I arrived here yesterday at 3pm to do the annual dot. I went inside at 6:40pm. but they told me that they don't have a mechanic and I need to come back at 7am. at 6:40 am the next day I was told that I needed to wait 30-50 minutes and they would call me. At 8 am the Bob tails started to arrive. when I asked what was going on they told me that I was next and they would call me. then a drive-in van arrived, which arrived at the parking lot at 9 a.m. I was again told that I was next in line. They're just kidding!

Pulled in at 10pm, 12 feet wide, and the lot was full. I parked along the curb in the no parking area because thats the only spot I would fit and can t drive into Idaho at night. Shop guy came over and said I couldn t park there as was blocking the lane, but because I was a wide load to pull up tight to their shop on the tire pad and I could park there for the night. GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

My family and I stopped at the truck repair station in our schooly (3/26). We had a tire that the stem was missing and 4 of the employees there helped us. They were very accommodating and friendly. They saved our whole trip and we are so thankful for their help. 11/10 would recommend for the friendly service alone! Will be calling the shop manager to thank them and let them know how great they were. I can not say enough about them.

Came in with a horrible coolant leak, losing nearly a gallon every 500miles. Luckily the broken part was only $10 and to fix the issue, a 10min task. Unfortunately the labor would've put me out $150 just for that. Thankfully James was working today to help with the issue. He fixed it himself on his lunch break without the crazy fee. James needs a raise cause kindness is a trait people don't have that often. Definitely need more folks like James in the world.

I can't stand these chain type truck stops and this Loves is no exception. This place is ridiculous with it's tiny amount of parking spots. Then there is the usual problem I find with an innumerable amount of Love's Travel Center's.How can you classify yourselves as a Truck Stop when you lack such important amenities as laundry facilities?!!?? Why are there no laundry places? What good is a shower if I'm lacking clean clothes to put on after getting clean in a shower??Also, Carl's Junior is not a healthy food option! Why does Loves pride themselves as a Travel Center when they don't offer healthy food or laundry facilities? Most love's are honestly just convenience stores, not truck stops and definitely not healthy travel center's. They do not properly sanitize shower facilities. Running a dirty mop over the floor and absorbing left over dirty water from the previous user is not considered healthy! In fact, it's actually a violation of health. Furthermore, because these Love's have food chains in their establishment's it should be considered completely unsafe and unsanitary and thus the bldg should be shut down until the health department allows it to be reopened.In all honesty, I'm going to start filing complaints with the BBB and local health department's when I encounter filthy showers, restrooms and an overall nasty store. Perhaps, with enough complaints, Loves and Pilots will start taking a new and healthier approach.

Fuel is super over priced, just go 1 half mile down the road to maverick and save over half a dollar a gallon.

Needed one tire blowed back on the rim told it would be 30 minutes before he could get me in 2hrs later still waiting. Needs more than one person on duty at a time.

Terrible don't come here. Service was poor. Lett me waiting on the tech who disappeared for 4 hours to then tell me he went home come back tomorrow.

Please avoid this repair shop , they scam people s and they find a way to overcharge specially if you owner operator don t stop here at all !
