I would be lost without Mark and his crew. I have had Mark as my mechanic since 2005 when I bought my first BMW. Service has always been professional . The work has always been fairly priced and I would truly call Mark my trusted friend. A man of his word and personal integrity.His crew are hand picked and there mechanic work is exceptional. I would choose Marks automotive way before choosing the dealer for repair. Not onceIn 20 yrs has any of his repair been faulty.Thank you Mark and crew for taking good care of my car. Super knowledgeable, super fair. Mark and his team do a great job . This is the spot in CDA area for the best European car repair. Very blessed to have these guys right around the corner taking care of my vehicle. While I try to maintain my own vehicle as much as possible I have been back to this shop multiple times. I can't say enough good things about them!

A reasonably priced auto repair shop. They managed to squeeze my car in for brake repair. They did a great job, but they are very busy. The price is right and the work seems to be done well. You probably will have to wait a couple of days due to the amount of work they have. So if you're in a hurry, then go elsewhere. But if you need it done for a better price and can spare the time, then this location is worth the try.

Mark has always taken great care of my cars. Several people from work also have Mark's Automotive as their mechanic. I always feel that I'm getting the best care at the best price for my Porsche.

Something like 1,400 miles into a road trip my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Mark was able to look at the car same day, tell me what was wrong, how safe it would be to drive home, and how to get the repair covered by the dealership (thank you for going the extra mile and pulling up recall info for me so I could get the part replacement covered!). We were on our way by the next day! I wish his shop was closer to where I live, if it were I would be using him for everything

Mark is one of the most honest mechanic I have ever been to. He does a great job and I only trust him with my Mercedes.

I originally left a message about my car repairs, then hours later got a call back (good timing on the call, pretty responsive not gonna lie) but when I answered the phone the customer service was horrible. It wasn't greating at all and when I explained what was happening, he rudely interrupted and said, "I got your message...." After this experience, I looked elsewhere and found lake city auto care and was very pleased to be treated kindly and explained thoroughly what they could help with. I would personally go to them, this isn't an ad, just a satisfied customer.

Mark and his crew are great, honest, and do the job right. It gets a little expensive to have work done, but that's not Mark's fault. It's the make of cars that cost a lot to keep up

As a woman who loves cars, it is a rarity to find a place where your voice is respected. Mark and his team diagnosed my car going through it with a fine tooth comb, and treated me with the utmost respect. I really cannot express how highly I recommend this place. I will not go anywhere else for as long as I have a foreign car, or any car for that matter. Thank you mark!!

Mark has worked on my BMW and my Mini. He is extremely knowledgeable and answers all of your questions. Mark truly cares for your vehicle. He is very honest and is someone you can trust. I wouldn't take my euro cars anywhere else!

Mark has been around a long time. You can trust him with your precious investment. I will only take my Audi to Mark. My uncle before me took his Mercedes, BMW, and Audi to Mark. He wouldn't take it anywhere else. Our family trusts him, you can too.

Fast and friendly service from Mark at an extremely fair price. Took my BMW X3 to mark for some unknown issues and he figured it out and got it done quick. Definitely recommend.

Not worried about you or your recommendation . Only worried about his bottom dollar.Paid about 5k for him to service my Audi. And I not only didn't make it a year, but I only made it about 6,000 miles.Called and asked him to fix what he failed to do previously , now I'm $2k into a DIFFERENT mechanic just to get back to par with what I asked him to do.Also,If you ever want half moon seals and cam tensioner and guides replaced..He won't do that either and instead just argue about it relevance .Do the job I pay you to do, not more not less. That's all you had to do Mark.

I took my 1998 Volvo into Mark with an intermittent issue. Mark tested the vehicle for me and the problem did not surface during his testing. Its been several days now and the vehicle seems to be working fine again :)The best part is this... Mark didn't even charge me for his time testing the vehicle! Yay! Thank you, Mark!I will definitely use Mark's Automotive again!

What I liked is he tells you EXACTLY what is wrong and needs replaced, he doesn't try and tell you to replace a bunch of other things on top of your problem already. He's honest and professional.
