Mostly good/decent. I like the coupons. I appreciate the code reset at the end- been having to do it myself usually. However, had to mention I wanted wiper replacement three times (in addition to oil), even after initial ring-up and car was out of the bay so gent had to run out there and do it; Crew could communicate better and it felt slightly pushy to get me to wait inside the stuffy waiting area vs in my car, but i have mixed feelings there because I think i'd rather have them pull the car into the bay and do all the checks.

Good people, great and fast service. Was in and out in 45 minutes even though they were short staffed unexpectedly and busy. More efficient and cost effective for basic services than visiting your local dealer.

They guys in the shop were awesome, kind, and professionals. Even while training a new employee the time it took was quicker than expected. They went through and let me know about services that are suggested specific to my truck. I will be coming back to get those services done just based off the experience I had

The team was absolutely amazing. The one gentleman took his time to answer all my questions and didn't seem rushed to get me through. He explained what to expect and everything they would do. He asked permission to get my backseat to get my personal fluids I use. They were all very kind and considerate. I will definitely go back to this location.

Great, fast oil change! They always check the fluids and optional services that I can have done or reject. There is a record kept, if i need to remember when the service was last performed at a Jiffy Lube store. They are courteous and respectful and work very quickly.

I love this locations attention to detail and their quickness. They are always checking everything from tire pressure, windshield fluid levels, coolant, and offering to vacuum. I usually request they check my diff fluid levels as well, and they have no problem checking that. Customer service is top of the line and professional.Seating is clean & restrooms have always been clean in my experience.

Don't bother. The last three times I went there, they either can't help me or have a wait time of 1.5+ hours as they're "under staffed". A real waste of time. I recommend you drive over to the Jiffy Lube on N. Sullivan in Spokane Valley, WA. I just gave the Spokane Valley location a five star review for numerous reasons, so I figured it's only fitting to bash the Post Falls location for falling short. Jiffy Lube should send the manager from Post Falls over to Spokane Valley to train and learn how it's done. 2 stars because the Post Falls location was descent years ago.

Loved the attention to detail that was provided! Very thorough and I appreciated being shown the items I needed to have addressed and was told the why behind it. Also, need some work done that s outside what they can do there and I asked for a local recommendation and was given name and phone of who they would take their vehicle too. Outstanding customer service!

I have been going to the Jiffy Lube in Post Falls for years and have always received excellent service! They have always been professional, friendly, affordable, and fast. I highly recommend them!

I gotta say these guys honestly made a lasting impression with me, they not only help me with my son's car but they told me exactly what's wrong with it they didn't try to overprice me they actually fix the problem and didn't even charge me and they gave me a flower at the end these guys are very nice and I would definitely recommend them for anybody trying to get anything done with their car!! I just went to Grease monkey to get my oil change and they tried to get me to buy a new air filter when I just changed it, and told me it was so dirty and it needed to be replaced that it made me never want to go back there again, jiffy lube all the way!!!! Thanks guys

The techs working at Jiffy Lube are very knowledgeable. The first time I took my Equinox in for service and oil change I didn't know this year and model required the full synthetic oil so I learned a valuable lesson. Service is great. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

Lovely and friendly people!!!! I love my truck and they share the same passion about everyone s vehicles! Duramax FTW! They don t force extra maintenance upon you it s your choice if you d like to follow manufacturer s recommendations on vehicle maintenance. My girlfriend decided to start going to jiffy lube after seeing how they treated me and my truck!!

Jiffy Lube was open in the sub zero temps as Grease Monkey was not. I understand either way. The weather is too cold for all. Anyway the service was quick. The person at the counter kept it by the book. Though I would of liked some personal feedback as I was at Les Schwab a couple weeks before and they had said; " all was good," on point inspection, and yet Jiffy found a small leak with dried coolant..? Not sure what that means. I do know every other place has topped off fluids for free. However here was $8. Even if the guy at the counter knew the " could be's, " he wasn't veering from what he was trained to say. I understand to a degree, but this counterguy is not much for any input. As far as service, all was good with the two in the shop..they were both very friendly and I would of rathered the one who gave me his feedback on the battery preference, be at the counter. When you spend $130.00 for an oil change. I'd of hoped for some opinion or feedback on questions asked.Thank you to that guy who was in the shop and gave me " the why " to buying a Jiffy battery over another one elsewhere. I did not get name but kudos to you. Thank you all for being there and open for us who have only weekends open for car maintanance.01/13/24 -Sat

Tire rotation, oil change with full synthetic, and an air filter, all for $170. Are we blaming this on Covid or Biden's inflation? Either way, how do you justify charging this for the same service that was $99 4 years ago? Time to start doing my own maintenance again.

The staff at jiffy lube were so kind and got my oil changed within 15 minutes. They also took time to notice I had a child with me and had the back side door open, ready for me once they were done. My only down side is they are much more expensive then taking my jeep to the Jeep dealer.

They only had 2 guys on shift so of course it was a little slow. They were still courteous and did a good job. Couldn t do all the extra stuff (only 2 people, understandably) but did great for being so short staffed. I applaud the work ethic.

Great and quick service. Not only did they change my oil, but they noticed my transmission fluid was overfilled which was unbeknownst to me. Will definitely be back.

Ended up not going where I normally go thought I'd give Jiffy Lube a try for the first time I'm not happy with my first experience the upselling was ridiculous!!.. all I wanted was a simple oil change. "If I wanted filters changed I would have said so" don't pull them out and slam them on the counter in front of me and expect me to be like "oh my"....!!!! "did that come out of my car"??? " oh boy better tend to that right away "can you charge me an extra $60 so I can get it nice clean one in there"??? Don't think so.... I know how to change my own filters thank you and then I had to return once my oil change was finished due to the fact that my car was leaking oil afterwards in my garage as it sat overnight apparently the pan plug wasn't tightened all the way or something but I came right back the next day and had it tightened with an excuse of "oh your pan is bent" that's why it's leaking ...but anyway not happy DEFINITELY won't be returning......

This Jiffy Lube team gave me excellent customer service. During their inspection of my vehicle, one of the technicians called me out to the bay area, to point out that my tire was very low on its pressure and that it needed to be replaced.

Normally I do all my own maintenance, but with the chilly weather I bit the bullet and decided I needed to get an oil change done pronto. Everyone was very friendly, service was great and quick.

These guys did a fantastic job. I pulled up, it was all hands on deck. They walked me through what they were going to do. It was quick and easy, and made me feel like I was their only customer.

Every time I go in, they are friendly and take care of me quickly. Even if I just need my tires checked or my oil topped off, they are cheerful and kind. Love this Jiffy Lube.

Post falls Jiffy Lube is very quick and professional. They always put customers first, and will let you know if they see something that needs to be fixed or replaced without any hassle.
