I spent $400 on parts. Rotors, pads, spark plugs, brake cleaner. The rear brake pads weren't correct & I had to go to Autozone to get the right ones. The Napa brand didn't even match the picture on the box. One is clearly thicker than the other. Couldn't return them bc I damaged the pads trying to fit a bigger thicker pad where it wasn't going to fit. I understand from NAPA perspective the pads were damaged but they sold me the wrong thing and didn't have another in stock, so I had to go to their competition in the end regardless. This lesson only cost me $40 thankfully.

A great place if you want, "trailer trash help". You also might actually be able to utilize the restroom if you are like most, waiting for the part needed which they typically won't have. If you really want a deal on a part, I suggest: Motion ~ competition yet they go above and beyond to help!

Very knowledgeable staff and quality products. Bought a battery for my truck. They helped me pick the correct one and gave a discount with my Triple A membership. Highly recommend coming here for top of the line service!

I have no car parts story, I just want to recognize the staff for being kind, compassionate human beings. This little kitten was found about to crawl into the engine bay of a NAPA customer's car in the parking lot. The employees brought the kitten inside on a cold, snowy day and gave it food and temporary shelter. The store manager took the kitten to Companions Animal Center to check for a microchip (there wasn't one). There is already someone waiting to adopt this little guy or girl, so it's a happy ending for all involved! Thank you for being so caring & proactive so this baby could find a warm, loving home!

Recently had to go here because my truck up and quit on me had to try a few things before I got it working but everybody that I talked to was extremely helpful and I ll definitely be coming back! If you re looking for good parts and people who know what they re talking about id recommend coming here

Went I'm to price a battery for an older van w/ a w/c lift, need high CCA,as it's not driven daily. They not only were having computer issues, apparently bad enough to have already shut their CdA store, but, they still got me a higher CCA batterie, but, got it for me cheaper Than could have gotten a smaller one from a local tire shop (that obviously sells batteries lol) gotta say I was totally shocked, as I've not been a fan of Napa for sometime due to bad experiences*not at this location tho* So wanna say a HUGETHANK YOU GABE, OF our POST FALLS NAPA- next to the Mtn West Bank on the CORNER OF SELTICE & IDAHO STREET ( 2nd business in-I believe that's the correct Bank name )You were very patient & professional & helped me help my quadriplegic client get a decent deal! Napa he deserves a raise! Probably try Napa, PF store anyway, again for my numerous automotive purchases!

Called and had a part put on hold for me. I drove to the store front from out of town and arrived at 1:25pm. They had already gone to lunch and had a sign that said they would be back at 2:30pm. So they take over an hour lunch?? You would think if there is more than one employee they could take turns going to lunch and could keep the store front open. It also is not listed on their website that they close for lunch.

I was broke down on the road next to Napa in Post Falls with my dog. I ve been working on my truck in the hot sun for a while and someone came out from Napa auto parts with a bowl of water for my dog Pepe and two Gatorade s for me they didn t just ask if I needed help, they brought help big thumbs up

I go in 3 or 4 times a year to get a variety of items. The counter guys are all pretty nice and alwaysvery helpful.

So the first guy who helped us when we first walked in was ok. Was a but short but answered a few questions. After looking around a bit someone worse asked if we needed help finding something but had seriously poor customer service. Was super irritable and honestly seemed like he was bothered with us. No too impressed and given the choice, I'd easily choose Motion or AutoZone down the street.

The people who work here are fantastic! This was my 2nd time at this store in Post Falls, and when i asked if anyone could please possibly install my replacement head light on my old car, a man named Devin said he could and was very helpful, mature, professional, and pleasant. It was only a couple of minutes yet the experience was overwhelmingly positive. I m skipping the other auto parts shop near me (they re okay but sort of *meh* bland)... and driving the extra few minutes to this predictably pleasant place instead! Thank you & this place is very good...

Every part of my interaction was met with excellent customer service. My multiple phone call questions were all knowledgeably answered. Marshall, Gary, and Nick did an amazing job talking me through the system I needed to fix my Subaru. I live out of town so it's important I get the right parts the first time and everyone at Napa worked to make my project go smoothly.

While I was the ONLY customer in the store with about 7 or more employees behind the counter not 1 of even said hello to me or even ask me why I'm there. I waited 10 minutes before I finally left to go to O'reilly's. At O'reilly's they greeted me as I walked in the door and immediately helped me instead of trying to come up with excuses to not help. I know where I will take my business from now on

Napa Auto has won me over!! I went to the Grand re-opening here in Post Falls!! Giant crowds and yet the lines moved with efficiency. The whole crew was helpful and cheerful even with me coming towards the end of the day!! The manager Benjamin probably won't be there long because Corporate will see his talent and move him up! Accolades to the marketing team for the new customer friendly environment. So many of the competitors clutter up the Isles with product stacked to high. These folks got it right!!

Went to NAPA first as it was closer. NAPA was NOT helpful & refused to help me Install a turn signal light. Being a lady with a husband out of town I really needed the help. Left NAPA & went to Auto Zone where they were happy to help. Customer service goes a long way! Lost my business in the future

Excellent and above and beyond customer service. Staff member looked at a fuse under my hood in front of the store and was a huge help when I was having issues that halted my Christmas shopping trip. With help from NAPA the day was saved.

Have a 2016 Mazda CX-5 and the battery is going dead and going dead and going dead! Finally I gave up on the O'Reilly battery and went to Napa and they looked it up and found that the battery O'Reilly sold us was the wrong battery for the car! Napa however provided the correct battery for the car. The one that was wasn't in it, the one from O'Reilly, was the incorrect battery! And so we got that correct battery from Napa, and now the car is functioning as designed. I am glad for the professionals at Napa! As for O'Reilly's, I suggest that the employees go back to work at McDonald's.

Would of have gave 5 but it was labor day weekend needed to put 4 flat wiring on my truck. I ordered the Hopkins 40655 direct wire kit for my truck, for trailer lights and when I put it on I noticed that the wire to plug in lights was only like 12 inches. I'm thinking how am i going to plug this in to my trailer? Luckily I had a 4-ft extension wire trailer plug in that I used. When I look at the trailer kit part again online I noticed it was supposed to come with an extension 48" long (see Picture) green wire on right. Kit never did have this wire? Someone took it out of the package. I'm sure it wasn't their fault but I'm going to go back in and talk to the manager and see if they can make it right then I will change my rating if all goes well. Napa never resolved matter told me to go to website then when I did that they told me to call number to out of state Napa service center it was a run around will not purchase from Napa auto parts again!
