 years. Great treatment. No problems. 25 years. Hmm.I HATE when men talk down to me-.because I'm a woman. But these guys got it down.I've never had a complaint against them- Until the Post Falls store.Well- let me tell ya. First I get a quote. And after I say I cant afford that now Mr.Wonderful hangs up on me.When I go get my car Mr.Wonderful- when I mention I've been Perfection custorm for 25 years ...and tell manager -what happened - Mr. Wonderful said "Im sorry you FEELthat way. I didnt hang up on you, but Sorry You took it that way."Guy's a charm. Great perfection asset.Then, all the Wonderful men huddle together around Mr. Wonderful and pet their egos - poor fella-as they clearly treat womenLike we don't have a brain and are all Karen's and should be honored to walk into such brilliance.I WONT go back there. I love that they can just ponder the thought-that he could possibly be wrong?Oh dear not these strong intelligent -men standing behind a counter with their fat bellies holding up the table.Shame on you all.You dont deserve Women's business!

Too much talking and goofing off amongst all tire workers.Not much work being done.2 hrs turned into 3.5 hrs. 10 min turned into 1 hrs. Wow!!NOT RECOMMENDOnly wanted 4 tires balanced not on vehicles. Ssshhheeesshh

First time to this location, and I took my truck in for servicing. Everything was done correctly in a timely manner. Following the week, my Hubby took his truck in for servicing and repairs.Great customer service, we will definitely be returning when we need servicing on our trucks.Thanks, guys!

They have taken care of me since 2009. They are always friendly, honest and fair. I moved from Post Falls to CDA in 2012, and I still drive to Post Falls Perfection tire for all my auto needs. Even an oil change. They are that good.

Having warning lights come on and your car not starting can be so stressful! They helped me out and replaced the part all in an afternoon. I feel good about going there and am not worried I'm being charged unnecessarily.They are busy but seem to get me in when needed.

I had such an amazing experience at the Post Falls location. I needed a oil change on a 31 foot class C motor home. I had a hard time finding a place that would do it. From the time I got there EVERYONE was great. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend Perfection Tire to everyone. P.S. I have also had the same experience with the other Perfection Tire locations.

AMAZING STAFF, definitely recommend them, they will take care of you. They are all honest, customer service driven and respect the military. I personally drove 5 hours just to come here to get work done. Major respect to the Post Falls branch.

Destroyed a beauty ring and put duals on painted side in. Wished I'd noticed before leaving, found ring in bed next day. Otherwise price and service was fine.

I was a little nervous about having tires mounted on my freshly powdercoated American Force wheels, but the guys at perfection tire were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to handle everything with the utmost of care. They were extremely professional, helpful, and expeditious. I highly recommend utilizing them for all of your tire needs!

These guys are NOT honest. I told them what oil I use,and they upgraded to most expensive. They told me my tires were fine. THEY WEREN'T, they charged me for rotation and did not do. Folks like this should not be serving the public.

I had new tires put on my car in California for a trip to see my kids one in post falls Idaho and one in monroe LA well my car shook all the way to Idaho I was bad,so when I brought my car to this very clean and professional car care service center for a balancing of all for of my tires well I waited they got my car right in the shop balanced my tires and bam I was back on the road and let me just say they did a 100 percent job at any speed my car is shakless . My first 900 miles of my trip was shakey but thanks to this awesome place my next 7000 miles of my trip was,shakless like floating on a cloud . Thank you very much for your professional service

I chose perfection tire because I had a great experience before, getting a tire fixed. I went there again today and really enjoyed their service. Friendly, and extremely helpful. They gave me a super duper good deal on the repairs for my vehicle, and they did it far quicker than I could have imagined. Please consider them next time you need something done on your vehicle!
