I've rarely met a more friendly and helpful crew anywhere! I needed a new battery for my car desperately, the price was right, but I had no way to install it myself. Paul was more than happy and knowledgeable to change it out for me quickly!! He was really knowledgeable about Subarus as well, and the need to maintain power to the computer while the battery is disconnected, which I would have never known. So thank you O'Reilly Post Falls, you guys are the best!

I ve been having an issue with my headlight bulb on the driver side of my Honda Civic. I was lucky enough to have Paul help me. He was very informative and super friendly. We discussed a few things that I can do in the future if the bulb issue persist. If all customer service employees were as great as Paul this world would be a better place. I hope you see this and thanks again!

Broke down across town from the store. Called to see if they had any suggestions for my 2003 Suburban not running all the sudden. These guys especially Josh went above and beyond the call of duty by coming to where i was and doing a quick diagnostic for me then again for me the whole day trying to help me limp my rig to the store then ordering parts. They did there best along with a Local mechanic Vergil Black who jumped in and finally figured out what it was. They made everything right too cost wise helping me out. Top notch dudes. 10 stars if there were more. Thanx again guys.

I bought my cargo nedlt for my truck bed here. The kind of store you expect to have in automotive. Lots of extras and good inventory. They are tight on staff, so it takes a minute, but they're totally more attentive than their crew would show. The store is a little dirty when you first walk in, but all in all, good stop and guys take care of ya.

Andrew at the Post Falls store helped me out with a laundry list of items some more complicated than others and clearly this was not his first day. I'll definitely be crossing my fingers I get him again in the future as he inspires confidence I'm getting the right parts.Thanks Andrew! I stopped here because my car was having issues with a squeaky belt and idling issues. The guy here came out, took one look under the hood and knew exactly what the problem was. I ordered the part, put it on myself and have not had a problem since!!

I love this place- customer service is top notch! I went there tonight 1/9/23 and the young gentleman gave me a great deal and put my wiper blade on and my battery in! It was raining and he was so nice about it. Thank you! You made my night! And my left a little easier!CB

Great people and great service. My wife's car wasn't starting properly and I suspected a bad battery. They tested the battery and the alternator and determined the alternator was fine but the battery was no longer working properly. They had options in stock and explained my choices. They even installed it and made sure it was working before I left. The car is working perfectly again. 5 star service for sure!

Terrific service from Paul and Greg! Their advise helped me find a solution to a problem and they had the repair part in stock for my 22- year old truck. Easy remedy. Super polite and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend!

Have used this location for two years, spend money here almost every month, and never had service as bad as today. Yesterday, I went and purchased Motor Oil and a filter for my Subaru WRX. The MANAGER, of this store sold me the oil and the filter, and this morning I drained the oil out of my car, threw on the new filter, and opened the jug of motor oil to find it filled with used Motor oil.So now, I cant drive my car down there because i drained the oil already, cant put this dirty oil in my car, and its snowing hard today!I called down and told them the situation, and asked if they could have their parts deliverer run oil out to me, and they told me they ONLY make deliveries to businesses, even though this was clearly their fault. Mind you, Im literally a 5 minute drive away.Ended up having to pay $40 to uber down there to get my oik exchanged and i asked them to give me my money back since i had to spend it on an uber to get down there and the same manager that sold it to me just refused and told me its not her problem.Ive spent over $5000 in their store in the last year, and this is the last time i ever give them a dime of my money.

With the costs of everything soaring, I stopped in to get oil filters air cleaner for our vehicles. Had some great package deals with synthetic oil and miron filters. Complete packages under 40 dollars. Saves a lot over taking it in for a 129 dollar service

Great location, service and selection of parts and tools. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rented the belt tensioner tool and bought a new belt and belt tensioner for my 03 Accord. They had the parts and tools in stock I needed for a 20 year old car.

Always helpful with my questions about truck maintenance.I was driving 200 miles 1-way for a job interview. On the way back my "check engine" light came on 150 miles away from home.Terrible thing to see on the freeway. I pulled into the next town (The Dulles, OR).A team member ran a diagnostic and it turned out to be failing oxygen sensor, causing the alarm.While the party line is, "this should be checked by a mechanic, before traveling. For safety."I felt that our conversation was detailed enough that I was confident driving the rest of way home was not dangerous to me or my truck.I purchased the oxygen sensor they had in stock, so I could fix the problem when I got home safe. ASAP.Thank you for taking the time to help me, when I needed it the most far from home.

My wife called me and told me her battery light was on, so I called O'reilly's and had them hold an alternator for me until I got off work and could fix her car (which was excellent service by them). Everything looked good under the hood so I tapped the alternator with a hammer and it started working again. I called O'reilly's back to let them know I wouldn't need the alternator because tapping on it with a hammer made it start working. The guy literally laughed at me and said he's never heard of anyone doing that before (obviously has little experience working on cars) and told me its just going to go out again in the most condescending tone. I'm aware there's a good chance it will go out again but decided to wait and see before spending the money. If it goes out again I will not be buying it from this location.
