Ok prices i guess, I didn't shop around. Its convenient and fast. And no wait time out in a half-hour. The guys were pleasant and gracious. Waiting room was clean ,bathroom was better then you might expect.

First time here. There was zero wait. They were friendly and did the oil change very fast about thirty minutes. Plus you get a free car wash with it. Waiting room was small but accommodating. Average price for a full synthetic oil change. Not cheaper than Walmart, but you do get a 16 PT inspection and other perks with that. They did not push any extras on me, which I loved. Their website had good coupons. And they left a flower on the dash, which is such a cute little touch.They did not fill my tires which I thought would have been part of the inspection, so I will be going back for that.Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others for fast service.

Absolutely a Blessing!!!It was a crazy morning and I pulled up not expecting them to service my vehicle right there on the spot. I was very thankful!!! They were doing a special on windshield wipes but didn t have the correct size, which I was so pleased that they were honest and didn t place a random wiper blade to make a sale. After the oil change I paid and got a free car wash. When I got in my car to drive away they put 2 flowers on my dashboard which just made my morning go smoother!Thank you Conner and leading your guys to do their best for every customer!

Got me in right away for an oil change and explained a bunch of stuff on my car and things going on, what to look for etc! And not pushy at all, up front about prices! Super helpful! New go to place for sure!!! Thanks guys!

A few months ago I dropped in to have my fluids checked. The manager (so sorry I can't recall his name because he was great) took excellent care of me and didn't charge me. I promised to return when it was time to change my oil, and I did just the other day. Again, the manager took great care of me and got my full service oil change done in time for me to make it to work without being late. Very much Wirth the money to have my car serviced at a place I can trust.

Very truthful employees. What I asked for they could not do because of the running boards I have on my truck. They told me they couldn't do it because it would have broken the running boards. The oil change went really well. Quick service. Great crew.

I was sitting in a long line of cars (because of the construction) when I looked over and saw Grease Monkey open. I needed to get an oil change, so I turned in! The employees came running up to my car with smiles and ready to help me. Before I even got out of the car, they gave me a price of the services, which I appreciate. I sat in the lobby for less than 20 minutes while they changed my oil, air filter, and checked/topped off all other fluids. They did not try to sell me on anything extra or up charge anything. In fact, I was given a discount because they quoted me incorrectly for the air filter - this doesn t happen anymore. Great service, very kind, professional yet personable employees. 100 % recommend. I received quick and competent assistance from Connor and Jeremiah. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for an oil change on my duramax. Free car wash with it too Beats jiffy lube any day! 10/10 recommend.

Super friendly younger guys. Very easy to talk to and I had a $20 off coupon. They let me know what they were doing throughout. The waiting room smelled great and was clean. My favorite part were the white roses they left on my dash for my daughter and I. Will more than likely be back.

I am a new to post falls resident. I decided to try Grease Monkey for an oil change and I was blown away with the service. I worked with Conner, Loren, Jeremiah and Tanner and felt like I was being cared for by a group of Kings! I thought my car needed an oil change and they were honest and said I had at least another 1,000 miles saving me money. They were honest, friendly and so kind. As a woman in today s world we felt safe in their care and will be a loyal customer. I cannot recommend them enough!

Came in with my daughter and our technician Loren was very friendly and helped me to prioritize which services my car will needed today and in the future, understand the pricing etc. He made suggestions on what I should get with my next oil change but wasn t pushy. Was up front with pricing and what would be included in the service. Plus they left a flower for me and one in the back for my daughter . We will be back !

Honest, respectful, knowledgeable, and competent technicians keep me returning to Grease Monkey in Post Falls. The gentlemen (and I mean that) who work there are always polite and take real pride in their work. They also take time to explain everything and they have never tried to get me to pay for repairs or extra things my car doesn t need. This place is not fancy, but it s always fast, fair and friendly!

Got charged $116 for an oil change today, more than twice what we've paid anywhere else. I suspect it's because my wife brought it in, and seeing a woman at the wheel they thought she was easy prey and informed her we "needed' the full synthetic oil. We've never been told this before anywhere else. It was a slimy move that killed any chance of us coming back again.

I was visiting from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel when I noticed the oil level in my car was low. I stopped by to purchase a quart but the manager (I think his name was Conner?) offered to just top me off instead! He was busy helping another guest but still took the time to help me and didn t charge me for it. I appreciate the kindness and would definitely recommend coming to this location for all your Grease Monkey needs!

Great experience all around. Manger was a bit snarky, but like in a charming way. Car came back in great shape, and I'm 99.9% sure they DIDN'T take it for a joyride (even though it wasn't an Audi, but even if it was I still trust they wouldn't do that)

I loved it . They were very reasonable and professional.The price was reasonable. I talked to them first on the phone and they were very personable. They took us in promptly . The place was well maintained. They have a lobby where you can wait . I was surprised and touched when they gave me carnations. What a nice gesture and totally unexpected. Everything was alright , alright , alright . Thank you we appreciate it . I would recommend them and definitely use them again .

Stellar service, the guys all checked out my rig and discussed the issue. I am grateful they finally diagnosed the problem. They kindly referred me to the right diagnosis.I m addition they checked all my checkables, and I felt they did a very thorough job.I truly believe the negative reviews must be from another staff and perhaps outdated . I encourage you to meet the new team and management at Grease Monkey on Seltice Post falls.I wish the individual s reviews included a date. None of the current staff at Grease Monkey would be interested in joy riding in someone s car!I have been using Grease Monkey for the last 6 months. Found out the one star comments are from a tik tok that has nothing to do with grease monkey. YOU HAVE THE WRONG BUSINESS!These guys are honest and don't try to sell you things you don't need. I came in to get my oil changed and got nothing but excellent service. I thought i needed higher mileage oil but they explained i didnt and saved me money. Especially being a woman it was nice to have them do exactly what I asked without trying to upsell! I won't go anywhere else now!

I came here needing an oil change, and was met with absolutely wonderful customer service. I was greeted immediately upon pulling in, the waiting area was spotless and comfortable, and the employees were so nice. Not a single person tried to upsell me, or talk me into services I didn't need, (Every other oil change shop I've ever been to has.) While I waited, a stressed out woman came in with some sort of leak and asked if they could inspect it for her, (they happily did so, free of charge, and gave her advice on where to take her car to get it fixed.) When they were finished, they went over everything with me, and kindly sent me on my way. They even left a pink flower on my dashboard which absolutely made my day I love this place. This was the best experience I ve ever had with an oil change! Jeremiah and his coworker (I believe her name was Jen) were so incredibly kind, honest, and professional. They had everything done quickly, and were really nice to visit with. We re from Texas, but I d drive all the way back to Post Falls for that kind of service. The flower on the dash was to sweetest touch. Service: Oil change
