Company doesn t pick up the phone or reply to emails, not sure how they stay in business. I m guessing customer service would also be non existent if you were able to buy a product from them ever.

I honestly don't know how this company is in business. They are extremely unresponsive and don't care about getting back to people who have purchased one of their products and have some questions about its use.

I had Northwest Diesel Works install 2 Derale Coolers in the bed of my second gen. They squeezed me into their very busy week to make sure my trans stayed cool during my upcoming 14hour drive. They also noticed an injector line leaking and fixed it immediately. They also fixed my Fass wiring that another shop threw in. These guys are very knowledgeable and are amazing mechanics.

I had issues with my truck taking it to someone else so after commuting my grom to work a couple weeks I decided to go to these guys and they fixed my truck and did an amazing job now I have a truck again that s reliable thanks guys !
