I took my Tahoe in for the 30K service today. I booked the appointment online, and as you can see in the photo it included several services INCLUDING an oil change, and air/cabin filters. I even called when I scheduled to confirm the pricing (~$350). Fast forward to today I drop my Tahoe off for the services, and to my surprise get a call from the service advisor asking if I want to add the air/cabin filter service. I let him know that online it showed it was included, but that I will just change them myself. I go to pick up my car this afternoon, and again I am surprised to see a $110 oil change charge on top of the $350 30K service charge as this was included online. It's not about the cost at this point, Tim the service advisor was nice enough to give a $50 discount on the oil change, it's more about the inconsistent messaging from them verbally/online. This is just a warning to quadruple check what is included before you go there for service.For reference - pictures of the filters they said they checked that needed replaced from being dirty, and the coolant they failed to top off.Update - Brandon the Service Manager reached out and had agreed to make things right. I appreciate his response and am happy he acknowledged their mistakes.

Scheduled an appointment for just an oil change was told a certain price upon scheduling. Price was not honored and they cut a line to my power steering ended up paying way more and now replacing way more also need to add they called and tried to sell me a new vehicle and was very persistent on the matter. Today I was cheated and burned I will never go back or recommend this establishment or any of its affiliates and I strongly urge you the reader to definitely not go here and do your homework and go somewhere that only does oil changes exclusively.good day and happy trails

Service sucked! They charged twice as much for parts then any auto parts store. Called to cancel work order, didn't pass it along to technician who did the work just canceled. Manager said because work was authorized earlier it wasn't thier fault Thierry employee did the work after work order was canceled.

Needed oil change for our truck. Booked an appointment online for 2:00pm. Arrived on time-then waited and waited.. finally at 3:30 asked when willI get our truck serviced another 25-35 minutes so WHY DO YOU EVEN SCHEDULE an appointment? This the 2nd time we had an appointment scheduled and waited for hours for an oil change.

Appt made for 230pm on 11/11/21. Pulled into service area with my '18 chevy, no one acknowledged me or asked if had an appountment or how they could help. Went to wait for one of 4 service advisors to get off phone, still nothing. Lady cut me in line and no one said to her that this customer is next. Finally i walked up to Rob D. and said I have a 230pm. He said can i be your service advisor, i said at this point i have no preference. He got me checked in. About 415pm he came in looking for someone else and then when i caught his eye, he said 'i havent forgotten about you, you know how it is towards end of day. It gets backed up. Close to 5pm, im told its ready, i go to pay and its $113. He said he was a lil off from the 75$ he verbally estimated at check in. I asked if that was after veteran/veterans day discount he said theyd give ne when I asked at being. He said oh yeah, and was able to bring it down to 93$. I have a diesel so parts alone were $72. Service was closing up shop and i didnt see my car nearby through servicr windows. I was where it was staged and Rob said if not in front then to left. It was dark out and i was left to my own device to find my car way over to left. Needless to say, i wont being coming back unless its an emergency. Rob's customer service ish was only reason i would even consider a second star. Service lounge was just tv, wifi n water, nothing froendly about it. Knudtsen just wanted the money and couldnt care less about me or my time. 2.5 hrs for oil change n tire rotation? Come on now.:(

Called to give this business another chance. But having to call into the service department to request a call back is not a desirable business practice. Called Autonation Chevy in Spokane valley and was able to talk to people who knew what was going on. Got parts and appointment scheduled all in the same phone call.

Classic over promise and under deliver. I'm super disappointed and will never return to Knudtsen for anything. I communicated my needs and expectations multiple times to multiple people and I don't feel like anyone paid attention or listened. I felt overcharged, especially after being quoted a price when scheduling, and getting nothing more then bare minimum. The lobby was lack luster, but clean. I wasn't offered refreshments, a wash, a ride, or anything extra (which was fine, but amenities are the norm with the other dealerships I work with).

Well I tried to give this place another chance(not really as it was the first oil change included for free by GM) but again their service department still needs some help. Dropped off my 22 2500hd for its first and last oil change there. I called and asked if it was done as it had been a couple of hours(not a huge deal) but the fact they said they called and left a voicemail but in fact didn't along with stapling someone else's paperwork just shows their attention to detail is poor. I previously left a review for Knudtsen Chevrolet but it looks like they created a separate page because their service department is still lacking to separate out the poor reviews for service which is unfortunate. I double checked my oil level because I can't even trust that either. I will say their sales department was awesome(I worked with Justin Tucker) and that process was 100x better. I've attached the photo for reference. I understand people make mistakes but I was really hoping this next time around would be better.

Although I wish my modern Chevrolet had less recalls and safety warranties the Knudtsen Service Department has always taken care of me and gotten the work done in a timely fashion. Free cold bottled water and doughnuts in the AM make the waiting area not so bad!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

They were really great about the oil change about an hour. I can say though, I asked if they would change out my windshield wipers too, they didn't.
