If I could give 10 stars I would.We re new to this area, and I m sure like most people, it s easy to get stressed out when it comes to finding an honest and kind mechanic. Especially for us because our Land Rover is older and not all shops will work on cars/trucks like that and they have no problem with it.Well, we definitely found our mechanic from now on! They re trustworthy, honest, kind and worked really fast for our situation.I originally found LP when looking on Google Maps and got lucky, because they re outstanding. I also found out later that my family has great things to say about them as well and recommend them.Besides an oil change I needed to get done, I had a super weird and concerning sound on the right front wheel. It was loud and sounded like it was metal on metal scraping horrible sound. I got so scared and was nervous it would be something that s going to be expensive.Brought my vehicle in and they let me know how much the oil change would be as well as the charge to diagnose the sound.Long story short, they didn t see anything wrong with my brakes, or the axel when it came to the sound. They did wonder if there was a rock that was stuck up in there or if it was the heat shield that seemed a bit bent.They ended up charging me only for the oil change only and not for the diagnoses, which could have been costly. They bent back the heat shield a bit and told me to come back if the sound returns, once the snow lit up. Thats been over 3 weeks now and everything is running perfect! Haven t heard the sound since!!They could have charged me because they did in there to check on things, and they didn t since they didn t see anything super wrong with the wheel.I d also like to add that the customer service over the phone and in person is the best!!I highly recommend L-P Automotive and we ll be back for our next oil change to anything else we need!Thank you gentlemen at L-P Automotive! I appreciate you guys.*Sorry no photos. I forgot to take some. Usually I try and then post them. But the place is nice, clean and the sitting area is good. We had donuts and water. Coffee and other drinks were available as well.

Best mechanics in town! I had an error code on my dash and these are the only people in town who could get it off! I've been to many! Even the people who put it on there couldn't remove it but they could!! I won't use Anyone else! I have 3 vehicles that always need something done.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with LP Automotive Repair and Performance. After bringing in my Ram 1500 to address a P0306 engine code, I faced a lengthy 2.5-month wait and a hefty repair bill, only for my truck to break down again shortly thereafter with the same issue. The repairs, totaling over $5,000, failed to fix the problem and led to additional damage. Seeking a second opinion revealed that essential sensors were not reconnected, and I was advised by another mechanic that an engine replacement was necessary due to metal shavings advice that LP Automotive had not given despite the severity of the situation.Subsequent interactions with LP Automotive were unsatisfactory, and I was left with no choice but to have the engine replaced elsewhere, incurring significant additional expense. Throughout this process, I've been without my truck for months and have had to deal with the frustration of repeated mechanical failures and inadequate service.This review is not just about seeking financial compensation; it's about holding LP Automotive accountable for subpar service and a lack of respect for consumer rights, especially concerning given my status as a disabled customer. Their response to the situation has been disheartening, and I hope others can learn from my experience.

They have great customer service now compared to quite a few years back and they are more than willing to work with you plus when they fix something it is usually fixed right the first time. They also don't rip you off like most shops do. It's hard to find a good mechanic out there.

We were traveling through CDA, so having to take a chance on unknown mechanic. These guys were amazing. Father and son owners, who brought decades of experience, yet really great low pricing now they have their own shop. They did some major repair, got us back on the road in 1 day with a bill less than what we expected. We would highly recommend them for honesty and quality work

I have taken my truck to these guys twice and both times have been absolutely impressed. They are the most honest people I have met and trust them with my vehicles 100%. When they have to do any work on my vehicle it is always thorough and spot on. I recommend LP Automotive to everyone.

After having an extremely rough week, my engine blew up, leaving me stranded 4 hours from home. I was referred to LP and brought my car in on a Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday evening, my engine and miscellaneous other things had been completely replaced. And for a fantastic price! By far the nicest mechanics I've ever run into. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

L&P auto is a honest and amazing shop. The guys there treat me well and don t try to up sell me to make more money actually they do the opposite they have always done great work and in a timely manner I m a loyal and satisfied customer to L&P

Twice now i have brought in vehicles for repair that Lance , Russ, and Bryce have advised against me dumping money into. They could have charged me and i wouldnt have known the difference.The work they do is top notch, and If you are looking for honest mechanics this is the place!!Thank you guys for keeping it real!

They helped put my fuel pump in my grand marquis an it they didn't charge me outrageous. I Recommend them for small auto repair there were quick to respond to my phone call and the y made sure it was done right.

Service has gone downhill over time. I took my daughter's car there due to an unknown mechanical issue. When I took it home Bryce confirmed it wouldn't die on me, which is why I took it there in the first place. I asked if the battery was bad, tech told me that was not the issue. Imagine my frustration when it died 5 minutes from my house.... and the battery was bad. A few months later they told have my wife an estimate to replace the water pump THEY previously installed 9 months prior... due to some seeping fluid out of the pump. I took it to another shop that got the truck up on a lift- got the engine warmed up, cooled down - NO leak....I trust Lance but not so sure about his staff.

Went in today and had them fix my wheel bearing. They were excellent. They were sp fast!! I highly recommend them! If you need anything done with your vehicle I recommend you stop at LP AUTO!

Most honest mechanic around, always cheaper than the competition and never tries to blindly upsell, Lance and Christian are top notch! I took my car to Perfection tire, their bid to fix my AC was $1300, Lance fixed it for $95 without having to replace the whole thing!

He put a new engine in after my head gasket blew. He pushed the completion date one day later each day for 5 days! Picked up and saw the check engine light was on (had never been on before). I took it right back and he said since I had taken the car anything could have happened to it and that it was my fault. He actually yelled at me in his office. He is the sleeziest mechanic I have worked with. Avoid this guy, after you take your car he absolutely wants to be done with you!

Either the best mechanics in auto shop that I've ever encountered while I was living up in the Pacific Northwest I was staying in Spokane and Spokane is a joke did you be called weekend nothing but lazy people they don't want to work on the car that went to rip you off so I look around I shall take my car to die to home on LP the best place I've ever dated my car they charge me less than what I even was was charged they fixed parts that I didn't even ask to be fixed and they were able to fix my car in order for me to drive back to San Diego and God bless these people and being from San Diego I know a lot about hustles and good mechanics and these are the people you want to take your car to

Was recommended to LP by a friend now they are my Mechanics... needed a timing belt for my Honda ...saved almost $200 over what 2 dealerships quoted me... they have now done work on all 3 my vehicles...

A friend advised me that he had worst service ever and owner complained about having to work on a vehicle that was paid in full before job started. Don t pay them before service or you will regret it.
