Helpful and knowledgeable staff, good inventory, staff puts forth extraordinary effort to help find part if can't read part number, don't know year, or whatever. If trusty Napa can't find try here. Got a starter rebuilt through them for a hyster forklift was happy with product & price. If they can't find it good chance they know someone who can rebuild or has it.

Best parts counter people that I have run into in a LONG time. They knew exactly the part I was looking for and even beat Amazon for the price. They are now my "go to" store for my auto parts needs!

They are expeditious in getting parts in. Their costs are not bad. The employees are knowledgeable. Very important - they are friendly.

You get your own bar stool while the ladies get you the parts you can't find anywhere elce and they are consistently cheeper than all of the other parts stores in town for the very same brand.

When you are stuck and need a counter person who really knows her stuff, a woman who can glance at threads on a bolt and tell you the size and pitch, or find a fuel filter for an old boat engine without a model or part number, etc., then this is your store.

The staff at Motion Auto were so kind as to bring the parts we had ordered over the phone out to my car so I didn't have to wake up my toddler who fell asleep on the way there.

Great place
