My car broke down due to a failed CV axle on the freeway driving back to Spokane from CDA and this shop not only fit me in but got to work on my car right away despite it being only hours to close. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I could safely get back on the road. The customer service was beyond good and the whole team worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks again all for saving the day for me!

Not good customer service here. Been using Les Schwab for 25 years. My family s been using Les Schwab for probably over 30. However, instead of their motto, neighbors, helping neighbors. It was quite the contrary they tried to sell me new tires. And my tires are less than a year old, I had a screw in the tire and they wouldn t fix it. I drove 2 miles east to another tire shop. They fixed it absolutely no problem and didn t try to sell me the moon. It s extremely unfortunate how they don t stand after their motto, neighbors helping neighbors. Thank you.

It is insane how hard working, efficient and fast they were to fit in all the work I had to have done on my vehicle. I really thought I'd have to leave it overnight in the very least but they stayed until it was done which is truly going above & beyond. Especially since it's my only vehicle to take my kids to school & to get to and from work. This is why they are the absolute best!! Thank you!

Went to this Seltice Les Schwab Tires store yesterday to finally get some new tires for my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 Truck.After a reasonable wait time I ended up leaving the store with an installed set of nice new and siped tires (275/55R20XL 117T Back Country AT2).Looks cool with just enough roughness, not too much, not too little, just right.I also got a good deal and discount especially because of financing it for 90 days. I recommend this store 100%, they always treat me good, multiple times they fixed or helped with light issues for free.

Took a work truck in(railroad) for extreme vibration. Requested tires get balanced. Their records and my receipt for those tires showed balancing was charged(beads). They didn t balance bc tires had beads. I went to Goodyear after who busted the tires down and they didn t have balancing beads in them. Go somewhere else that will listen to you because isn t the place. They shined me off on the phone after the fact too. My steering wheel was shaking violently and they didn t care. Gooodyear took care of it.

Seriously so friendly and kind . Any automotive stuff can be stressful but the people here seem to genuinely care about your concerns and want you to feel safe on the road. They explained things to me so clearly and were in good spirits about it.

We had them do some work on our vehicle before a long road trip up to Alaska. They didn t do the work correctly. Fortunately the car didn t break down on the ALCAN, but the incorrectly installed parts did extra damage to the vehicle. Still haven t been able to work out any sort of remedy with Les Schwab even after calling the manager and contacting Customer Service. I used to like them, but they totally dropped the ball and left me screwed. Never doing business with them again.

Never coming here again. This used to be my go 2 spot but after the last time it's a no go!. I asked for an alignment on my Durango they said nope no can do unless you replace all this because it's dangerous and we don't want to be liable. So I went and got a 3,000 dollar loan and said okay fix it all. Come to find out today from my mechanic friend who didn't even know I had all this done and comes out from under my car like" who did your alignmen" and I said les shawb and he was so upset that they gave me a barely okay job for me to make it to work. These are ppl are putting others lives in danger. My worst fear is dieing driving to or from work and I could have. A poor man's alignment is better than what I got for 3,000 dollars that's disgusting. Came to comment to maybe save someone's life and tons of money. Don't not go to les shawb

Terrible customer service! I came in to get the tires on a car balanced. 2 hours of waiting later, the technician told me the tires were too worn to be balanced. I told him ok, we are done. Just give me the car back. When he figured out I was not going to buy tires, he told me to leave and not come back.Don't worry. I WON'T BE BACK.This same store is known for the highest revenue in front end work at all Les Schwab stores. I know why... One worn tie-rod on my wife's Ram was translated into $3,500 worth of new parts being recommended. Even the dealer is cheaper than that.SHAME ON YOU.UPDATE: I'm not interested in helping you figure out why you pump up quotes for unnecessary work. Neither am I interested in wasting my time with rude, unethical mechanics.Hard pass on ever setting foot in your store ever again.

Very disappointed. My husband paid over 400.00 for new tires to be put on the front because the old ones needed to be replaced. He specifically said for the front. After waiting for over an hour, we left thinking it was done right, he noticed that they put the new tires on the back. Why did they put them on the back when it was specifically said the front? We are not very happy.

Scammers. They do great work but twice now they ve replaced parts that do not need to be replaced without telling me. Just go to perfection down the street

Today my mother went in to get her tire fixed. There was a screw in her tire with a slow leak. They "fixed it" she went straight home and parked it in the garage. Came back a couple hours later AND IT WAS SITTING ON RIM!!!I was mad for her!She called, and they made it right, KYLE made it right!Thank you sir

Dylan and Tasha were life savers!My family and I were visiting in town just about to head back home at 5am when we realized that our back tire was completely flat. I showed up at the shop right at opening to see if there was any way to have it looked at and Tasha was able to get me in right away.Dylan found the problem and determined the fix and also checked out the quality of my other tires as well. He was honest, helpful, and definitely helped make me a Les Schwab supporter for the future.This was my first experience with a Les Schwab and it was definitely a great one! We made it home on the 6 hour trip later that day all thanks to him!

Fixed my tire leak for free! Awesome for that!UpdateSeems no plug was put in, just a patch and now its leaking again and no one will touch it because of the service by les schwab, so I have to get a new tire tho my tires are still in new condition. Was told no plug could be put in, but come to find out, there was plenty of room for a plug. And there is no les schwab near me in Texas. Guys, I would of paid to have a plug put in if that is why u didn't bother because you were busy.

This shop is the best. I went in for new rims and tires and they noticed my passenger side tire rod was loose (I had replaced that myself oops) I gave them the go ahead to replace and they noticed it was just a loose nut. So instead of replacing it with another one and charging me for a part I already gave them permission to replace they just fixed it free of charge and informed me it was just a loose nut. This kind of integrity is why I will always come back here and recommend their high quality service.

I was broke down with a flat and your employee Jordan stopped to help me get my spare on and then offered to bring my tire to work and repair it for me so that I could just swing by and pick it up after I got off work. That is going above and beyond and amazing customer service. He is the kind of employee you want to keep around for a long time

Center caps Allen screws starting to round and need to be removed to balance new tires. Person talked to didn't come out to look and stated they would just break the caps off. Will bring to Perfection Tire who took the time to look at the job despite being too busy take me in same day, said just needed a bay and some time. Previous bad experience when with bad pressure sensor and had to bring in multiple times, gave it back with error and said it would clear when it needed replacement

I showed up @Scwab's at 8am when they opened. It took only 30 minutes for them to install all 4 new tires on my Accord. Excellent service. I was amazed it was done so fast.

The team here did everything they could to help me out and I appreciate the way the all pitched in. I ended up going to my father's shop to get the fix needed but they were so courteous and understanding. I would have no problem recommending them down the road.

I just moved to northern Idaho a few weeks ago and had a problem with one of the lights on my car. I knew Les Schwab didn't do light but I didn't know where to go. The employee (can't remember name) said he couldn't help in store but was willing to help personally so he came out and helped me figure out the problem and recommended some repair options. It made me feel so much better and reinforced how wonderful Les Schwab always is. I'm a customer for life!

I purchased 2 new tires and had them installed. My car was wobbley when I left, brought it back and they told me the rim needed cleaned. The tire kept wobbling and going flat. Kept bringing it back, they put the same new wobbley tire on , they even had to go to my house at one point. I paid for mount and balance at the time I bought the tires they said the fourth time in three days I went back that the tire wasn't balanced, they even told me they don't sell those tires. I was in tears I'm so frustrated with them. Not going bCk I'll pay a different shop to balance them even though I already paid post falls les schwab

These guys were amazing. I had my two little ones in tow and they made it easy for me. Was there for a few hours but they were very nice and worked fast. I appreciate them. They give great ETA where I kept getting maybes everywhere else
