Crash Champions are top-notch company. The customer service that they provided was 5 stars. Also, very knowledgeable and undertanding of my situation. The bodyshop did an amazing job fixing my truck and highly recommend to my friends and family.***** The paint job on my RAM Truck looks like it just came right out of the factory.****Thank you Crash Champions!!!

After my parked car was hit and the passenger door was severely damaged I took it to Crash Champions in Post Falls Idaho. The staff was incredible. I was updated throughout the entire process. The work my car needed was expected to take a week or so. However, I received a call just a few days after dropping it off that the work was completed and my car was ready for pickup. My car looks amazing and the quality of the work is far above my expectations. I would recommend Crash Champions to anyone who needs body work done and wants quality work done by a great group of people.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just wanted to share that this company is does excellent work! The work was quicker than I had expected and when I got into my car, I felt like I was in a brand new car! They had detailed the inside of my car. Maybe that s not what they would call it but that s the way I felt. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

This is the body shop I will continue to use. They've had my car before and have done phenomenal. We all were really challenged this time but they did everything that they could. I worked with them to find a solution, not leaving it up to them to work harder, but as a team and I was able to get my keys back. Terry and his communication is out of this world! He's transparent, honest, and knowledgeable and open to questions. Sonya is also filled with knowledge and she keeps her word and has the voice that would lift your spirits even if it wasn't the best news. Aubrey is never giving an ' I don't know ' answer , but a ' let me find out ' . I honestly would rather speak to them than my insurance any day. Thank you to all of you for working to not get my vehicle totaled and working with me to get my keys back. I'm forever grateful!!

They did a 5 star job on our 2020 Hyundai. We found the company very professional and pleasant to work with. They kept us informed on the progress of the repair. We would not hesitate to use them again. We highly recommend this company for their professional performance.

Wonderful friendly & knowledgeable staff.Kept in touch with me weekly on parts & repair status of my car. It was done when they estimated. It looks brand new as it was before the accident. I would use them again but hope I never have to

I took my Mitsubishi mirage car in Tuesday and they had it done Thursday afternoon, it was detailed and cleaner than when I dropped it off. The price was more than the first quote, but they called me and told me that. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs auto body repair. The front bumper had to be replaced! My wife had an unfortunate accident coming out of a parking garage and piled up the side of the car pretty good on the concrete barrier in there. I have personally dealt with these guys numerous times and they are SUPERIOR top notch professionals. The facilities are super clean, they have a world class customer waiting room and transparent staff. As far as the car goes...wow the paint and clear coat quality is outstanding, body panels are perfect, and the car was actually cleaned before pick up. Fixed it to perfection. My wife and I are both extremely pleased with the work done! Hopefully we don't have to visit them often if you know what I mean LOL! But I am glad they are here! Thanks guys!

Crash Champions did a great job repairing my car. They kept me updated and gave me a ride back home when I dropped my car off. An unusual thing happened, which took me a while to figure out. My car battery was ruined after sitting in those -15 to -20 temperatures.

Crash Champions fixed my car ahead of schedule, even when they had to order parts. I don t want to set expectations here as done early per se, but these guys rock. They were in constant communication and exceeded every expectation.I ve even received comments on how good the repaired part of my car looks, and I had to break it to them that I don t keep it as nice as Crash Champions gave it to me. 10/10.I will say that they have a specific payment policy that I was unfamiliar with going in. It s nothing crazy, just that they don t deal with third parties. I had a couple hoops to jump through but I would still encourage anyone in that situation to go into business with Crash Champions. Again, 10/10.

My car was brand new and was hit by a drunk driver while parked in my driveway at 6am. Crash Champions got my parts and fixer my car to new again. Friends service and knowledgeable staff. Only took a week to fix. Longest part was waiting to get parts in for my car. New cars I guess take time to get parts for.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Sonya was great! , my car was in the Gray Fire area, it was full of ash and burn areas on my car, she took care of everything. Inspection was thoroughly done, items on my car were replaced, part of it repainted, detail and ozone inside was great, no smoke smell, they took it to the dealership and had it gone through from electrical check to replacing filters. I feel very satisfied and safe to drive my car again. I'll be back if I need anything done again to my car or our other vehicle .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went in today to see if they had the files from fix auto and the front desk lady was being super helpful and telling us no they didn t have it when this really rude blonde lady came over like she was in a rush for a super important appointment and said it s like McDonald s buying Burger King so no we don t have their files and you need to call fix auto head quarters to the files for your car. I was shocked on how rude she was and she told me and my husband good job for stopping here like our insurance company had told us too.Personally after this experience I wouldn t take my car here if it was the last place on earth. Someone seriously needs an attitude adjustment

Sonya checked us in at Crash Champion-she was great! I was in for a quote quickly and had my car in to get repaired 2 weeks later. I was updated every Tuesday and Thursday (by Terry) and notified when my car was in the wash and ready to come home. I was so shocked that they even washed our car from the inside out. Very impressed with this body shop and would highly recommend to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very satisfied with my overall experience here. They provided a more comprehensive estimate than others in the area, and they were able to get my car in for repairs sooner than the others in the area. I really appreciated the bi-weekly status updates they provided, and they got the repairs done quicker than anticipated. Definitely would recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just got my car back !1st thing Is they were fast with the fix which was great.The ladies in the office are so kind and they updated me weekly.The car is perfect.AND my car was detailed inside which is great cause I m lazy.So happy!

Marni and her team were amazing! Super friendly, fast, and efficient. I can t even tell where my car was damaged! They were dialed in to my insurance company, the car rental service, everything was easy! My daughter dealt with this business. They treated her well. A few hiccups, but seems to be working out. Her kia had been broken into and tore apart 3x. It's a shame. However this place fixed her car up. Helped her they the process of dealing with insurance. You'd never know how messed up it was. Plus gave her peace of mind. So thank you.

Do better please, is the phrase that had this location denied my truck repairs after Geico brought my truck to this crash champions. The office lady was so affected by this comment apparently that she just could handle letting my truck get fixed instead I had to locate a tow truck while I'm in another state. Then my wife who just started a new job and driving then rental car we got for this allotted time for repair. Had to ask for time off to correct this situation created by someone valuing there feeling more than our income and personal time. Blows my mind that when we ask for better service with a not rude comment that our lives are disturbed by a place that is suppose to make a bad situation while again not worse.

Couldn't even get an estimate. The receptionist said they were booked up till June. I said that was fine I just needed an estimate and she continued to tell me they were to busy to look at my truck. Glad they are busy but it seems weird to turn people away. Oh well found a local body shop that was friendly and could get me in.
